Club Right is what Club software should be like

Opmerkingen: I cannot speak highly enough about Clu Right. We have been around a long time and have used a lot of different platforms. We were quite happy on our last platform until we had our heads turned and saw what we were missing out on. The whole process of moving was superb. Every single step was a breeze. But it doesn't just stop there. The team are really really great. Whenever we have an issue (usually a user error) they are there on hand to help out. New features are constantly being added. In shorts Club Right, our rep and his team rock.

Pluspunten:

The simplicity and the range of features is above everything else

Minpunten:

The pain of moving from one software platform to another - but actually it was relatively painless

A Complete Solution For Busy Gyms

Opmerkingen: Clubright has been game changing for us. The support team are excellent. The software is excellent, and ever improving. And the value is exceptional.

Pluspunten:

Clubright has changed the game for us. Its allowed us to combine several tasks that we used separate systems for, all into the one easy to use system.

Minpunten:

There is very little not to like about Clubright. It ticks all boxes for us

Customer service was outstanding we tried other platform for a business but you guys were absolutely fantastic 10 out of 10 you Help helped us develop the platform for a business so much help really appreciated.

Minpunten:

Nothing really the only thing I would say is that a progression bar at the top of the client enrolment would be good, and the booking system for our business did not quite match up but that's because we've got a unique business. but you guys were fantastic so helpful.

Current Major Bug in the software

Pluspunten:

I've had clubright since the beginning of the year. The team is decent and tries to be helpful in fixing the occasional glitches that happens which is expected. Ease of use

Minpunten:

However, over the past 3 - 4 months there's been a major issue where members continue to be charged after their membership ends because the CR software all of a sudden is unable to cancel the DD mandate/subscription albeit the membership has ended. This is not only ruining our reputation as a business but it's resulting in a huge influx of DDIC claims as well as upto £900 - £1200 refunds to be processed each month. This is time consuming having to respond to each email individually, and becoming expensive because the transaction costs on these are non-refundable. We haven't received any apology from CR, nor have we received any update regarding t he time frame when they expect this bug to be fixed. I find it to be unacceptable and beginning to put a bad taste in my mouth. I'll be back to amend this review once it's fixed. I don't know how long I can continue to endure this before I consider looking for another provider.

Cost effective, efficient, user friendly.

Pluspunten:

Great value for money vs previous providers we have tried, significantly cheaper and far more functionality. Customer service live chat quick to respond.

Minpunten:

Lots of data available, but more digestible and aesthetic data graphs would be a great addition.

Review For Yoana

Pluspunten:

This is mainly to praise the work that Yoana has put in for us changing Direct Debit providers. No question has been too stupid and she is quick with her responses. A true asset to the company. I don't know what she is paid but it isn't enough.

Minpunten:

A few hiccups in the change over but Yoana was on hand throughout.

ClubRight - highly recommended

Pluspunten:

Ease of use. Excellent dashboard, better than previous systems that we've used. Great customer support from Yoana.

Really helps us to stay on top of memberships of our gym. We have 600+ members which pre clubright was difficult to manage.

Bounced payment system. We customers have bounced payments they are able to reset up a membership whilst at the same time we have already re requested payment this causes chaos

Clubright review

Opmerkingen: As a whole, good. Onto my 3rd club with Clubright

Pluspunten:

The simplicity of it. Also they cover every angle. DD system, door system, all membership data. Emailing etc.

Minpunten:

predominantly Monday - Friday. There needs to be assistance weekends too.

Elite Fitness

Opmerkingen: The guys at ClubRight have gone above and beyond to help me, unfortunately through no fault of ClubRight I have had issues and they have always on hand to help out, customer service is 5 star and although I am only a small club they have made me feel like their only client at time’s, ClubRight has a family run feel about it and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Pluspunten:

The App is what attracted me the most to using ClubRight, having everything member’s need just one click away has made a massive difference in the running of our club.

Minpunten:

The only issue I have is with the integration with Harlands who are my DD providers, due to the lack inconsistency of integration I have often not seen a true reflection of my members and daily takings to solve this I have made the decision to start using Go Cardless to collect my DD in future as they have a 100% integration with ClubRight which we’ll enable me to use all their features.

Good software

Opmerkingen: The customer service is very good and quick to respond.
The product is easy to use for all the staff.
They have been very good with helping us with all the issues Covid has presented

It is easy to use and fairly easy to set up.

Minpunten:

As we are a council gym we need to report on usage for lots of different things e.g ages, ethnicity etc so if there was a way of pulling that off that would help.

6 Month Gym Review

Opmerkingen: Id like to mention at this point that I have used the chat function LOADS, As its just myself running the whole business for the moment at [SENSITIVE CONTENT], that have been on the other side of the chat button at a moment notice have really made this software the one for me! These three legends have helped me set up, upgrade for more functions, even virtually walked me though sections and troubleshooting the welcome screen too.
Note only are they friendly but the team also empathize that not all of us are computer wiz's. Cheers guys.

Pluspunten:

This software is very user friendly. In both cases for the gym director and members. The interface in which I personally use for managing the gym day to day which bookings for classes and personally training or the members app which they use to scan in and book classes on their phone. Simplicity for the user is paramount for bookings. The bulk message/text or email option I utilize most to get the message out or even notify the members of up coming courses and events. The reporting feature is very useful to analyse loads of option too.

Minpunten:

The only slight issue I personally have come across with this software is that My Qr- Welcome screen sleeps at random times, where I have to re-boot and uninstall sometimes. But other that that its a fantastic system which i will use for the foreseeable. To note with this too. Is the 'chat' button which the Clubright team are there to assist at a moment notice.

Great for small businesses

Opmerkingen: Very friendly team, approachable and have the consumer in mind. ClubRight have acknowledged the fact we are a small business and have taken good care of us since joining.

We haven’t managed to set up the access management yet however I’m sure once all of the teething process has been completed by transferring all members from our old system, it’ll run smoothly.

Winners 2000 ClubRight Review

Opmerkingen: ClubRight is the best software on the market. It does what a club manager needs and the product is still really evolving and still improving. As more and more features are added it will only increase in benefit to the clubs that use it.

Pluspunten:

The software "does what a gym needs it to do". You can tell it has been designed by someone who has run a gym and knows the things that happen on the shop floor. It is very easy for any of the team to use, and very good for the members to use on the App.

Minpunten:

We run 3 clubs but have memberships that are able to use all 3 sites, so we are still in the process of integrating some features This is currently under development, and when done will be a feature that appeals to all other potential customers as well as makes our day to day operation smoother.

Excellent member management software for the independent gym

Opmerkingen: Clubright are excellent overall, they are on hand to provide support in a flash and are very accommodating to your needs. The app works very well and is perfect for our independent gym with many integrations that work well. I would advice against using DFC as a direct debit provider and instead going with GoCardless.

Pluspunten:

Clean interface with lots of options. Clearly designed by someone from the gym industry as it has all the features which one would require. Customers like it and generally any issues can be easily sorted out.

Minpunten:

Advanced data sorting and extraction, csv files with complete customer database information (i.e hidden ID codes, membership codes etc). Currently can only sort by a few fields. The User App interface could be updated to be more modern.

Owners Perspective

Opmerkingen: Excellent. If I have any issues or my understanding of the software is letting me down, the Club Right team are always there to immediately help me out. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] even calls to help resolve the issues!!

Pluspunten:

Features which stand out for my business. Ability to create different membership options immediately including creating discount codes / offers without going through our third party collection company. The diary is also excellent.

Minpunten:

I would like a Sunbed usage tracking option for my members if I was being greedy.

Club Manger software

Opmerkingen: This has helped change our business.
We have notifications on all aspects of the company and helped us save man power.
Nothing is to much for the company and if we have any problems they sort them out really quickly.

Pluspunten:

I found this new software system easy to use. I am not a tech no phobe and even myself found this easy to understand

Minpunten:

Honestly there is none. Best thing we have ever done for our business.

Great Software for Gym Owners and Operators

Opmerkingen: The Clubright system has been excellent to operate our facility and grow our membership. The support from the team has been second to none and it is the attention to the customer's needs that sets this software apart from some of its competitors. There are many Gym management platforms out there but you will be hard-pressed to find one at this price point that does so much. I find that the continued development of the platform and the customer-centric way in which they conduct their business is a breath of fresh air! Five stars from me..If I could have given 10 I would have!

Pluspunten:

ClubRight is the professional, user friendly management system we didn't know we needed. For an independent, start up gym, ClubRight has all the tools and features to aid in the smooth running of our facility. From aiding sales from initial customer enquiry, easy sign up, retention and facility operation, ClubRight has easy to understand and use features and integrations to all necessary partner applications. It is obvious from the outset that ClubRight has been designed by a team with relevant industry experience and with club growth and operation the primary objective. Constant upgrades, new features and high standards of customer care means ClubRight's value to us is always improving and giving us the confidence in a fully integrated management system.

Good value and largely does what it’s supposed to

Lots of helpful features. Great for turnstile access integration. Great for class bookings and adding on demand content.

Minpunten:

There appear to be more bugs in the system than there actually are. For example, if a user tries to book something outside of their membership package, there is no message explaining why they can’t book. The system just looks like the booking didn’t work. This can cause some confusion
