Autoklose has made our jobs much easier and simpler. We'll continue using it.

Pluspunten:

If you ever sent an email bulk campaign it usually goes like this - you're sending it through some email server that sends a ton of emails, most of these emails end up in spam, and your customer KNOWS you used a bulk email sender. The thing with Autoklose is that it sends a ton of emails directly from your email without third-party email servers. The result is that these emails rarely end up in spam (if ever), they are personalized, and your customer thinks you devoted a good portion of time writing an email just for them (but you didn't). Autoklose is a huge time saver.

Minpunten:

Their dashboard is confusing. Some options are hidden in the places where you'd never expect them. I'm hoping they'll fix it someday.

Great email automatition tool

Opmerkingen: Its a software I havent been using so much because I use WordPress plugins instead, but when I have the change I always take the templates to know how to write to my clients

Pluspunten:

The best of Autoklose is that its easy to understand, simple, easy to use. It offers exactly what is promissed with the perfect layout. Even if you are not using it, the templates are great to get an overview of what you need to write, and they are a lot!

Minpunten:

The real problem is that it would be great if they could just add more functions to the software, right now it seems there are only specialiced in email and email forwarding but it would be great to have more, and maybe in the future include social media or other marketing tools. The pricing also is very high for offering just a few email options.

Easy to use, but an overall headache

Pluspunten:

Quick easy setup. Good email templates that are available for use. Customer service was fairly quick and responsive

Minpunten:

We had a huge problem with getting locked out of our email server b/c of the number of emails that were being sent and even after we decreased the number of emails that each person was sending people were still getting locked out. It caused a lot of inefficencies since we were not able to get into our emails for hours sometimes. Since switching to other services that do the same thing, we are able to send far more emails and have never been locked out of our email server.

We are happy with delivery rate of e-mails. We have increased our interaction with customers.

Pluspunten:

We used to spend a lot of time on sending emails one by one to our customer database since we realized a long time ago that customers simply didn't respond or answer to email marketing campaigns sent through Mailchimp or some similar CRM. Autoklose has saved us from endless copy-pasting and changing data about our customers manually before sending, and lowered our margin-of-error risk.

Minpunten:

It's connected directly only to Salesforce. We have more of our customer data on other CRMs but there is no integration and we have to do everything through a CSV upload.

My favorite email marketing software at a great price

Opmerkingen: AutoKlose really helped me get focused on cold emailing prospects, and actually make the process efficient & profitable.

Pluspunten:

I can load a CSV of all the contacts I want to cold email, and AutoKlose lays out an easy to follow flow to pre-program follow-ups. It is also easy to see the most important stats after sending.

Minpunten:

Nothing really because they keep making small improvements.

Automate the sales process in minutes

Opmerkingen: This is a great system for sending out campaigns. I did have some questions during set up, and they were very responsive and helpful. They are developing a more indepth help section which will be nice, but in the meantime the one on one personal assistance is tremendous. I like that with a short learning curve, AutoKlose makes it easy to import contacts, and easy to set up campaigns either with their templates or make your own. Really enjoying using it.

Pluspunten:

Best bit: Autoklose is a comprehensive sales platform that automates repetitive sales tasks, optimises your cold email process, and monitors your entire outreach. Saves us a bunch of time

Minpunten:

The analytics are still a little bare, but you can download all the info including sent time, open time and more to create charts on your own

Great Sales and Marketing Automation Tool

Pluspunten:

I am a marketing guy. So to me, it's all about sending an effective message out to the right people. AutoKlose does that in a very good way. Whether you are after niche or broad BPs it can help you out.

Minpunten:

I am happy with the tool and I'd like to see more automation especially in the marketing arena. I met the team and I am sure they will deliver more HQ features that will help automate my team's efforts.

Autoklose Review

Pluspunten:

Good value for the cost. You will be able to automate your email campaigns easily and effectively.

Minpunten:

Doesn't integrate too much with other apps.

Decent sales automation software, good customer service, delivers the expected results.

Pluspunten:

It knows exactly when it's best to send a campaign, a lot of pre-made templates that are easy to start with, the personalization option, direct communication with Salesforce, it stops the campaign right after someone hits a reply, reporting, teamwork.

Minpunten:

Missing integrations with more CRM systems. Even though I can use it like this, I hope it will get it soon. It would be cool.

My favorite tool for sales emails

Opmerkingen: This has allowed me to use a free CRM to organize leads & contacts. Then, I can just create a CSV file to upload to Autoklose and email them. The responses arrive in my work Outlook account, and I can keep in touch with hot prospects from there.

Pluspunten:

I can send multiple emails, and create a series of outbound sales emails to hundreds of prospects. They keep adding useful features without cluttering or complicating it.

Minpunten:

I don't dislike anything because it's a simple tool that does just what it claims to do. Whenever I feel like there is something missing, they eventually add it in.

Awesome product with amazing team

Opmerkingen: It saves me so much time and I don't need to worry about my campaigns because it's all automatic.
They have a great team that is always willing to help.
For now, this is the best email automation platform that I have used.

Pluspunten:

On sign up, you get full onboarding included in the price so handling the product is very easy and straightforward. They have a great team of people to help you whenever you need help and support have live chat. They are upgrading products all the time and most importantly they are listening to customers' needs and implementing them into the product.

Minpunten:

There is always room for improvement, some parts of the product need to be improved.

Extremely functional and intuitive

Pluspunten:

I've been able to create and manage campaigns with very little training. System is very intuitive. I love the dashboard data and access to lists, tags etc. Very user friendly.

Minpunten:

They are constantly releasing new features which is great. For now, and how I use this, I have all that I need for my campaign management. Perhaps more sorting features that I sometimes have to do in excel. Maybe yes/no type features to trigger follow ups based on various responses/actions from recipients.

Good B2B outreach email tool

Opmerkingen: Easy to figure out. Dependable. Got it through an Appsumo deal which made it valuable.

Pluspunten:

Fairly easy to use. Would like more visibility into insights and status of outreach efforts to prospects

Minpunten:

Not clear what status is about outreach efforts to prospects. Must check one by one and check granularly in order to get a fair idea.

Excellent E-mail Automation tool

Pluspunten:

We've been using AutoKlose for about 6 months and our team loves this platform. It's intuitive, easy to use. reaches thousands of contacts and has already resulted in some fantastic leads for our sales team. The client service team is amazing - they respond surprisingly quickly and always ready with tips and solutions. Definitely recommend to other businesses.

Minpunten:

No cons so far! Loving all the new features that are added to the solution each month.

Simple tool, only issue is GSuite.

Opmerkingen: Solid tool that has all the features I need for outbound cold prospecting. If you can work with GSuite to ensure you're able to mail your desired number of emails/day, you'll be very happy with AK.

Pluspunten:

Easy to create new Sequences and deploy them to a database. Very intuitive.

Minpunten:

The grind is how emails get sent. As we use AutoKlose for prospecting, we're sending a LOT of emails. AutoKlose falls short on support for GSuite (as far as I've seen). We're having a hard time getting the emails delivered, which is 100% on GSuite, although AK doesn't offer much support in troubleshooting.

incredibly useful, evolving product

Opmerkingen: With Autoklose, I can reach my customers at scale and send them a mail training as a sequence of messages. I keep them active and push them in to my sales funnel in was that I could not using regular email. To my, Autoklose instantly became an indispensable tool.

Pluspunten:

The software is easy to use, and has integrated stats to guide usage. It evolves and matures at a fast pace as features are continuously added for the same price. I love the templates that help me save time, especially as I am not a native english speaker and sometimes my phrasing can seem awkward. Invaluable !

Minpunten:

Nothing to dislike about this software !

Review of Autoklose

Opmerkingen: Customer support helped a lot but Autoklose itself didn't really function or scale as expected. Contact data was muddled by poor reporting so exports were not worth mush and deliverability proved to be absolutely critical and not good for our industry. The appearance of an AK email is poorly spaced so it just looks like spam

Pluspunten:

You are able to log into other peoples accounts through administrator account. Customer support is good.

Minpunten:

poor deliverability, poor reporting features (misses replies), data unlimited does not allow you to exclude contacts from pull, bad features (no delete button in contacts),

Easy to use

Opmerkingen: Thus far we have been satisfied with Autoklose and it's helped us target potential users of our new Salesforce Admin Managed Services product.

Pluspunten:

Autoklose is an extremely easy to use product. We have taken several of the templates, edited them to better fit our needs and begun using the service within a day of the training webinar.

Minpunten:

You need to clean up some of the data provided when you create lists using the data unlimited feature.

Review of Autoklose

Opmerkingen: My overall experience has really been great. From importing contacts, too creating a flow of emails, and pushing them to my contacts. It's an extremely powerful tool while still being simple and easy to use.

Pluspunten:

I really liked the ease of use, and the simplicity of the program. It is a clean and simple layout while still being a powerful tool.

Minpunten:

There wasn't much I didn't like. Possibly send an email with the details of that days analytics. That's about it.

My Monday-Friday hustle has become much simpler than it used to be before when I had to send out a ton of emails regarding every new offer. Autoklose simplifies this work as it has premade templates for almost every business occasion and it personalizes my email communication automatically.

Minpunten:

They could create more templates. A new email address cannot be added after a campaign has started.

Follow up and nurture your leads while you sleep

Pluspunten:

I like the clean and straightforward user interface and I also like that the emails are send through my actual email

Minpunten:

ironically is the same, since it uses my email, I can only send a little amount per day and if I grow big this can be an issue for me.

when you first set it up - it was unclear how to setup the templates-- - once you realize it you have to save them under each project its very simple..

A must have tool for any sales person!

Opmerkingen: I love Autoklose as it has been a massive help if my closing process. It's a must have tool for any salesperson. Highly recommended!

Lack of list management features which make it next to unusable in certain tasks. For example stopping follow ups to contacts by uploading a caveman.
