Outstanding Rates

Opmerkingen: The rate is worth it alone. But I would appreciate a bit more user friendly interface.

Pluspunten:

The rate Quickbooks offers is the best around. I pay the little extra to get the rate. Its fairly easy to use the product and convenient to use my phone.

Minpunten:

The bluetooth card reader disconnects after a few minutes and takes a bit more to get reconnected first. That's hard for intermittent sales.

QuickBooks Payments are Easy to Integrate

Pluspunten:

It allows for simple payment for processing of invoices, and enables quick invoice set up even when on site.

Minpunten:

Nothing that we didn't like, once past the initial setup, it runs very smoothly.

Buyer Beware

Opmerkingen: Bad. Exceptionally inadequate customer service. 6 months 12+ calls... no resolution and every time I'm reassured that the funds will be deposited in 2-4 days. And every time we're told there is a new hoop to jump through.

Pluspunten:

Doesn't matter if the funds never reach your account.

Minpunten:

Bad customer service... Mixed messages, no accountability.

Easy to use

Able to use anywhere in the world. I like how it was self explaining step by step.

I liked all. There is really nothing I didn't like.

Overall a solid payment app! Definitely save you time

Opmerkingen: Overall I have had a positive experience with QuickBooks Payments. Like I mentioned above we do get paid much quicker which is a plus. It is also super easy to integrate any other payment applications into QuickBooks which saves you a lot of data entry

Pluspunten:

QuickBooks Payments definitely is convenient if your already using QuickBooks for your accounting software. Payments are automatically matched up with the correct invoice and I find that customers pay a lot sooner since they have the ability to pay straight from their invoice.

Minpunten:

The only real issue I think is that the fees can add up quick!!! If a customer pays with a credit card it's 2.4% plus $.25 each transaction. Although that is typical it just adds up very quick especially if it's a large transaction. What they don't tell you is that if you customers pay through ACH instead of credit card the max you will pay for a fee is $10. If we had known this all along we would have saved a lot of money. Very frustrating

Quickbooks is very good for smaller businesses

QuickBooks software is very affordable with lot of good. There are lot's of reports in which you can see that the app allows you to add on a verity of additional features.

Minpunten:

the built-in inventory management system is totally designed mainly for businesses tracking and the stock levels of the finished goods.

Great way to stay organized!

Pluspunten:

What I enjoy most about QuickBooks payments the organization and layout of the site. It keeps track of every invoice if I send it over to the QuickBooks website. It also helps me keep track of how much and who still owes a payment and by how many days a payment is overdue.

Minpunten:

What I like least about QuickBooks payments is that sometimes when I do submit a payment it does not register on QuickBooks and I have to manually enter the payment as received.

Ease of use for Quickbooks Payments

Pluspunten:

The ease of use for both the business and the customer is by far one of the best things about using Quickbooks Payments. The transactions are smooth and the deposit turnaround time is quick. Makes for a seamless transaction for both parties - literally just a click of a button.

Minpunten:

Not much to say about dislikes of this feature

Pluspunten:

no monthly fee for a business checking account. Great Online trasactions

Minpunten:

Updates often and can charge a processing fee.

Oldie but Goodie.

Pluspunten:

Highly used program by many businesses so it’s easy to use and pretty self explanatory.

Minpunten:

Could probably use a refresh or update. Although the app is very user friendly

Opmerkingen: we are still using this system and it's working great. We rarely have any problems and when we do they are solved quickly for us.

Pluspunten:

This allowed our technicians to receive payment in the field and integrated nicely with Quick Books. It worked wonderfully for the most part.

Minpunten:

the cost of the scanners was a little high due to them not lasting as long as we would have liked.

We use the Go Payment mobile app at work.

Pluspunten:

What I like most about the Go Payment app is that in real-time it is easy to use. Comprehensive. It's great how it seamlessly integrates into QuickBooks online and then into our bank account.

Minpunten:

Least favorite thing about Go Payment is QuickBooks merchant services. If there is a bump in the process, funds are held in their payments/collections department without notification to the user. It is up to us to figure out something is off, and make the inquiries. While doing that, I have gotten varying resolution answers from various reps. Is confusing and time-consuming.

Quick Books Makes things easy

Opmerkingen: Overall, We love QuickBooks payments because we get paid quickly from our customers using credit cards.

I love that we can take payments from our customers easily.

It took a long time for us to get a card reader.

Take payments at mobile shows or wherever you need

Pluspunten:

This was a great addition that allows us to take credit card payments at trade shows and other places that we don't have access to a PC.

Minpunten:

Sometimes difficult to setup, but for the most part very reliable.

Decent software

Opmerkingen: Because of my issues with the card reader, I don’t use QB go payment as much as I used to. But I still have to offer it to my customers who only use cards.

Pluspunten:

I like the software for this program. The online program is easy to navigate and easy to find what I’m looking for ex: totals, fees etc..

Minpunten:

My app often fails or kicks me out and I have to log back in (annoying). My card scanner never works correctly. I have to swipe the card 3x, hop on 1 foot then slide the card for it to work! Ridiculous and time consuming

Don't use if you want your to get your money

Pluspunten:

This is easy to deploy and use. The pricing and fees are very reasonable.

Minpunten:

Support for this is "hit or miss". The functionality of the software makes it too easy to accidentally void a transaction which can NOT be reversed according to their support department. You will lose your money.

Gopayment mobile POS is great for accepting card payments.

Opmerkingen: Despite Gopayment not being perfect its a great mobile companion for accepting card and other types of payments. I love it although some work needs to be done to make it worth being used for mass POS transactions. I love it so far.

Pluspunten:

The fact that it is available on mobile phone makes it amazing, its easy to use, easily available, does not require any skills its just like you use the camera, its the best for small scale shop and store owners as it requires no space you just pocket it with the phone and produce it when needed.

Minpunten:

some bugs makes it boring, its charges amount is way much for such a simple software especially for common goods with fixed prices in small shops, poor customer support response team.

Working with Quickbooks Software Payments.

Opmerkingen: Bank statements transactions mostly and it worked great. Bank statement transactions are auto matched to QuickBooks data to make our transactions simple which was very good and the smartest way to do business so far.

Pluspunten:

It was the first time in our company that we used this type of software but I can reassure you that it was really easy to use, the payments were made easily and accurate and we'll keep using this in the future.

Minpunten:

After six months of working with this software , nothing can be measured as con, if you learn how to use it and you are careful of how to navigate you will not make a mistake. So I recommend it as a great product.

Make Life Easier

Pluspunten:

QuickBooks is able to sync with our timesheet software!

Minpunten:

In the capacity I used QuickBooks, I have no complaints.

GoPayment makes collecting payments quick and simple.

Pluspunten:

The mobile application is very simple and straight-forward. We have had very few issues with the credit card readers and they load very quickly. It is very easy to setup products and services in the app and add them to a transaction.

Minpunten:

It is difficult to sync with your existing QBO products and services. Customer service doesn't seem to know their products well. It does not allow you to add a decimal number for a product quantity, so you can not sell products by weight.

It's Not Your Fault Your Swiper Is a Piece of Garbage

Opmerkingen: For real, we use this piece of software quite a bit and it's been a very flexible tool for us.

Pluspunten:

Allows us to easily take mobile payments from a tablet or smart phone. Tracking those payments is also pretty simple.

Minpunten:

It's not GoPayment's fault that our swiper is a piece of garbage, but I wish there was someone else to blame. Most of the shortcomings of this software are purely user-related, because users and lame, and dumb.
