Opmerkingen: Today, customers have an increasing habit of communicating via chat, and so do our customers. With the chat service, we offer customers the expected opportunities to communicate with the company.

Pluspunten:

Ease of use and support speed it it is needed.

Minpunten:

Our experience with Chat is still quite short but so far most of the expectations have been nicely met.

The Chat Bot Platform perfect for scaling and automation

Opmerkingen: Our overall experience with Alpha Blues has been very positive. They have delivered on what we needed, and have been able to automate 30% of our incoming chat volumes. As a product that also offers multilingual support, Alpha Blues has been able to fully support us in offering a Chat Bot in an additional language as well as obtaining the customer's preferred language through our Bot as well.

Pluspunten:

The tool itself is easy to use and allows us to change Chat Bot responses on the fly, incredibly useful when we have a product that can change quite regularly. For anything that requires additional work, their support has been outstanding, turning around our requests very quickly. I've been quite impressed with their roadmap, and taking our feedback onboard as well. They have done a great job in supporting us in training our Chat bot as well as being open to supporting the tools that we utilise on our chat platform.

Minpunten:

Not much to add considering the overall experience has been very positive. A more visual flow diagram within the Alpha Blues platform would be great, to allow us greater visibility in how the chat bot responds to follow ups. But cannot fault them, the Alpha Blues team have done a terrific job!

Review for Tallink chatbot

Opmerkingen: Overall experience is good, clients are using chatbot quite a lot and the main menu seems to work well for marketing campaigns.

Pluspunten:

Overall looking of the bot view on the page looks nice :)

Minpunten:

1) Feature for hiding intents would be nice. Hided intents should be visible in the tree view, marked somehow so they would be easily separated from the intents that are "live". 2) Feature to schedule the time for intent to be live. This is useful especially with campaigns that are valid only for certain period of time. 3) Different emojis would be nice
