I find it hard to navigate, meaning there are to many steps to complete a work order or request.

Real Everyday User
I can see Work Orders come in real time and have them prioritized by importance.
I would like to have a more broad way of finding old Work Orders, weather completed or incomplete. Currently if don't know the Work Order Number you have to type in the exact address to find the Work Order and the User typing up the Work Order doesn't always know the departments, corridors, or wings of the building to correctly address where the Work Order needs to be completed. Then when its searched by proper location it can't be found. Its up to the maintenance worker to correct the address before its completed. If the work order could be searched for by just using Key Words like a google search could be helpful. But overall, staff especially new staff just need more training.
Best CMM system for senior living
Opmerkingen: I have always enjoyed working with the software. They have always involved the end user in the development and its made the TheWorxHub one of the leading operations software.
The product is very user friendly. My staff have very little issues when using the software. Support is excellent.
Some of the glitches take awhile to get ironed out but considering how much the software does it runs smooth and they address the glitches if its critical to daily function of the software.
Overall the software works well for our needs. It is easy to use, easy to set up, simple for staff to understand.
The software helps keep my staff on track with request and with PMs.
It also help track cost that can be used at budget time.
The software has PM procedures built in, when you set up PM you can choose to use this procedures or they help you in building your own. The easy of setting up the program Worxhub staff was great to work with The easy of using the software, easy for my staff to learn to use.
Sometime the Category and Subcategory does not fit. Worxhub does not have an interface for Bio-med test equipment to communicate data to worxhub, it has to be enter manually.

Opmerkingen: I would say that the overall experience with WorxHub has been exceptional. Staff support is fantastic, always willing to assist. Software is only as good as the information that you provide. If we do our job, the software will take care of itself. I would highly recommend this software!
Our facility has utilized the Worxhub program for 10 years or so. I was part of the research team when we began research CMMS programs. What stood out about Worxhub was how robust the program was. The ability to track, manage and produce reports were important to us. In the Long-Term Care environment, our customer base are 65+ folks. They come into our facility with very high expectations. When our staff properly utilize the note functionality on work orders, we are provided with data that we can accurately respond when residents call on. This platform also provides us many tools to measure staff productivity. The program also allows for us to create resident, staff and area reviews and inspections. The program does an outstanding job of providing tools that assist with everyday management.Our facility also utilizes the Housekeeping and Landscaping modules. Housekeeping utilizes the program primarily for staff scheduling. We are able to create weekly schedules with support information for special requests like sheet sizing, product usage, time of day needs, etc. This is vital to our success.
I would say the one thing that continues to be somewhat of challenge is the overall speed of the program. The program with choose a server each day, but traffic on the program can slow down to a point of frustration at times. We are working with the Brightly team to help reduce issues on the client side and have seen improvements.

I love the ease of putting in work order requests through Worxhub. I can see when they have been received, as well as get an email when they have been completed. I share log in info with staff and they no longer have to come to me with their issues, I encourage them to enter themselves.
What I do not like about Worxhub is the unaccountability of the preventative maintenance program. Tasks are easily bypassed by staff for another day. I understand it is the managers job to follow up, but sometimes these tasks add up quickly.

What I like most is the ability to create work orders directly to the different departments . Each department can log on and see what needs to be done in their area.
A work order has to be started over if you click on another app.

My experience using CMMS
Opmerkingen: It has been an amazing experience and I am so glad that the company finally took the leap to CMMS across organization with a product that were able to tell her to are business model and operation.
Having the opportunity to pilot program at our facility for nearly two years was very challenging at a rewarding experience for me. Having the freedom to customize the system to our policies and procedures was invaluable and continues to be. I have used other systems in the past but the freedom of customizing the work has been a godsend.
They're still a lot of room for improvement and I wish they would listen more to client feedback in terms of some of the user interface and some features that should be looked at too further enhance and improve the system. The mobile website hasn't really changed much since I started using the system but it used some refinement and usability. I wonder if a better approach would be to have a phone app that could be more powerful than quicker. Some of the features that are found on the regular website are not found on the mobile site.
Opmerkingen: We are in the beginning stages for using worxhub. The worxhub staff has been tremendous in helping us get this program set up. We are looking to launch the program with our staff very soon. I used Worxhub with our IT department the past few years. It was easy to receive work orders and make notes on the job, so you could review specific information about the job that was done. As our experience grows, I look forward to giving more feedback with the Security program.
It gives an sense of ease to the employees. They can scan their checkpoints and it automatically logs in with a time stamp. The layout if pretty user friendly. You can easily type of a report from the software.
The software is not an application yet. So we have to use it as a webpage.
The features that are most impactful for our organization deal with scheduling and workflow management. We do not integrate with other software at this time, though the capability is there. Ease of use for our staff is a plus. Users are generally able to navigate most of the features with little guidance or special training.
There are several downsides to the WorxHub suite. The coding is suspect in many areas throughout the product. Bugs exist and many features are counter-intuitive to the end user. Productivity suffers due to product design limitations/ problems and ultimate usability for knowledgeable staff. Servers are also very slow at times.

The software is very user friendly. End users can enter tickets in less than a minute if necessary but also have the option of taking more time an enter additional information that is otherwise not required or a hard stop. Reports are useful but do take a little time to get used to using in order to get the information out that you may be looking for. Time and material cost is a nice feature but in most cases requires someone to go in after the fact to input which in our situation does not get done and is not utilized.
I really do not have a dislike of any piece of the software. It can be a little difficult for end users to find the specific area they are looking for due to the lack of knowledge of how the areas were named in the build process.

The WorxHub Is Awesome

This has helped us with knowing when or if we need additional FTE's and well as seeing who may be under performing. So far every aspect of this is wonderful. I know we don't use all of the modules but the ones we use are have helped us very much
The ease of use and the intuitive nature of the software. The staff at Dude is great and always very helpful
One item that I would like to see is being able to some how assign multiple w/o's to one person at a time. The other is the option to close multiples at one time.

I like the software no complaints. The software does alot but probably only using about 30% of its capabilities. Would like opportunities for more online learning tips and tricks course so to speak would be of value being offered once or twice a year.

Opmerkingen: I'm glad to use this software, most issues with the repairs, appliance replacement, rent calculations has been solved, easy to keep track on what has been done, even send out different types of letters to the tenants.
Rent calculation, keep a clear evidence of the tenants. Issuing work orders for repairs. I would like to get more trained in how to use more fixtures like: inventory, accounting, etc.
I didn't have the chance to use all features, but for the work orders, rent calculations its much easier to use them comparing with Yardi software.

Opmerkingen: TheWorxHub has made it managing our medical equipment inventory and keeping up with scheduled PM's so much more efficient. We are a smaller facility so we had been working off of Excel spreadsheets and making manual changes to due dates every month and things like that. We couldn't afford to spend a lot on a CMMS system either so TheWorxHub was a great fit. We had a lot of good support and training through the implementation process as well.
My favorite part of TheWorxHub is the way all asset data starts with a model. You input a manufacturer, model, risk assessment, PM work order template, etc. one time. Then, you can add as many assets to that model as you want, only inputting the data that is unique to that asset. i.e. control number and serial number.
My least favorite part of TheWorxHub is the "long way around" approach you have to take to view past work orders for a particular asset. You either have to run a report, then look up each work order individually so you can see the details; or go through a process of 7 steps. It seems like it would be much easier to add an "Asset" filter when searching work orders.

It was great to get rid of the paper, and the ability to look at history.
With the last changes that were made to the software, it seems that I need to move up and down on the screen several times to complete the assignment process on each work order.
Ease of use and functionality
This software is great for inventory control, sight usage reports, and reordering inventory. It was implemented in our company 5yrs ago. After everything was entered(inventory, assets, building locations and areas) it was very easy to follow. The support team with Worx Hub is always there and can help with any issue you may have.
There really isn't anything to dislike about this software.
Opmerkingen: Before worxhub we had a horrible system barely used by any because it was not user friendly, it didn't have the capabilities of including rounds, and tasks. We are moving forward with adding other worxhub to our system like capital planning and transportation modules.
the software has provided us an ease to managing our maintenance, housekeeping departments. the ticketing system and PM are great. I specially like the analytics in worxhub IQ.
Not the software but our decision with the tablets we purchased are too small for our teams to use.

Opmerkingen: With the amount of residents we have to deal with, it makes it easier to track the issues going on in the different level of care. I use it for our Life Safety Survey to make sure we repair what needs to be done.
They are constantly updating to make it better and it is user friendly to use. I am very impressed with Dude Solutions!
I wish there was a way that my maintenance staff could get reminders of scheduled work orders.
