Opmerkingen: They have been a partner to work with. Through the sales, implement and now execution, i have been nothing but impressed with the way the conduct their business. They listen and make changes. It is great to see an application company that does not get stuck in their own way by not making changes.

Pluspunten:

The scheduling tool allows us to run our business smoothly. Everyone on the team has access.

Minpunten:

The marketing email tool is still new and needs some work.

The reports are super limited. It is impossible to get the information you need to make financial decisions, clean up you database, etc

Moego the best pet grooming software!

Opmerkingen: Everything with Moego is seamlessly put together. All that we need is at our fingertips. Client info, pet info, checking out clients, scheduling, reminders, we feel they have everything worked out so well.

Pluspunten:

Moego is easy to use, seamless appt. scheduling, check in and check out. New features are always added and existed features always improved upon.

Minpunten:

We did have a bit of trouble transferring from the previous program we used, but Moego quickly remedied that for the future.

Love MoeGo!

Opmerkingen: MoeGo helps a ton in managing appointments and reducing the number of no shows through automatic reminders. Something we don't have to worry about and now can focus on other things!

Pluspunten:

Love the ease of use and the online booking capability

Minpunten:

I would LOVE if they would have the ability to turn off booking ability for specific groomers on certain dogs (if "Groomer 1" doesn't want to groom Fluffy again, make it so that groomer is disabled for Fluffy both online and in app).

Breath of fresh air

Pluspunten:

I like how there are less steps for everything compared to my old software company. They listen and take into consideration the needs and ideas from the businesses they support. My payroll has become soooooo easy....

Minpunten:

There are a few minor tweaks that could be adjusted. Not being able to merge clients, or move pet's to another owner if they are rehomed. The product does not integrate with the Square register unfortunately. My register is only a few years old and I am not about to replace the register with a terminal.

Highly recommend

Opmerkingen: I have used a few other programs and moego is by far the best! You get what you pay for.

Very user friendly, has a lot of customizable options.

Minpunten:

Cost per text adds up quickly. I only use messaging for reminder texts that are included. Otherwise it's a little expensive.

Do not trust this company shocked at price increase (four times the starting price)

Horrible company! Loved software, built my business with it then surprised me with huge increase! Do not trust them! You will put all of your clients in the system, book your whole year then went from $39 a month to $200 month! No way. Then to be nice said I could pay $100 monthly. Should be reported to the bbb. I will contact all Orange County groomers to never use them!

This program saves my life.

Opmerkingen: Great product, really saves me time since I am a team of one. Can quickly schedule appointments or set them up for recurring apointments.

Pluspunten:

Scheduling with smart schedule for mobile salons. Ease of setup. Love the radius set up for mobile salons. Customer account from their side.

Minpunten:

Layouts to find certain buttons, sometimes there is lot of clicking to find the setting.

MoeGo is a good option for groomers

Pluspunten:

It's pretty easy to book new appointments and its great for encouraging recurring business. You have full control over most of your messaging and plenty of texts included with the plans. It makes for a really easy client management.The helpline is always quick to respond and pleasant to deal with.Ive always felt valued as a client and treated with respect.

Minpunten:

My one real complaint is that they list the monthly cost in my currency (canadian) so I assumed they would charge me the conversion they showed there. However, I'm charged in USD so with fluctuating conversion and then credit card fees it's actually about 10% more than I originally expected. I'm on their grandfathered plan so its really not that big of a deal for me but at their new rates it's something that really needs to considered if you're not American.

I love Moego!

Opmerkingen: I love the ease of using Moego. I use Moego for both my brick and mortar location and also for my mobile grooming. Moego literally does everything for me.

The product is easy to use and easy to pickup on. The customer service is top tier. My questions are always answered quickly.

Minpunten:

I would recommend adding a boarding feature for those salons that offer boarding services.

Great but Pricy

MoeGo is the best

Pluspunten:

Signing up with MoeGo is the best decision for my new business. The on boarding call helped understand the features on offer and smart-scheduling makes life much easier. Organizing appointments with color codes helps differentiate between services. Highly recommend to all professional salons and mobile Groomers.

Minpunten:

There is nothing to be disliked about MoeGo really. However, if I have to pick something, it'll be the number of messages offered. They can probably be more than just 300 every month.
