Pluspunten:

The best feature in PDFfiller is the digital signature that help us to finish our work with in no time, a user friendly interface and very good customer services that help us to fulfill the work in no time.

Minpunten:

As the work flow is quite good but the price of buying is a bit high.

PDFfiller works very well, but could benefit from some detail improvements

Opmerkingen: I find the “customize message” a little frustrating because it always defaults to the default. Anytime I make a change and wish to save the overall message for future use, it has just never worked.

Pluspunten:

Initially, I went with pdfFiller because of pricing and usability. I’ve continued with it since then because it works for me in my large and small document signings.

Minpunten:

I wish that there was a quick way to find all versions of the contract, including signed versions, in the same docs folder that I’ve organized by project. I produce films and this would make a huge difference. I also wish there was a way to do batch downloads of signed documents as PDFs for filing with legal entities.

Great app with minor adjustments

Pluspunten:

It is easy to use! The app has so many tools you can utilize to make an pdf document. It as well converts other formats to pdf

Minpunten:

I do not like the design layout. It is to scrunched together making it hard to see and creates more frustration when meeting a deadline.

Outstanding edit of uploaded documents of all sixes and formats. Superior signature sharing capabilities.

Minpunten:

I dont like that all pdf files are automatically uploaded to pdf filler. Many are useless and too large to be on the program.

That you can save previous forms. You can print and make changes after you saved it.

I wished I could download forms from the iRS on the year I need.

Uploading photos is difficult at times. I find it easier to keep photos in the que down to a minimum.

The text often doesn't sit on the line and needs to be moved. Also, if using a document multiple times, the text can erase parts of the line under it

I appreciate the advantages of having several options for completing the project, sending it for signatures, printing, emailing, saving, etc., as well as cloud storage options and compatibility with widely used file formats like Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Numerous capabilities are available with the software, including legally binding digital signatures, infinite storage, and customized templates. Pdf Filler is the perfect tool for companies and people who require a rapid and effective digital document management procedure because of its user-friendly design.

Pluspunten:

For the past five years, I have been using PDF filler. It's incredibly easy to import and interact with documents while on the road because to the excellent editing options that are provided. These include filling out forms, altering text, adding comments, and signing papers. Drag and drop and the ability to import and export data to and from cloud-based sources. E-signature is another fantastic perk that practically all users enjoy. When this was completed electronically, the traditional method of writing an email address was substituted with an electronic signature. Following their upload to this program, you can quickly click to choose the original, saved sign in electronic format.

Minpunten:

I have no complaints regarding Pdf filler. There are still electronic signature forms available for people who would rather not pay for the subscription.

Why Did You Change the Subscription Structure?!

Opmerkingen: Great tool. . .but somebody got greedy with the pricing structure.

Pluspunten:

I used PDFFiller for years until they drastically changed their subscription structure. I loved the digital signature, document management and faxing functions of the software. They were absolutely wonderful!

Minpunten:

Around late 2022 and early 2023, I noticed that PDFFiller began to change their subscription structure. I went from paying $47.88 a year for a subscription to them wanting to charge me hundreds of dollars for the same features. Furtheremore, at one point, I started receiving emails that my files would be deleted if I didn't agreed to the change. I quickly departed after that happened. So wrong and shame on you!

Finding colours for texts and lines is a little frustrating

Able to edit files easily. Be it merge, delete pages, rearrange.

Minpunten:

No flattening service. When using deleting function, sometimes some stuff accidentally get deleted away too

Very easy to use! You can upload your own document and make updates as needed.
