Opmerkingen: Survey Sparrow is my #1 online survey builder. Nor the purpose of my surveys, Survey sparrow has always met my needs. It's easy to work with and has a lot of advanced customizable options that are very great for user experience feedback.

Pluspunten:

Survey sparrow is the best survey builder I know so far. The developers are innovating the overall user-feedback building experience and that's amazing.The conditional logic feature in survey sparrow is far way more advanced than those in alternative tools I've used so far. It's damn too smart and sounds rather too conversational and friendly.With this natural and friendly touch, the customer feels extremely engaged and that boosts the overall conversion rates for whatever purpose the form was built for.I like to start my surveys with a warm message, that makes the reader feel important and increases the overall interaction and engagement rates.then; I enjoy giving users multiple options as this keeps them more focused on providing just simple answers than putting them to work (thinking).The logic condition helps me to assign a suitable option to each question asked. This creates a specific condition that will trigger a particular answer or option for multiple choice and all the questions in general.The survey sparrow form builder is very neat and there are even tons of pre-built templates available. These templates are suitable for beginners and can help to save some time too.The analytic & reporting parts of the tool also work well and provide in-depth data on how users interact with my forms and this helps me to know how good or bad the form is doing.

Minpunten:

The cost for this plugin is quickly expensive and I must say, it's not suitable for most start-ups and individual businesses. It would be great if the company makes little adjustments to the spring options or even add custom-pricing options to the tool which will enable each user to only pay for a certain amount of features they want.

Pluspunten:

SurveySparrow allows us to create most interactive and conversational surveys. The surveys created using SurveySparrow will get more responses from targetted participants. This platform has several types of templates in it which are used to create surveys instantly.

Minpunten:

SurveySparrow platform has some best features than other survey builders but they are only available for paid subscription only.

Missing key features!

Opmerkingen: It has been a roller coaster ride. There are high points of using them and lot of cons. They seem to lack the maturity required for handing huge workloads. My recommendation to others would be to clearly review the product and understand email limits etc before selecting them. If you are looking for email based surveying capability then stay away.

Pluspunten:

1. Chat based survey capability 2. Open integration 3. SMS Text capability

Minpunten:

1. Poor chat (only) customer support. Takes hours to get a small thing done. 2. Lack of email marketing features. There is no way to send reminders easily or even segment audiences. 3. Lot of dependence on developers, which is a huge time suck. 4. Doesn't allow you to handle bulk loads such as deleting or copying an audience list. 5. Webhooks have trouble connecting to AWS public gateway.

SurveySparrow is your best partner in making any survey.

Opmerkingen: One of the best that I have used on a person and on an organizational level. It really adds a great value to my work, manages received data in a wonderful manner.

Pluspunten:

Dashboards on this platform are great. Using the skip questions tool is great as well for email surveys where there is more coverage to more users.

Minpunten:

You might need sometime to find your way with SurveySparrow unlike other applications.

Best Survey Builder

Opmerkingen: My overall experience with surveysparrow is great.Its best used for building surveys for customers and knowing about their opinion.The process can be smoothly done with the help of surveysparrow.

Pluspunten:

Surveysparrow is best when compared to any other surveybuilders.The userinterface is easy to setup and use.The customers feels friendly when filling those forms.The best feature of surveysparrow is that it has a lot of inbuilt templates for creating surveys.These templates are very good looking.

Minpunten:

Surveysparrow has got so many features which are not available in other survey builders bu the user must take premium plan to get access to those features in surveysparrow.

Pricing model is deceptive

Opmerkingen: Would not recommend. There are better platforms out there.

Pluspunten:

It was easy to build surveys. Other than that, there was not much that I would recommend them for.

Minpunten:

Pricing model was not transparent. Was not informed that if I do not use all my purchased surveys in a select timeframe, I would lose them. They then tried to charge me for an entirely new set of surveys without my knowledge of consent. Additionally, there is not "save and come back" option on their surveys. If you do not finish them in one sitting, you lose all already entered data.

Excellent software and alternative to Typeform!

Pluspunten:

I love that the software is flexible and not too expensive. Support are great and helped resolve my clients issues fast! My clients and their clients love this software. The best resolution to typeform issues!

Minpunten:

There were a few issues at first with partial submissions and submissions still being submitted without consent but the team resolves those issues fast, no other company was as customer centric as surveysparrow.

SurveySparrow - A simple and easy way to make surveys

Opmerkingen: I am solving getting customer feedback in a simple and easy way without making it a big task for them to complete or be put off by the complexity. So far I have had good response as customers dont seem to mind the surveys and they work well on a mobile.

Pluspunten:

The free trial of the Enterprise was an excellent idea to make sure you can see all the options, it was very simple to use and a lot of templates to get you started. There are a lot of addons which would be very useful when connecting to others online services.

Minpunten:

It could do with a few more customizations and add ins for the program I use on a daily basis but it still works well and some of the buttons are not logical.

Great Survey Builder platform

Pluspunten:

The best feature of survey sparrow is that it has tons of free templates which are used to build surveys.The import and export feature helps in importing and exporting of data which are used to surveys.The user interface is very beginner friendly and easy to set and to use.It helps in collecting and gathering data or used to collect the opinions from a certain set of users.The technical support offered is greatly appreciated.

Minpunten:

Surveysparrow has more features but user should pay/purchase some premium plans in order to use those features.

Improving my feedback collection experience

Opmerkingen: The platform is easy to use and has allowed me to create engaging, custom surveys quickly and efficiently and I enjoyed the conversational interface that feels more like a conversation than a typical survey form.

Pluspunten:

What I like the most about this platform is its conversational approach instead of having customers fill out a typical survey form. I love how I can create highly personalized and engaging surveys that my clients find enjoyable to take.

Minpunten:

The customization options are a bit limited compared to other survey tools I've used in the past. I also noticed that the integration with other analysis tools is not as easy as I would have liked.

I would not recommend it - missing features and bad customer service

Opmerkingen: Not good. Not happy. Even asked them for finding a solution - but they didn't want to.

Pluspunten:

It looks nice from the outside (on the website). But as you join the software it's not what it says it is. And then customer service don't really want to help.

Minpunten:

Really bad customer service. Slow response time and no real help.

Fly Like A Bird, Survey Like A Sparrow!

Opmerkingen: The way SurveySparrow can handle input from visitors via chat is a tremendous help. People tend not to fill in surveys when just linked to a more static "normal" survey. But with the survey integrated into their chat application, we see more people responding. Meaning we are able to gather more valuable data than before. We made some adjustments to the website as we learned that some parts of our navigation was not that simple, according to our visitors feedback. That is a clear benefit we have realized and could not have done without the feedback we got via SurveySparrow.
Give it a try, this is something you really need to experience first hand. No review will do this justice compared to just “flying in”!

Pluspunten:

The feature set is incredible and apparently ever growing. I like that SurveySparrow are continuously working on new functionality. Sure there was a learning curve, but it was not steep. We like it so much that we upgraded to a (newer) higher tier, which gives us even more functionality. We are already actively looking at our internal processes to so see how we can further improve our integration with SurveySparrow. Special shout out to their support team; they are good listeners, knowledgeable and solutions focused. I had some small feedback on a SurveySparrow newsletter, got a mail back the same day thanking me for my comment and got asked if I had anything else to share, improving future outreach.

Minpunten:

SurveySparrow changed their tiers (for the better), but did not notify us. Improvement could (and always should ) be made regarding their external communication. We had some difficulties to login in the past, but it turned out that at that moment there was some maintenance going on, and we did in fact received an email about this (which we overlooked). Can happen, not a big problem.

It is a really good tool. They have the potential to be one of the best survey tool

Opmerkingen: It was my goto product because it was so simple to use. i would say simplicity is the key.

Pluspunten:

This survey has really good UI. Really interactive sign-up page. They do justice to their tag line of creating conversation out of surveys. really good customer support

Minpunten:

They have very little options in terms of presentations of the surveys. No templates are given for emailing a survey, one fix template has to be used.

Opmerkingen: Our relationship with the users and client is increased therefore making it easy for us to conduct a survey and focus on what really matters.
Nowadays it is very important that surveys can be visualized on any device, and surveysparrow fully meets this.

Pluspunten:

Surveys are an excellent tool to measure the performance and knowledge of your company's employees, surveysparrow has a friendly and easy to use design. It saves you a lot of time so you can use it on other things.

Minpunten:

So far I have not found anything that I dislike about surveysparrow, since I use it mostly to create employee satisfaction surveys in my company.

Good tool to automate your company's survey

The feature I like the most in Survey Sparrow is their ability to save a response that was partially filled!

Minpunten:

We had some difficulties when sharing the survey with customers and team members in China. Some could only open with VPN.

The form can be build from the blank scratch and can use different themes so that customers can give their opinion.it is very good mode for getting market analysis of the product

The customer support is poor . occasionally the survey doesn't submit

When purchased in 2018 they User Interface needed to be improved and the team has listened and made great strides in that area . other than that no issues.

I Can Now Create Beautiful and Mobile First Surveys

Opmerkingen: I can create easy surveys for a mobile audience

Pluspunten:

They have a mobile first strategy which makes sense since most email is opened on mobile today. The surveys are really easy to use and function more like a chat box than a standard survey, making it more conversational for the user. My favorite survey app!

Minpunten:

It is very easy to use but has limited design functionality so this may be an issue if you really want to customize your survey's look and feel.

A survey that we can build!!

Opmerkingen: It helped for collecting data for my research purpose . But they can't handle heavy load

The user interface for building the survey are soo good, it helps very much in obtaining data for research. Their intuitive tools differ from other competitors

Minpunten:

The survey building tool is good ,but it has some bugs and need developers assistance. Some features are paid.

Choose your software

Opmerkingen: This platform is good for the survey's and can choose the software's by the prediction. The Predictions in the software was soo accurate.

Pluspunten:

I have been used this platform for months and it was great. This app allows to trial the softwares for free. The survey tools are good.

Minpunten:

Rough start for the beginners and sometimes software was buggy.

I was considering Typeform but love the conversational style of Survey Sparrow. This is a beautifully designed and intuitive app that's sure to delight your audience. I'm very pleased with it.

Minpunten:

I wish we could do more with regards to branding, but I believe that's coming soon so it's not a big deal at all to me.

User Friendly Tool

It's up there with other top names in surveying. Definitely user friendly and easy to learn.

Minpunten:

Follow up, promotional emails can be a bit much, maybe it's just me and there's a way to adjust the number of emails I receive.

Doesn't have all the features as equally-priced competitors

I really wanted to like this system, because from initial look it has a lot of basic tools found in other - much more expensive - professional survey products.

Minpunten:

After trying to use the survey system to do product concept testing, I ran into several challenges which caused me to switch to SurveyMonkey. These were: 1) Lack of page randomization 2) Difficulty resizing images embedded 3) Limitations of the survey look & feel 4) Lack of bells and whistles, like: accessibility for screen readers, ratings on the quality of your questions

SurveySparrow makes surveys fun!

Pluspunten:

I love the chat like the way of creating and answering the survey. It gives it a personal feeling. It was very easy to set up my first client satisfaction form without even checking the documentation.

Minpunten:

I don't like the SurveySparrow branding but I know it's on the roadmap to create my own branding soon. I can work with it in the meantime.
