Zakelijk en nuttig info voor de klanten

Opmerkingen: Zeer praktisch,overzichtelijk, goed, op één plaats,zeer functioneel.

Pluspunten:

Het is zeer gemakkelijk omdat het zich allemaal op dezelfde pagina bevindt en het werken simpel maakt ,een agenda ,een workdocument,een rekenmachine allemaal op één en de plaats hoe gemakkelijk kan je zijn.

Minpunten:

Jammer genoeg zijn er voor mij geen nadelen aan omdat ik altijd mijn laptop bij heb en mijn afspraken ,of brieven ter plaatse kan bijhouden en bewerken.

Een heel compleet systeem voor elk bedrijf

Opmerkingen: Wij doen alles met google Workspace. De agenda werkt top. Videobeelden is altijd uitstekend. Het mailen gaat ook heel makkelijk en goed te herkennen door de bedrijfsnaam erin te verwerken.

Pluspunten:

Je hebt alle programma's op dezelfde plek. Ik werk wel eens op een andere laptop en dan kan ik alsnog bij al mn bestanden

Ik merk dat het even wennen is aangezien het net even anders is dan de vergelijkbare programma's

Opmerkingen: Fijn om mee te werken. Voelde goed om te weten dag mijn bestanden veilig zijn.

Betaalbaarheid, gevoel van veiligheid en dit ook bevestigd krijgen.

Slechte communicatie en moeilijk om in contact te komen.

Je hebt niet meer nodig dan Google Workspace voor het beste gebruiksgemak om te e-mailen.

What I liked most about Google Workspace is the seamless integration between all its tools. Google Workspace should invest more in the MDM side of technology. Their opponents (Intune) have a wonderful product and should invest time and resources into that type of technology.

Enhancing Digital Learning and Faculty-Student Collaboration

Opmerkingen: Google Classroom improved our university's online learning setup by making collaboration between students and teachers easier. Its integration with other Google tools helped us create more interactive and engaging course materials. The automated assignment and grading features saved professors a lot of time, letting them focus more on individual student engagement.

Google Classroom's easy-to-use interface has greatly cut down the time I spend on admin tasks like handing out assignments and keeping track of submissions, giving me more time to focus on teaching and mentoring students. Optimal Work Productivity with Google's Topnotch Workspace

Opmerkingen: Google Workspace streamlined applications use and had the most important work applications in the platform. A few years back, even cloud storages demanded a different provider, now, Google Workspace has everything a team needs to boost its productivity.

Pluspunten:

Google Workspace allows premium use of Google applications with tools that help optimize work and productivity. The interconnectivity of the applications is very convenient for work and its synchronicity with available mobile versions maximizes work productivity even at the tip of our fingertips.

Minpunten:

GMeet and GChat may have been integrated instead of two separate applications since both can be available with one messaging app.

Get work done with workspace

Opmerkingen: Overall my experience with Google Workspace has been great. The services and features are in line iwth what I need to complete projects.

I use google workspace every day for emails, creating documents and spreadsheets. It is the best and most user friendly platform I have used for these types of projects.

Easy to use

Opmerkingen: I've had a very positive experience with G Suite and would recommend it to anyone for personal use, and also for business use - especially if you work with remote teams or need to share & control documents. Whilst it doesn't quite have all the bells and whistles you get with MS office products, for 99% of the tasks I've needed to do I've found it to work perfectly well.

Pluspunten:

Having come from years of using Microsoft office products (excel, word, outlook etc.) I was initially concerned about switching to G-Suite for obvious reasons. The great thing about G-suite however is that it is so easy to pick ups and use as so much of the functionality & menus's are the same as what you are probably used to from MS products. By far the best thing about G-Suite is the ease at which you can collaborate with others and manage your files without the usual uncontrolled copies of documents floating around. It's easy to share documents with others and control access. The fact that this is cloud based is also a massive bonus to me. I can access my files from anywhere, on any device. For example I've used Google forms to capture data directly from customers at a trade show using a tablet, that can then be shared & analysed more or less instantly with other applications. Oh and it's also free!

Minpunten:

The only real issue I have is if you try and work offline - it can be a bit temperamental. Likewise if your internet connection is a bit ropey it can be a pain, but for the most part this hasn't been an issue for me.

All in one solution

Opmerkingen: Fantastic! We took 2 different cloud servers and merged them into just G Suite. We have cloud based backups, it is very user friendly (even for the less tech-savvy volunteers!), and the setup was super easy. Honestly we dragged our feet with the setup and file transfer because we expected it to be more complicated than it was! I wish we had done this a few years ago!

Pluspunten:

Having G Suite allowed us to condense several different file organization/data base software programs into one (G Suite). This allows our non-profit animal rescue to store animal records (owner surrender forms, shelter paperwork, vet invoices, behavior evaluations) in an organized fashion. We also use G Suite for our forms (adoption, owner surrender, etc.) for information coming in. It is very easy to organize and/or search for information. All of our volunteers can have access to what we need without navigating complicated software or programs.

Minpunten:

Some of the add-ons to particular features within G Suite can become discontinued and no longer supported which means we need to find new and similar add-ons to meet our needs. I do appreciate that these discontinuations are done with the purpose of maintaining client privacy and ensuring that add-ons are reputable. Some people get frustrated when they do not take the time to organize their Drive and thus they have difficulties finding documents. Organizing documents on Drive is not as intuitive for many people as it is on the actual computer drive (I'm not sure why!).

Indispensable tool set, especially in an increasingly remote/virtual workforce

Opmerkingen: We do everything in Workspace. Other than our ATS, all of our day to day communication and documentation activities are performed on Workspace, we have all but gotten rid of Microsoft and Zoom

Each app is seamlessly integrated into all the other apps. Communicating with my team, collaborating on deliverables and documents, calendar management, video meetings and email literally all in one place. Workspace has significantly sped up work flow, I never realized how much time it took to do the little things like attach documents, create and send video meeting invites, and waiting on my teammates to respond to emails or other chat systems. Having everything housed in Google means every tool you need can be accessed in the same tab, making it almost impossible to not see a new email or chat to come through. These things might sound silly, our production has sped up so significantly since switching from several different software and applications to Google Workspace.

Minpunten:

There aren't a lot of cons really, but if I have to pick something, I'd say it is a little confusing starting out when people refer to Hangouts vs. Meet vs. Chat vs. Duo and things like that just because all of them pretty much share different combinations of the same messaging, video chat and/or voice calling functions. Google is consolidating all these services into fewer apps (which are included in Workspace), and apps that will eventually be unsupported (like Hangouts) are still functional and being slowly fazed out, so this isn't even really much of a con.

Best collaboration and productivity suite for small or medium scaled organizations.

Opmerkingen: Google workspace is one of my favorite productivity software suite. It's extremely intuitive and easy to work with. Moreover, it's excellent product for collaborating with team members on real time basis or sharing the files across organization.

Pluspunten:

My organization uses Google workspace as a primary software for internal emails, collaboration, document creation and meetings. I love working on Google workspace due to these reasons: 1. Google workspace works seamlessly when it comes to real time collaboration with your team/organization. Anyone who has the right access, can make real time changes to the document 2. As an owner of document, you have full access controls that allows you to share files with specific people with specific access (view/edit/download etc). 3. It provides tons of 3rd party integration like with Jira, confluence, slack, Zoom, workday etc. This makes me super productive as I don't have to spend time on exporting and importing of data between different systems. 4. All google workspace products are extremely intuitive and very well designed even for those people who are not very technically savvy.

Minpunten:

For online version, its hand-down the best solution. But as a Desktop solution, it lacks a lot of features. Google workspace is very basic when it comes to what you can do in their Desktop apps. Also, when it comes to 'heavy data/number crunching', I have found MS Excel to be much better in performance as compared to Google Sheets.

A Tool for Effective Collaboration Platform

Opmerkingen: Overall, using this service to store documents is helpful. Less so for anything more difficult because you'll have to handle everything on your own and won't be able to rely on the system to help you locate, store, and retrieve documents.

The simplicity of collaboration, the features it offers, the untapped potential, the support for actual collaboration services, the freedom of movement and accessibility to services from any location at any time.

Minpunten:

Due to the large number of product variations, customers may be confused about the pricing and feel that they are not receiving value for their money. Additionally, the ability to upload and save files Less storage space is available for free. By raising the maximum number of files that can be saved during free trials, this quality must be added.

Good but some features should be improved

Opmerkingen: If I forget about the month of time I wasted to migrate from one Google Workspace account to a new one, overall it is quite good.Although the Google Drive section cold be improve. The navigation is not very user friendly.There are several interesting apps and GMail works well.

Pluspunten:

The space to store the documents is good (depending on how much you pay of course) and it makes the files available and accessible from anywhere, which is a plus.I use it a lot to share files and documents and it is easy to create links and share folders.I like the fact that it is possible to use the GMail app for corporate emails, avoiding the need of using outlook or other email systems that do not work well.

I started a new account with Google Workspace migrating from another account I already had in Google Workspace.It should have been the easiest thing in the world for Google to simply change my account name. All my files where already there, I just had to add the new corporate email and put the account in the name of my new company. It should have been easy and quick.Well, instead it was a nightmare. Not only Google cannot change the name in an account (or better said, they refuse to do it) but they also refused to transfer my files from one account to the next. I had to download ALL my files of years and move them to the new account. But even this is not easy. Google Workspace does not let you download all your files easily. If a folder is above a certain size (I believe above 2 GB), they break it down randomly in many different files that are then impossible for you to rearrange in the same folder. So, you have to download your files and folders almost one by one and then upload them to the new account. It took me one month of work, time that I did not have and I do no appreciate wasting in something completely useless. This is definitely something Google should work on because it is not acceptable at all.

Google Workspace is easy to setup, has all the features that any company (big or small) will need. It can be integrated with other software (Salesforce, Project Management). It's pretty easy to use and it's rarely / never offline

It's not as slick as some applications, but the positive trade offs make it a win
