Opmerkingen: Join.me has played a critical role in helping organisation to conduct remotely and helped us in operational costs. It also has a 14 day trial which caught our attention and we decide to go ahead with it. The employees across different timezones are able to communicate and interact effectively with the help of Join.me

Pluspunten:

Join.me helps to organise online meetings for the company in an effective manner. There are so many user friendly options to ensure meetings are smooth eg. Video conferencing, audio calls, screen sharing, meeting recordings, one to one chat during the meetings. History of the meetings are also available and meeting recordings are mailed just after the meeting is over.

Minpunten:

Join.me is fantastic so far. Small area of improvement will be to further improve the UI of the features like recording to make them more intuitive. Sometimes the meetings get struck and join.me needs high internet bandwidth to conduct meetings effectively. But it's one in a while phenomenon.

GOTO MEETING, A RELIABLE MEETING SOFTWARE

Opmerkingen: Go To Meeting is an affordable software with simple features that are very easy to understand. It provides all of the meeting features, resolves bandwith concerns, and has outstanding audio/video quality.

Pluspunten:

The automatic transcript makes it easy to pick in case of a fast-talking speaker or someone with a different accent. Easy to set up, it's a smart and extremely powerful tool that requires no training to use. It has the best audio, great image quality, great sound, and the ability to share the screen.

Minpunten:

There is nothing i like least about GO-to meeting

Avoid GOTO like the Plague!

Opmerkingen: Very poor at every level. Customer service is non existent. I think they try to be a low cost ZOOM and attract customers through a very low price, but understand every part of their operation is low quality, especially their management team.

Pluspunten:

Nothing - its truly awful. I did my best to give it a chance over a long period, but it just got worse.

Minpunten:

Go meeting make it exceptionally difficult to cancel your subscription. Whilst you can sign up online, you cannot cancel online and have to go through their telephone support system. Expect to wait 30 to 60 minutes and then expect to be bounded between departments - without doubt its their strategy to keep charging your card year after year. The software is extremely glitchy and will often fail within meetings. Just a very poor company all round.

GoTo Meeting allows us to have real time global team communication via high quality audio,video call and chat features.It is also super easy to use and extremely accessible,we use it everyday for meetings and the experience has been the best.

Minpunten:

I am pleased with GoTo Meetings features and I have not experienced any shortcomings.

A Great Web Conferencing Solution

For online meetings, audio and video calls, GoTo Meeting delivers and I like the audio/video quality as well as easy controls.

Reliable enterprise meeting tool

Opmerkingen: I would say overall it gets the job done. It may not be as cheap as other options out there but i'd say it's a good tool for enterprise companies

Pluspunten:

Easy interface and pretty reliable, i dont often have any issues with meetings through GoTo meeting

Minpunten:

I find that the mobile app isnt as good as the web interface which is disappointing as I am sometimes on the move and need to get into meetings.

As far as my team's requirement goes it checked all our boxes.

Pluspunten:

1. The foremost part of why one should shift to GoTo is user accessibility and how much it makes things easier for people who have no prior experience in hosting or joining online meetings. 2. The fact that it provides a blazing-fast and high-quality experience makes it more reliable.

Minpunten:

1. GoTo is a useful tool, but the paid subscription may be expensive for larger audiences. 2. The Limit on the duration & limited participants in the free plan make it less compliant.

The ability to take notes on the screen during a meeting is one of the most useful features. One useful tool is the timer, which may be stopped, paused, or hidden from guests. The sessions are saved in GoTo Meeting for a year and have the ability to be recorded, paused, and resumed. Keyboard shortcuts and settings are easily accessible from within the meeting window. Eight-hour sessions are only accessible with a paid subscription, but even the 40-minute free trial is sufficient for most events.

Minpunten:

Outlook integration can look difficult at times. I've used Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and the interaction with Microsoft Outlook appears to be flawless. The ability to schedule meetings is a critical component of the job due to remote work. Additionally, setting those up ought to be really easy. Sometimes it takes two more clicks, and if we miss, we have to amend the invitation and send it again.

Opmerkingen: GoTo Meeting is the number one software for organizing virtual meetings. It is the best tool for the purposes of online collaboration. I like its interesting and straightforward functions. It has greatly simplified the meetings as well as conferences. It is very much secure platform. It let us have complete control and hold on our conferences for ensuring the complete security of our data.

Pluspunten:

The thing which I liked the most about GoTo Meeting is that it is incredibly easy to use. Another big pro of GoTo Meeting is that conducting virtual meetings really becomes easy with it even if there are huge number of individuals. I also like the way its screen recording works. There are whiteboard features which are very beneficial. Screen sharing feature also creates much ease for the users.

Minpunten:

It is always proved to be helpful to me whenever I use this software. It is loaded with great features and functionalities. Since I'm using this software I never come across any kind of short comings yet. The only thing that rarely occurs is that loading takes a long time sometimes.

GoTo Meeting is a Remarkable Tool for Web Conferencing

GoTo Meeting produces HD video and DOLBY voice qualities when conferencing - this is the most great aspect that I like about GTM.

Minpunten:

GoTo Meeting has no flaw that I ever come across on my end.

GoTo, Just Another Average Virtual Meeting site

Opmerkingen: Overall, it's a decent site. I wouldn't even say there are pros and cons compared to Zoom, Teams, or Google Meets. I will say it's easier than Zoom and Teams. I'm not sure what a free site would offer for users, but the multiple frames and options are more confusing that beneficial; furthermore, to change or re-arrange not intutive at first. Better use of space and keeping things simple is currently the best practice.

Pluspunten:

For me, a savvy app navigator, I was able to get through relatively easily and work the basic functions like chat. The ability to directly message others is beneficial, but I had to explain to the other that they need to switch back to the main meeting in order to chat with the entire group (she responded to me vice the group from a group questions).

Minpunten:

It seems it may be good for the organizer, but for the user, it's not intuitive. Older generations may have a tough time with it since they are not as savvy, and when an app looks so different in layout/format, it's confusing of where things are.

Professional working experience on GoTo Meetings - a daily usage view

Opmerkingen: I used it in Builder.ai on a day to day basis for meetings, scrums. Helps in generation of transcripts which is helpful for noting customer data which is beneficial in sales

The transcripts generated post meetings, very much helpful in capturing customers sentiments and information required at a later stage

Minpunten:

That its free version has only some basic featutes

Meetings Enhance with a Stable UI

Opmerkingen: All in all, it has been a great tool to use and I love it as it is cheap and reliable software which offers almost all the features and capabilities that any current interactive and collaborative software would do. Also the compact and slick interface is a key pick for this software.

Pluspunten:

This has been a great software since our initial use begun on it. The software offers nice and stable features to collaborate and interact within internal and also with different business units within the company.

Minpunten:

It lowkey has lag issues and slow responsiveness which kind of makes it difficult during live meeting sessions to communicate. I have also encountered some lags whenever any attachments are sent.

GoTo Meeting is an exemplary platform that is taking the lead in the virtual meeting industry with a flexible pricing plans to suits every budget. It's user friendly UI and ease of adoption and use stands out. I can join work meetings from any device or even directly through the browser using the invite link. Also I get notified before the start of the actual meeting from then I proceed to test my connection and video using my webcam. Goto Meeting comes with an overload of presenter tools such us screens sharing where presenters can share their desktops and slides to keep the audience engaged In addition to the drawing tools. All these happen with high quality videos and audio. It is allows for recording of meeting in progress which can then be stored on cloud or shared for reference. It's integration power is another thing I find quite useful that we can launch and share meeting links directly from outlook or slack for more convenience. Also everything about the meeting platform is secure from content, videos , audios and meetings are secured in that only the invitees with passcode can join

Minpunten:

Goto meeting is secure and safe to host succesful virtual office meetings which gives us convenience. I therefore have nothing against it.

Opmerkingen: Go to meeting over all everything is good. Using it has made my presentations much better and the audio and video quality is much better

Powerful conferencing solution and online meeting easy management and the ability to share screen and also collaborate through the platform is effective. Easy project management and attendee management via this solution is also amazing and even the documentation tools are incredible.

None so far especially on the functionalities, after training is over the product is ready to provide excellent services.

Very useful tool that is mobile friendly

Opmerkingen: It's very useful as it's recording feature is very sophisticated. I have excellent control over privacy and I can control what others can see.
