Fantastic software

Opmerkingen: I would say it's been very nice.

Pluspunten:

From visitor checkin to vendor registrations and managing inventory as well, all are being done by Veris.

Minpunten:

They launch updates very often and we have to update it every time, which is good but while we try to update it, we cannot use to for visitor checkin at the same time.

I was able to chekin within 8 seconds, which is far better then other software.

Minpunten:

It took some time to print my ID badge, which could be improved.

Veris made life easier

Opmerkingen: Sometimes it is hard to understand visitor's handwriting, and often they leave the columns empty while doing the entry in the visitor book. Veris had solved such issues and no more bookkeeping.

Pluspunten:

It gives us a method to keep the data safe & secure and a simpler process that makes visitor's life easier at the same time. And the best part is that it works offline too!

Minpunten:

Printing badge ; visitor find it as waste of resources ! Dashboard is little tricky to use.

A must-have for front desks

Opmerkingen: Most definitely gives a very upscale impression to the meeting process, especially when compared to the traditional counterpart- the age-old logbook!

Pluspunten:

A delight for repeat visitors at any facility. Ensures a quick check-in without the hassle of repeating manual data entry at every visit.

Minpunten:

Only interacted as a user while visiting clients. Not sure of any negative as such.
