Nielsen makes its easy to calculate data that we can then provide to customers.
Pluspunten: The support team is amazing, they have the most accurate data in the world and they are able to give estimates immediately.
Minpunten: The building of segments vs. audiences is confusing, and often times you have to wait for all of the data to load before you can even begin building estimates.

I didn't know how useful one piece of software could be!
Pluspunten: Where do I begin? Nielsen is some of the most useful software I have came across, not only for providing me with statistics, but also for providing me with the ability to extract potential Market Insights. The training and support they offer is fantastic too.
Minpunten: It did take a couple of weeks to really get on top of this software due to the share capability of it. As there are so many options and so many ways to filter the data, it can take a while to get used to.

Pluspunten: What I like most about Nielsen Marketing Cloud is that it helps us improve our marketing by making our advertising effective, thanks to its reports we can see the customs of the users and the trends of the moment.
Minpunten: I think the price is somewhat high, but it is an excellent software

Pluspunten: Nielsen is a global data provider which is key to understand the complete picture. They are the industry leader in TV & Media data with a very good activation partnership to completely understand the audiences behind who actually watches specific shows.
Minpunten: Data discrepancies are common, there's only monthly reporting available, and no keyword search tools to use.
