Great All-in-One Solution for ANY Talent Team!

Opmerkingen: We had been using a legacy ATS which we had heavily customized for our High Volume RPO business over 10 years. That system was purchased and sunsetted, so we needed a new solution. Through an exhaustive search we found Loxo and were impressed by the potential of the system (it was still very new two years ago). When meeting with [sensitive content hidden] we saw his passion for developing a better system and were willing to work with him and his team to make it better. They have met and exceeded our expectations. His support and development teams are responsive, helpful and quick to solve problems while they are constantly improving the system.

Pluspunten:

Loxo is a leader in what ATS and CRM systems should be. They are constantly making improvements and adding customizable elements that make the system better every day! Their support team is always responsive and solves any issues quickly. The system is also very intuitive and user-friendly with integrated phone, text, drip marketing and sourcing ALL IN ONE!

Minpunten:

We've been working with Loxo for 2 years now. We knew then that it wasn't everything we wanted because it was so new, but the potential for greatness was there! They have come a long way and are using our input to make updates that really matter!

Loxo is a great all-in-one solution for recruiting

Pluspunten:

The platform is robust, offering solutions for sourcing, pipeline management, ATS, CRM, business development, management and back office processes...yet it's really intuitive and easy to use. They also offer great support through use cases and live chat.

Minpunten:

We haven't found Loxo lacking in any way.

Worst Platform, the Sales Rep Lie on top of the Customer Service Mgr not caring at all

Opmerkingen: Very upsetting. We asked for training multiple times...we left a software company that provided stellar customer service and 1:1 devoted training only because Loxo promised we would be able to source candidates and save money but not having to have any other paid recruitment platforms. That is a LIE. Then when we asked for our date, ALL THE SUDDEN the Customer Service Manager, [sensitive content hidden], who is the worst, decides now she has the time to reach out to us. Instead of listening to our concerns that we had and trying to save us, she repeated herself and not hearing ANYTHING THAT WE SAID! Or the facts that we have when we were promised one thing and met with the opposite. Not to mention the amount of times we asked for help and were not provided any.

Pluspunten:

We do not like anything about LOXO and it is simply due to the lack of customer service and the amount of times we asked for help and did not get the guidance needed.

Minpunten:

There is no 1:1 training, they put you in a class with a guy that talks super fast and you do not get to stop and ask questions until the end of the hour which by then, you are beyond confused. When we asked for more training, they put us back in the same class, with the same gentleman and never listed to what we actually needed. UNTIL WE WANTED TO CANCEL!

Opmerkingen: Loxo came highly recommended to me in 2020. I had been looking for a sophisticated, yet user-friendly CRM ATS system to replace my old system which was frustrating and full of time-wasting redundancies. After receiving the Loxo demo, I said to myself, “If this software does half of what I’m seeing, my life is about to get a whole lot easier.” I signed up immediately and must say that the experience has surpassed my expectations. Loxo’s AI technology and organic flow of searching and communicating with candidates continues to impress me. But it’s the customer service that has absolutely blown me away. It’s the best I’ve ever experienced. From Day 1 to today, I have been 100% satisfied with my decision. Keep being you, Loxo, you guys are awesome!

Best ATS & CRM we have used

Opmerkingen: It's a great product, and I like the design and layout - which is very important to me when using it daily as often as I do. We search for very specialized skillsets and their AI tools have not been as good as we'd hoped, but that improves over time and it's done better on some skills than others.

Pluspunten:

Ease of use, and ease of customizing to our needs. Instantly saves all email communication with our candidates and clients, without us having to do anything as long as its set up to sync them. Customer support is always very helpful and usually responds in a timely manner. You can do a lot more with this software if you use it fully, as it will show you your metrics in all areas important to you, thereby helping you improve your business processes.

Minpunten:

The issues are not really specific to Loxo I feel, as I've seen the same issues with other ATSs too: too many duplicates sometimes, of candidates entered, and measuring new business development in their Deals section needs to be improved.

Modern, Efficient, and Easy to Use. Loxo is TOP NOTCH Recruiting Software!

Opmerkingen: A+ from Customer Service to the functionality of the software. It does everything as described and then some! The migration of data went much smoother than I anticipated. I was nervous we would lose notes, activities, contact information, resumes etc. Everything has gone perfect and the learning curve with our 35+ associates was much smaller than I expected and planned for.

Pluspunten:

Managing the pipeline and stages is easy to use and organized. It is at least 3x faster than our previous CRM / ATS. Searching for candidates within your database has never been easier.

Minpunten:

Nothing much at this time. It would be nice is 3rd party phone / VOIP services could be integrated so our calls / texts are logged automatically. However, it sounds like Loxo will be upgrading their internal phone system in the near future.

Loxo has been a game changer for us

Opmerkingen: The Loxo team is also incredible. You know it when you meet smart, professional people that are really good at what they do. Loxo is full of people like that. Everyone we've worked with from sales, to implementation, and in service of our account has taken great care of us. They are super responsive, have a can do attitude, and get the results. We're not tech savvy at all and the Loxo team has really done a great job of making this easy on us and getting our recruiters fully implemented, functional, and happy.

Pluspunten:

Loxo is very intuitive, full of time saving features and automations, easy to integrate with the web and other programs--and it gives our recruiters an extremely simple, and powerful tool they can use to be productive anywhere they can get on the internet. But Loxo AI, Source & Connect are the "muscles" that really make it go the distance for our team. We've used two other ATS systems that we liked, but Loxo is the best by far!

Minpunten:

We just completed our 1 year roadmap review with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and we're really happy with everything. I don't have anything to report here.

I chose LOXO after conducting trials and comparing several other platforms

Opmerkingen: Customer Support was amazing from the trial through implementation. They respond quickly and follow up to ensure that the problem/issue was fixed. Implementing was a breeze compared to some other programs.

The AI Source and Outreach programs are excellent

At first, I was put off by the cost, but after reading other reviews and talking with some people in my network that use it, I went for it. It absolutely has paid for itself ten-fold with the amount of time it saves me in data entry and the AI Sourcing.

Loxo Is An Amazing Service!

Opmerkingen: FIVE STAR!! Overall, I haven't been able to see a technology that is as clean, efficient, and budget-friendly. I highly recommend this to companies that need to get going quickly with their contact cadence needs.

I really liked how organized and clean it is.

Adding emails and integrating platforms is not the smoothest I've seen.

Successful first year of using Loxo for an agency

Opmerkingen: At the heart of every recruitment business lies an ATS system that helps recruiters manage relationships. It's an essential product for us and has helped us to develop stronger relationships in the market through Loxo's technology.

Pluspunten:

After working in recruitment for over 5 years, I've used about 4 - 5 different ATS platforms. From my experience, Loxo sits up there with the best options in the market. What Loxo does well is that it offers a well-designed user interface that isn't overcomplicated or overengineered. That was one of my main requirements when selecting an ATS system as I've often found that previous systems are unneccasirly overcomplicated. The pipeline is very customisable and can be altered to an agency's unique process flow. I also like how you're not required to create calendar events when moving candidates to interviews - some ATS systems require this and we prefer creating events on our calendar separately. Outreach is a great feature that we use very often for multiple use cases. It also removes the need for third-party sales software - I don't think any other ATS competitors offer this feature. Reports are generally well-put-together and easy to interpret.

Minpunten:

There is nothing that I strongly dislike about Loxo. One feature that we don't use but pay for is Loxo Source. I think it's a great feature but the data is still getting there in terms of accuracy for our geography (Asia). I understand that the US is the primary focus market at the moment for this feature and Asia data will improve over time so maybe in the future, we will begin to use it more. Pricing is generally higher than competitors, but ultimately I think that's not an issue because we believe the value is worth it. Support is generally very good - given that we're based in Asia and support is over in the US, there are times where there is a slight delay (usually after a weekend) but generally no issues at all. We've never had any urgent requests as the platform has had 100% uptime during our usage.

Simple to use; customer success available for help

Opmerkingen: Loxo has helped our team stay productive despite working from home during COVID. It has helped them connect with candidates and clients using SMS and email without having to manually document every single message. I also appreciate the back office features that help track placements as well as make customizing Loxo easier. Email and text templates have proven very simple for brand management.

Pluspunten:

At HealthCare Connections, Inc. we use Loxo every day. I found Loxo quite simple to use after a bit of a learning curve with boolean searches. The chat feature of Loxo is probably the most helpful feature in Loxo becuase if I am unsure how to do something or need help with anything, someone in customer success is always there within minutes to assist. They are also quite receptive to suggestions and constructive criticism. In fact, we have had several of our suggestions integrated into their updates.

Minpunten:

Among our team the least liked feature is the lack of being quickly able to decipher if a job is permament or contract. That said, there is only about 2 clicks required to figure this out, but it could be even easier if the choice showed on a search.

When I first started using Loxo I was cautiously optimistic. Glad I followed Through.

Opmerkingen: easy to input and find candidates within the software, cut research time in half.

Pluspunten:

Easy to use interface. The loxo Chrome attachment is awesome. It has cat my research time in half. The calling interface is really cool. The way that it tracks everything I do with a candidate. Phone calls, email, submission etc... Works really well. They are also on top of constantly updating and then letting you know what the update is and how to use it. I do not use the forms feature but it looks easy to use based on the video instructional they put out after it was released. Every new feature or update is like that. I am an old school recruiter that was just looking for a place to store resumes and have easy search features to find them later. This does that and a whole lot more. So well and easy to use that it pushed me to using a lot of features I never thought I would use. I was using BigBiller before this is head and shoulders better in everyway.

Minpunten:

The mobile version is terrible!!!! Only complaint. Man it is so hard to access candidate info. I have to turn my iphone sideways and you still do not get the whole details screen.

LOXO for your recruiting needs

Pluspunten:

Our firm transitioned to LOXO almost a year ago and have been very pleased with their customer service. Their product is extremely user-friendly and they are constantly improving its functionality. The onboarding process was a snap and the continuous training is truly helpful. We highly recommend LOXO in every recruiting firm’s toolbox.

Minpunten:

To date, we haven't found anything we don't like about this product.

Loxo Review - BEST SYSTEM BY FAR

Opmerkingen: By far the best system on the market. If you want to maximize your team's efficiency and get a recruiting solution that actually solves your problems, then Loxo is the platform for you.

Pluspunten:

Loxo is by far the best solution for recruiting on the market. The team their truly understand the needs of high-functioning recruiting teams. The candidate database is unlike anything else I've used on the market. It's searchable on several different levels making my team more effective, and you can easily add candidates into marketing lists, one-off email sends, and click-to-dial campaigns. Yes, you can call directly from within Loxo with no extra tools needed. With loxo, you also get a unique job view that makes it very easy to manage all search projects.

Minpunten:

So far I have no complaints. I've used Bullhorn, FileFinder, Invenias, Crelate and Zoho and none of them even compare to how great Loxo has been for our firm.

Big fan of Loxo

Opmerkingen: Grateful that Loxo came in and changed the talent platform industry. They were desperately needed.

Pluspunten:

Loxo created a one stop shop for us to be able to find candidates, reach out to them and then track the progress throughout the system. Loxo's customer support team is the most responsive and genuine team I've ever worked with. They always made sure I was in a good spot. Loxo allowed us to remove several outside tools/subscriptions as they had everything you need on one platform.

Minpunten:

A few minor email capabilities but they're the kind of company who truly listens to their users. They'll add modifications and adjustments as they see fit.

Great ATS

Opmerkingen: I appreciate many features Loxo provides from sourcing to ongoing communications with candidates after hire. It is organized, user-friendly and integrates well with online platforms. Makenzie has proven to be an incredible asset providing top-notch customer service when needed!

Pluspunten:

Loxo is easy to use and I like how easy it is to post a job and candidates progression is easily visible

Minpunten:

I would like to have a feature to forward texts from candidates.

Intuitive and nice design. Very different from traditional ATS.

Opmerkingen: We get improved, consistent team communication. We get more exposure on our searches with the organic aggregator feeds to Indeed, SimplyHired & Glassdoor.

Pluspunten:

The value and the ability to index out our jobs to job aggregators at no additional charge (organic feed).

Minpunten:

It can be difficult to search for what you want. There are some ticks with it that I have given feedback on. However, the Customer Support is superb! Also their willingness to make frequent improvement and changes is spot on! It is better used as a stand alone ATS. If you need CRM capabilities, it's not there yet. I would recommend seeing if it's right for you.

Integration with outlook, the level of detail that can be included - from specific postings to individuals. Visually it is very easy to navigate. It's wonderful that we can include clients on projects and they can interact directly.

I wish that you could customize the stages for candidates within a job, or add stages.

Ease of resume parsing is key! The plug-in allows you to parse a resume extremely fast. The ease of customization was great too!

Minpunten:

Sometimes I feel like the API hook into LinkedIn could be updated quicker. Some of my profiles in the system have older information and seem like they could be updated quicker.

Recruiting Software that works!

Opmerkingen: Staying in touch is much easier now with clients and candidates.

Pluspunten:

Easy to parse, friendly to search, texting, drip emails, and setting up automation. The biggest plus is that in the short time we have used Loxo they have updated new features making things even simpler.
