ReDoc aangedreven door xfit is cloudgebaseerde software voor documentatie, planning en praktijkbeheer in revalidatietherapiepraktijken.
Being the administrator of Integrated Hospice helps me a lot of lessen my work load especially when we have a new hire staff to educate and train with the software.
Not too many cons I have run into - few little glitches but they were usually my misunderstanding. The only one I encounter is in scheduling.

Alternative EMR to Epic
Opmerkingen: I used the system for almost 2 years and the training sessions really help you to understand how to perform what you need to do on it.
Pluspunten:
The software has security features that EPIC does not have the current capabilities to perform.
Minpunten:
There are at times a few more steps to get certain processes done that not all EMR's require, however the system is easy to undo any mistakes that are done.

Update/New Releases - love the changes they make, but can be hard to educate all staff about the updates
Poor implementation, lack of support and poor features. Tissue analytics does not work well!
Opmerkingen: No positive words, our journey has been difficult, and we have had to keep our old EMR for the essential functions and this adds to our expense.
Pluspunten:
We enjoy the features that allow for easy billing.
Minpunten:
We regret being talked into the purchase of this EMR. We thought we were upgrading. Instead we have no ability to fax documents out of the system, no ability to assign a task to a staff member, where the patient's chart opens up . Tissue analytics is not healful in measuring the wound, every measurement has to be manually corrected. We have reached out to support to the point that they are sick of us. Especially when our providers needed precription abilities, this took 2.5 months. We were advised to write about all of our concerns into the "communities" section and we have done so, but we are still waiting for basic features in even the older and cheaper EMRs that allow us to fax out referrals, e-prescribe with no problems, and use applications that actually work for tissue imaging.
Great software system for Rehab providers in SNFs that require integration with PCC Nursing
Opmerkingen: I have had a wonderful experience with Net Health, and it exceeds the needs we have to be integrated with PointClickCare to auto-populate rehab minutes and patient information between the 2 systems, also provide the reports and monthly billing exports that I need to provide to the SNF.
Pluspunten:
System meets and exceeds all the rehab needs for our SNF to handle rehab related documentations, certifications, re-certs, progress reports, reports, assessments, projections used for scheduling rehab, daily rehab charges, CPTs, billing exports, time in /out logs, monthly PBJ and labor reports, Clini-SIgn for doctors' eSignatures, Training offered when migrating between Casamata over to Net Health when they merged. Also, great support staff always help resolve any issues quickly!
Minpunten:
Some of my therapists feel the evaluations/certifications are too involved and time consuming due to too many options required to be completed. But once trained well, they understand how to use the system in a more efficient way.
Net Health XFit is for Therapy Documentation
Opmerkingen: Awesome...from technical support and the quickness issues are resolved, to the implementation team making sure all are trained and ready for "go live", to follow up meetings to make sure you are maximizing the functionality of your reports.
Pluspunten:
The way the documentation can be customized not only based on the patient's issues, but to a particular therapist. Choosing what the evaluation is for to what "special tests" you want/like. The flow of the document from evaluation to treatment note to Progress note to Discharge. No need for looking back to old notes or trying to rely on memory what special tests to consider. The implementation to interfacing with our current billing and medical records storages was seamless and Net Health worked well with other areas to ensure all aspects of billing, storage, and staff training were provided and accomplished.
Minpunten:
There are some glitches that occur- although small. The biggest is that with our system--each account must be closed and a new account opened each month. If there is a gap in care, say a month goes by, you have to manually generate a new account. If the "treatment cycle" is not worded as the initial one was, the flow of documentation ceases. The system thinks that there is a "new" cycle and the notes should not flow with prior cycle.
Love Net Health and would never consider another product
Opmerkingen: Overall, I've been thrilled with this product. The initial company wasn't responsive to suggestions, but this company is very interested in bettering the product and is committed to making any and all necessary changes.
Pluspunten:
Nethealth is the EMR system that I've had since opening my clinic 15 years ago. This piece of software has been part of a few companies, but has grown and developed so much over the years. I love the team, their responsiveness and their commitment to the product. I love the product because it keeps clinicians ultra compliant with documentation and billing. Clinicians can feel confident that what they document and what they bill is what gets sent to the patient's insurance. Practice owners and managers can feel confident that their clinicians notes will be completed quickly if they use the time saving feature of text replacement and templates.
Minpunten:
Net Health needs to do some work in their reporting and analytics space in order to optimize the administrators time and data gathering. However, that's the only immediate need. The team constantly strives to better the product and listens well to feedback!
Net Health Therapy Review
Opmerkingen: Very positive. Plus we were able to cut our evaluation times down from 1.5 hours (30 minutes of which was just for documentation) to one hour of productive time. This has saved us more money than what we pay per month for the Net Health Service.
Pluspunten:
Everything! The ease of use and functionality plus the ability to import FOTO surveys, fax plan of cares directly to the referring provider and import home exercise programs within one system is awesome!
Minpunten:
Occasional system issues but they get fixed quickly.
Net Health for Wound Care Documentation
Pluspunten:
The product is web-based, which allows a user to switch workstations and access the same information elsewhere. This is helpful in a healthcare environment or if support is working remotely and uses multiple workstations.
Minpunten:
I personally experienced a few instances where I would enter documentation on one page, and it wouldn’t save. While I am not sure, I think this may due to the page timing out. While I understand pages need to time out in electronic medical records for privacy reasons, this was a little detrimental to my workflow. It did not occur very often though.

Solid Query Tool for a Team
Opmerkingen: Aginity is an excellent tool for our team, and everyone can become productive in a short amount of time. It is very intuitive.
Pluspunten:
Our team has standardized on Aginity as the query tool. It is reasonably priced, provides great support, and is easy to use. Recently, Aginity has moved from using email addresses to keys for tracking licenses, making the administration significantly easier. The Aginity support team is ALWAYS responsible in a timely manner and works the issue to completion.
Minpunten:
One feature that I would like to see is IntelliSense and autocomplete. The error messages have improved, but I would like to see more specific suggestions.

Several different options for casamba - what version do you have?
Pluspunten:
Overall, it's fairly easy to use once you get used to it. Large library of preset verbage, and able to custom write as well.
Minpunten:
I have worked at several different facilities all with Casamba, but no two buildings were the same - all with different features and options. There are 2 ways to enter your daily billing - which causes some confusion. The ipods are way too small to complete the documentation.
The outpatient module needs work.
Pluspunten:
We are able to program billing rules per payer. We are able to customize payers that use substantial time billing rules versus Medicare eight minute rule.
Minpunten:
The scheduler on the outpatient module has so many glitches. It appears it was launched before it was ready to be launched. This has caused us, our patients, and our partner facilities much frustration. The program does not have any way to allow our billing department to easily communicate With providing therapist on nuances of individual patients insurances. For example some insurances will allow a max of three units. Other insurance won’t pay for a specific codes but will pay for other codes, Some work comp carriers want to called after each and every visit. There are more insurance nuances in the outpatient world than in the snf world. There absolutely needs to be a way for billers to put a ‘custom field sticky note ‘ on the case file that therapist would see each and every time they go to EnterNotes so therapist can easily understand the nuances of the insurance and nuances of the situation. Because Optima currently does not have this feature, smooth communication flow is very challenging. Especially in a tough world labor market were lots of PRN‘s float in and out.
Rehab Optima Review
Opmerkingen: Overall Optima is a great program. I do love their customer support. They are always very helpful and respectful. With PDPM coming in the very near future, they have provided Numerous webinars and handouts to help us prepare for it. They are on top of any and all Medicare changes and educate and update as needed.
Pluspunten:
Ease of use. Numerous reports. Support and help whenever you need it. Keeps me updated on upcoming changes and updates regularly. Clinisign to allow our physicians to sign our evaluations electronically. Linked to Matrix and allows for a seamless flow of information from Optima to Matrix.
Minpunten:
As with any software there are occasional glitches. Can be slow at times. Recently having trouble with the ClinSign alerting the physicians that they have things to sign.
Worse and horrible ever experienced software.
Opmerkingen: I am PT with 8 years of experience and worked in multiple settings and used various different software for documentation. So far, the casamba is the most non- professional software with inappropriate content which is made only to try to suck money from the insurance companies. It is a huge pain to the therapist to spend around 30 minutes to type one PT eval rather than spending that precious time on the patient care. All components of casamba are framed in such a way so that the facilities can claim more and more on the billing. I strongly urge to review or revise the software and make it user friendly.
Pluspunten:
As a ethical and professional therapist, I like nothing about this software. As a business owner, this software is great since it determines the most easiest ways to claim high billing to the insurance companies. That's one of the most common reasons, why the SNF's love this software.
Minpunten:

OPtima is Awesome
Pluspunten:
The software is very user friendly, and the support staff is always helpful. My organization is grateful for the ease and convenience the software provides. The management reports are user friendly and provide a great deal of information for marketing.
Minpunten:
The documentation does not include spell check. This is somewhat of a concern due to the increased use of "txt language" Another con, would be the limited amount required for creating documents unique to the patients. Therapists at times can be in such a hurry, and the software doesn't require a great deal uniqueness of patient documentation.... of course it is each therapists responsibility to document for each patient.
Exceptional Employee Health tracking software
Opmerkingen: Have evaluated numerous employee health softwares over the years - this I sby far the best
Pluspunten:
Workers compensation incident reporting, case/claim managing, screening compliance, availability of stock reports and ease of creating your own reports. Employee and manager portal on the web. Interfaces: HR demographic software, State immunization registry, OSHA 300 and OSHA log automatic creation. Exceptional customer support
Minpunten:
Education on new capabilities is difficult to follow in Net Health University (NHU). I wish NH|U was available within the portal and not a separate link and log in. It would be nice to access within the program
Review from a Billing Specialist using HospiceSoft
Opmerkingen: HospiceSoft is one of the easiest software's to use on the market specifically for Hospice Facilities. I have found that the billing is super easy and very self-explanatory as well as posting payments. Our Nurses love the "ease" of the paperwork as well and how HospiceSoft makes it so convenient for them to complete their paperwork and also in a timely manner. The dashboard I find very useful because once you customize it to your liking, it is there for you to point and click.... I really don't have any negative feedback.. Customer service is always on standby and readily available to answer any questions that we have.

Very User Friendly with Tons of Features
Pluspunten:
This is an extremely user-friendly software. It flows very well, so our new staff picks up on it quite quickly, reducing orientation and training time. There are also tons of features that make Optima a one-stop shop. They are ALWAYS on top of the CMS changes, which anyone in this field knows is not always an easy task.
Minpunten:
Sometimes there is a bit of a wait to speak with someone in Support, but they are always extremely knowledgeable and able to quickly answer any questions or resolve any issues that you may have.
A comprehensive program that delivers across the board therapy use
Opmerkingen: This program has delivered more than most programs in home health as a therapist and is easier with functionality for me as a user. It allows enough flexibility to truly move through a home health work day without being so detail driven that it takes forever to load a schedule or upload signatures, documents, etc.
Pluspunten:
This program interfaces the various aspects of home health therapy well and delivers a product that allows users (therapists, etc.) to maintain a good work flow throughout their day.
Minpunten:
Like most home health software programs, getting around loss of wifi signal can be challenging and time consuming. Onboarding also takes time for new hires.
Rehab Optima Review
Opmerkingen: Would like to be able to copy the schedule from one day to another via use of the appointment book. Would also like to have the therapists be able to develop individualized templates for documents and treatment encounter notes.
Pluspunten:
The software is very easy for rehab directors to plan minutes and for therapists to complete clinical documentation.
Minpunten:
The scheduling feature is not conducive for larger buildings via use of the appointment book; however, I assignment board is easy to use for the smaller building with fewer therapists.
Easy to use but several flaws
Pluspunten:
I found Optina very very easy to initially learn and figure out how to navigate. Very functional to use and has good builds to make each note unique.
Minpunten:
There are too many times where the software has randomly shut down, or a random message will pop up and not let me save what I have documented so far. I’ve unfortunately lost too many documents due to this software malfunctioning.
Good product for therapy
Pluspunten:
Optima makes it easy to access the reports I need to analyze my department in order to make quick decisions for areas of improvement. I calculations of RUG vs level based payers is simple with color coded and outlined dates to ensure you do not miss any assessment points.
Minpunten:
Feel the therapy evaluations could be a little more inclusive with some of the build features being more relevant.
Made for therapists, bu therapists

Optima is very intuative and extremly user friendly. I have used this product in my different roles (staff therapist, director of rehab, corporate) and find the software to be my preferred

The information recieved from customer service is inconsistently incorrect. I have used the Optima software over 10 years and I have seen a trend of new, minimally trained staff that answer the phone.
Optima Review
Opmerkingen:
Overall Optima is a very nice program for contract therapy services.
They are constantly working to improve services and integrations.
Unfortunately the software integrates better with some systems better than others and is currently not compatible with Apple Computers (Mac Books)
Documentation and Billing flow relatively smoothly and there is plenty of support to help new organizations get started.

Opmerkingen: Can be accessed on the web from any location. Once all systems are in place, it is very easy to use. In 6 months, I continue to feel confident that my claims are transmitted quickly and correctly. My turnaround time is usually 2-3 weeks. I used another system for 19 years and hands down, this one has it beat many times over. The support is great and I never have to wait too long for someone to get back in touch with me.
Pluspunten:
Web based to work from home, vacation, wherever/NetHealthU/great support/easy to use. Transition went smoothly as I didn't need to bring everything over from my old medical software. Applying payments can go quickly and accurately. Once you have all your background information in place, patient entry can be smooth and accurate.
Minpunten:

You have the option to generate a paper reminder after determining the date and time, and after that is printed, I give it to the patient and forget to come back and click submit, which results in the patient not getting on the schedule.
