YouSacn lets us pay close attention to our audience's opinions and popular discussion topics. It's handy for spotting trends that come and go with the seasons and how these trends affect what users say online. The Audience Analysis feature helps us catch any shifts in the audience's interests. Thus, we can adjust our communications based on fresh, real-time data.

Minpunten:

We haven't run into any significant issues. It would be great to see even more flexible customer dashboards.

It has also allowed us to spot untagged posts on social media where our company's name was simply mentioned.Also we use Yuscan alert system, any mention of key words or phrases triggers an immediate alert, which keeps me constantly informed and primed for action. Switching to YouScan from one of the international players helped us to gather much more posts in Russian. Also the software is better suited for local social networks.

Minpunten:

However, it is not designed for multi-branded and multi-category business, where you would like to track SOV of over 100 brands in 3 categories. The software doesn't provide such ability from the box, so it is used for data collection and analytics are done externally. Data transfer via API is available only at the most expensive plans. Stories are not captured.

We appreciate the tool's comprehensive monitoring capabilities, the organization of the data, and the ease with which we can create dashboards and reports. The AI assistant that analyzes the data set and responds to our queries is another excellent feature.

The data is all shown in a way that makes it easy to follow and use. Also we can customize dashboards and create reports.Recently, we started using a new feature - Insights Copilot Assistant - and it amazes us every time as we get very smart answers to most of our questions instantly.

We really appreciate the sources' coverage and the high accuracy in detecting sentiment in multiple languages and the various filters so we can either analyze all mentions or analyze them by region, language, or whatever perspective we need.We had a chance to try YouScan's AI assistant and trend detection, and it really makes a difference, especially when you find yourself stuck with finding actionable insights.This tool can be successfully shared between departments as the pricing doesn't depend on the number of users (we share it with our HR and sales team).We also appreciate the support agent's help in setting our topic to get the best results.

We like that we only have to set everything up when we get started, and the system does the rest for us. Anytime we need, we can see real time analytics, also we've set up automatic sending of reports and alerts in case something may require our attention. Aspects in comparison with our competitors is a super valuable info. We were also impressed with how the system detects logos in the images.

For us as a startup, it used to be a relatively expensive tool, so we're glad YouScan has introduced smaller packages for SMBs.

The tool provides powerful analytical capabilities that we use on a regular basis. For example, trends allow us to track if there are any emerging discussions that can potentially harm our brand. We can also easily work with data thanks to filters, as they categorize mentions by complaints, recommendations, comparisons, etc. The platform also has analytical dashboards that we can customize how we need and share with our c-level management.

La función que ha nosotros como empresa nos funciona muy util es la creación de reporte automatizados. Al tener la facilidad de filtrar los datos que deseas para tus reportes, hace que el trabajo sea más sencillo. Tienes la posibilidad de crear los reportes con gráficas que vayan acorde a tus necesidades como empresa, así como también puedes editarlas en cualquier momento, en caso de que exista un cambio o actualización dentro de la misma. Otra función util para nuestra empresa es el poder monitorizar la satisfacción del cliente de manera más facil, así como el seguimiento de reseñas o comentarios negativos en diferentes redes sociales. La plataforma de YouScan es demasiado amigable para nuevos usuarios, ademas de que el soporte técnico te acompaña en el proceso de aprendizaje.

No considero esto como algo que menos me gusta, pero creo que como nuevo usuario podrias llegar a tener problemas en la parte de gráficas o edición de widgets. Podria llegar a ser un poco confuso, pero como comente anteriormente siempre tienes el soporte del equipo de YouScan en cualquier momento.
