The Loxo Source feature gets better every day with more and more contact information being added for people, all within the platform, reducing our need to spend on LinkedIn Recruiter or contact information providers. When we asked for more training, they put us back in the same class, with the same gentleman and never listed to what we actually needed. UNTIL WE WANTED TO CANCEL\! > > Very upsetting. We asked for training multiple times...we left a software company that provided stellar customer service and 1:1 devoted training only because Loxo promised we would be able to source candidates and save money but not having to have any other paid recruitment platforms.
