Opmerkingen: Compared to other products out there, Zoho Social is a very strong tool combining some of the best feature of competitors like Hootsuite, with the comfortability of having native integrations to its in-house CRM (Zoho CRM) and other essential tools like Zoho Desk, all together under the same umbrella and thus facilitating tasks' management for different teams all at once.

Pluspunten:

Its constant updates from the Zoho environment and their well-invested effort to stay on top of tendencies, integrations and improvements in user experience.

Minpunten:

Lacks some in-depth integrations in some platforms that might require another integration to complete a robust workflow.

Pluspunten:

I started using zoho social through a company I worked for a few years ago -- when I branched off on my own and found myself taking on more and more marketing clients, I tried so many different social media management apps. I literally tried no less than 8, Zoho was so awesome when I used it before that I assumed it was the most expensive option and never explored it -- turns out it is hands down the best value and price if you are managing more than 3 or 4 brands! Silly me, I assumed because it was the best it was gonna be out of my price range! Using it now and never looking back, I manage 6 brands by myself right now and they make it so easy.

Minpunten:

Only have two issues really, 1. that I cannot seem to tag individuals in a post so when, for example, I am wishing an employee a happy birthday for a client -- I cannot tag that employee through zoho (only businesses). 2. I have a client who is a radio station -- they have 6 Facebook pages for all of their different radio hosts but I can only add one channel per brand (1 FB, 1 Insta, etc) which means I have to count each of their channels as a new brand. That slows me down a bit but in the grand scheme of things, it is not the end of the world.

Best social media management tools for news website

Pluspunten:

I am using Zoho social for last 2 months and this was one of the best post publishing and post scheduling tools with very less price that I see in years of my experience at the field. From one interface I can publish my posts on all of my social media handles in just one click and also I can schedule posting during the other time zones.

Minpunten:

while I post videos, only the video on YouTube get file name as title with extension that I already report it to costumer services and they promise to solve this problem.

Zoho Social makes it much easier to schedule the content you want to publish on social media at the times when each piece of content can have the most viewers. It has multiple functions that make the entire social media content process easier and more successful. With each post, it analyzes the impact it generated on the audience and thus measures the performance, which helps to better understand what the general public likes and wants.

Minpunten:

For me, Zoho Social has never presented me with any failures or any kind of displeasure that has made me contact support. If I have contacted support, it is to clarify doubts that are answered briefly and very kindly.

Opmerkingen: I've tested out various tools like buffer, hootsuite, later, loomly, socialpilot, and sprout social. Zoho stands out as the easiest to use and offers the features that best fit my business at the moment.

Pluspunten:

I love the ability to have all post go out and not have to worry about them anymore. Alof of others offer similar features but usually I’m turned off by the price or interface of the app or website.

Minpunten:

Some of the current features are more than what i currently need requiring me to pay more but i can justify by the ease of use.

Confusing but maybe powerful
