Audiense Insights and Audiense Connect represent the best strengths of Audience connect
Opmerkingen: Audience connect represents the best platform to track the community on twitter, it helps to analyze the commitment in social networks. It has two strengths Audiense Insights and Audiense Connect.
Pluspunten:
The possibility of knowing best time to tweet, and the users that are granted in real time, as well as other characteristics of these users to increase engagement
Minpunten:
Segmentation of reports. They must incorporate other KPIs. KPIs related to thematic and not with like or comments

Thank-you for your review Mercedes! Audiense offers segmented reports with two methods of segmentation: interconnectivity and affinity. These reports can be created on audiences using multiple filters with Boolean Logic. This allows for both simple and complex audiences to be segmented. We love to see your use of Audiense Connect to increase engagement. We hope to see you in Audiense again!

Unfortunately, we don't yet offer 24/7 support, so the time zone difference might have been an issue (we are always looking to improve, so this is helpful to know). Powerful Insights with Audiense
Opmerkingen: I've been using Audiense for a few months now, and it has definitely been a great tool for understanding my audience better. The insights have been really helpful in understanding who my followers are and what they are looking for.
Pluspunten:
Audiense is a powerful tool for segmenting my audience and getting insights on their behavior. It's really easy to use, and I'm able to quickly see the trends and demographics of my followers.
Minpunten:
The only downside is that there are limited options for customizing the reports. I would like to see more options for customizing the visuals and presentation of the data.

It gives a one-stop dashboard for analytics and audience of Twitter accounts with a bonus of being able to follow or unfollow one's audience
Minpunten:
The platform is packed with lots of features but it is not intuitive to use and navigating the dashboard can be a bit tricky from moving between the home screen to finding the various metrics and options available

I love the social media monitoring and analytics that Audiense provides. It helps me keep track of my influencer marketing campaigns and identify new opportunities for growth. Additionally, the platform is extremely user-friendly and provides great insights into the social media landscape. It also provides valuable insights into my audience's demographics and interests, which helps me to create more targeted and effective content.
Minpunten:
The only thing I don't like about it is its price. $79.00 /month is too expensive for small businesses. Otherwise, The features are great to grow marketing.

A great Twitter listening tool - but limited features for lower tier users

There are some brilliant social listening features that help you to understand what an audience is doing on Twitter. The advanced reporting (that costs extra per 'pack' of mentions/Tweets) is really useful for doing reports on events, hashtags or industry reports. You can monitor specific lists, including Twitter users, email lists (successfully matched to Twitter users) and more. And, you can create Twitter advertising lists from these internal lists.
Minpunten:
Their entry-level pricing is very reasonable but the features are limited and seemingly have become more limited over the years. Some key listening features, such as listening to keywords within Tweets is a premium feature - I've tried reaching out to them multiple times to find out how much this costs but have never heard back. It's a good tool to have and explore, but some key features are missing with the 'cheap' version and it's yet another tool to manage in my marketing stack but it can only do a fairly limited spectrum of tasks.

Our Twitter Marketing plan can be used for basic level social listening capabilities, but you might find Social Listening specific platforms such as Pulsar, Meltwater, amongst others to give you the depth you're looking for. Great software for consumer segmentation

Audiense UX is great , and the software is easy to use with quite straight forward use case . Use it mostly to understand our audience , define persona and relevant segmentation
Minpunten:
would love to have the same quality of data across all social network( obviously not all platforms as the same policy as twitter...)

Social bro was a great tool in being able to understand your audiences and being able to understand your audiences and cater to them is important because you want to be more targeted.
Minpunten:
Social bro seems to have become more expensive once it was acquired by audisense. The cost factor is important because, the returns may not always be there.

A Comprehensive Social Media Analytics and Audience Intelligence Platform

Audience is a game-changer. It is the only platform that I found that offers it all. From analytics to sentiment analysis, Audience will provide you with insights on your social media presence that you never had before! I can't recommend it enough!
Minpunten:
So far, I have not encountered any drawbacks or negative aspects of this tool.
