Goede software voor digitale handtekening

Opmerkingen: Over het algemeen is het gemakkelijk om eversign te gebruiken! Ik heb tijd bespaard en de benodigde authenticatie voor mijn documenten en ik weet dat alles veilig is. Het is gemakkelijk te gebruiken met andere producten zoals Dropbox.

Pluspunten:

Eversign is nodig als je handtekeningen op juridisch bindende documenten nodig heeft. Het is gemakkelijk te gebruiken en eenvoudig, maar heeft nog steeds geavanceerde en aangepaste functies. Er zijn verschillende sjablonen waaruit u kunt kiezen en u kunt aangepaste tekst voor automatisch aanvullen maken. Het versturen van het document gaat snel en eenvoudig, zelfs als u het naar meerdere personen verzendt. Met Eversign kunt u uw handtekening uploaden en zelfs een handtekening voor u genereren! U kunt ze ook eenvoudig exporteren naar uw privé bestands locatie of instellen dat ze automatisch verlopen. Eversign beschikt over een audittrail voor elke document met gedetailleerde informatie zoals IP-adres en een tijdstempel, erg handig als een document ooit wordt betwist.

Minpunten:

Heeft geen aparte Android- en IOS-app. Tot dusverre verder nog geen nadelen van de software kunnen ontdekken.

eversign: eenvoudig beheer van ondertekening van contracten

Opmerkingen: Er is een eenmalige tijdsinvestering om templates op te stellen voor je contracten. Daarna bespaar je fors tijd op het proces van een contract / NDA ondertekend te krijgen en goed te beheren.

Stop looking for other digital signature services and just use XODO

I have used this for 2 years, and it is so much easier and more user friendly than docusign and the like. And they have great service too

Xodo Sign is easy to use and understand for us, I loved how it makes preparing and sending contracts for required digtial signatures a quick process. Xodo Sign builds trust between all parties involved in the signing, as its authentication capabilities are excellent, and the links are secure. I loved the signature status updates with Xodo Sign , as they speed up the necessary actions to avoid delays.

Opmerkingen: I worked with a tax strategy company that sent me documents to sign via Xodo. That was my first interaction with Xodo and it was very intuitive.

Pluspunten:

It was very simple and easy to use. Like Docusign and was had a friendly UI.

Minpunten:

In the interaction I had with Xodo, there wasn't anything that stuck out as something I didn't like. I'm sure there are capabilities I didn't explore but to sign documents it did the job.

Xodo Sign Works Great for Me!

Opmerkingen: Not having too many new clients per month makes it easy and affordable to use.

It allows me to easily send project proposals to my clients.

Minpunten:

It only allows me to send up to 3 document per month on the free plan, and the Basic plan is expensive for me.

Xodo Sign beats dozens of other signature tools for small businesses

Opmerkingen: Xodo Sign helps me easily manage the signature process at a more reasonable cost than other tools, with more features available to solo or small businesses, and a better user experience overall.

Pluspunten:

They have the most generous free plan that comes with excellent control features (branding, signing format options, security permissions). The interface is clean and professional without being overwhelming for solo users. Their customer service has also been excellent with the questions I've had. I've also been the most impressed with their help docs—they're concise and clear. Other tools have a temporary free trial, with more features paywalled, their paid tiers only make sense for large businesses, and their documentation can be overly complex to navigate and read.

Minpunten:

There's some slight confusion with the name. They were recently called Eversign, now are Xodo Sign, but they still use Eversign in the URL. I assume they are working on a plan for that to change, but honestly even if it didn't, I'm happy enough with their product that I can overlook it.

Easy e-signature platform to get documents signed at no cost

Pluspunten:

I started using Xodo Sign for capturing client signatures on my service agreements. What I liked is that there are helpful support videos for getting started and the platform is free for up to 5 documents, making it cost effective. I didn't need to use their templates since I could upload my own PDFs for e-signature. It's easy to select signature and data fields within the document and can choose to route them to signers in a certain order. Helpful notifications let you know when someone views or completes the form.

Minpunten:

Being restricted to only 5 documents was limiting for scaling my service business. It would also be nice to see an agreement preview from the signer side prior to sending out to ensure fields display properly.

Xodo Sign

Opmerkingen: We needed a product to help streamline getting documents signed.
After reviewing seven products, I decided to go with Xodo Sign, super easy to setup and use.

Pluspunten:

Love the ability to have more signer and also in which order a document is signed. It allows templates and the ability to edit Word docs without needing work. I also really like the mobile and that it is cross platform.

Minpunten:

Really no cons that I can think of, it is a really solid program.

The capability that Xodo has to not only create multiple custom templates, but also the ability to quickly created a new custom form if needed is great.

Takes the hassle out of the contract process

Opmerkingen: As a start-up business, having this software has been a game changer. It's easy to set up and use and it saves me time and hassle.

Xodo allows me to streamline the contract signing process, taking the hassle out of it all. I know exactly who has signed and when without having to email PDFs to print and sign to clients.

Minpunten:

I've not found any cons as yet but I'm still quite new to the software.

Signing made easy

Opmerkingen: It’s been good. Less expensive and easier than docusign.

Pluspunten:

It’s very easy to use. Reducing the walk through I have had to go through to guide my clients to complete contracts on other platforms

Minpunten:

The number of documents uploaded doesn’t equal to the number of completed documents. For example, I upload only four documents. Send out for documents for signature, Xodo shows I have six documents total and four have been completed. I’m wondering if I’m missing something or doing something wrong.
