Really Responsive Support

Opmerkingen: The overall experience is good. I can tell they have put a lot of time into developing the product it’s also new and I’ve discovered decal glitches. That said when I reach out, they are very fast to respond and take action to quickly update the software to meet our needs. They go above and beyond what most software companies offer when it comes to customer support. I really value and appreciate that!

Pluspunten:

The templates designs are beautiful and seamless to edit.

Minpunten:

I don’t like the billing model. I believe they should charge by “unique views” not “unique visitors”. We get over 1M visitors to your site per month yet we only use Poptin for our blog. It’s frustrating having to pay for our entire website traffic especially bc they are really pricey.

Great way to understand website visits.

Shows the daily visitors to my website, and also has multiple breakdowns of time frames of visitors.

Minpunten:

Nothing at the moment. Everything seems good. If theres a way to breakdown the demographic of PC vs mobile users, thats all i can think of.

Pluspunten:

Easy to start using and pop-ups are active on-site immediately.

Minpunten:

UX is a little clunky and have been unable to import brand fonts

My experience with Poptin so far and its benefits

Pluspunten:

A lot of freedom and available options in terms of customization of forms, popups, their relevant settings (timing, frequency, cues, etc.)

Minpunten:

Nothing much really, sometimes the pages may be a bit slow at loading, which could depend on the UI or simply my device, but there really aren't any cons.

Pluspunten:

I like how easy it is to use and the features that other pop-up software's offer for money, you offer it for completely free and also the software is really easy to use unlike others I need to watch YouTube videos.

Minpunten:

The only issue I have is the mobile optimization, the pop-up on computer is the right size but on mobile phones its really small and I'm sure its gonna lower conversion rates for users if you don't fix that asap!

Beautiful Popups with Exit Intent

Opmerkingen: I've been a happy user thus far. Honestly, the availability of customer support is one of the most important factors here. Plus, the pop-ups have a variety of nice themes and allow the use of exit intent on the free plan! Overall a great value!

Pluspunten:

The code installations went smoothly. Customer support is very responsive. I enjoy the generous amount of monthly free views. I also appreciate the responsive and easy to reach customer support.

Minpunten:

The user interface is easy to navigate, but it has some glitches. Customer support is responsive and appears to understand what you mean without any confusion.

We wish there was a better mobile/phone exit intent pop up functionality, but what Poptin has may be the best that is technologically possible on mobile currently.

It works and support it very quick to reply. Designing popup is confusing - it would be better if popup editor was more intuitive, more like elementor or other familiar interfaces.

This is an elegant and highly refined program. The results can be spectacular with a very small amount of effort.

The dashboard may be a bit too extensive - there's a bit of a learning curve. It could be simpler.

Opmerkingen: I enjoy using it. I don't have doubts that it will work well. There is enough room for me to create uniquely creative designs. This app was well made.

It is easy to understand this interface. I figured it out in about 10 minutes. So convenient.

Minpunten:

Poptin handle a lot of graphics well and this bogs it down. However, it is important to note that too many graphics would lead to an undesired load for the user anyway.

Wonderful customer support

Pluspunten:

The best feature for me was the very high quality of technical support. I am not very tech savvy and was having a few issues that the team jumped in and helped me sort out. Now that I have it set up properly, it works like a charm! Very reliable and connects seamlessly with my website and my email management software. This will be a huge asset and fills a gap we had in our former toolset.

Minpunten:

I had some issues with formatting at first but got comfortable with it fairly quickly
