Readability enhancer at times does not go far enough. External audit reviewers (AAPC) still find readability enhancer often makes it sound "cut and pasted" from one note to another. Wish there was a credentialing piece to Innovalon/Icanotes. It would make it a much better "one stop shopping" experience.
