Over JustCall
JustCall is een cloudgebaseerd telefoniesysteem voor verkoop- en supportteams om gesprekken te voeren, ontvangen, registreren of vastleggen, rechtstreeks vanaf de desktop of telefoon.
Easy to use, plenty of features, Setup was very straight forward.
At some point there were interruptions due to the network. Also sometimes cut the voice due to the connection.

Fast implementation, great support team
Opmerkingen: Painless, easy onboarding. Support is easy to get hold of and they even configured a few lines and integrations that weren't part of the normal set-up. The software works great - both inbound and outbound calls, but the thing that really sets the company apart is the support. I've thrown some next level problems at them, expecting them to say "sorry, but no" - I always get "sure, no problem". Well done.
Pluspunten:
It's so simple to set up. From purchasing the number, through to setting up complex redirects, configuring end user devices and support is outstanding.
Minpunten:
Not much, maybe they could have a few more integrations, but maybe I should also ask them if they could make them!

Calls randomly drop. Contacts aren't always saved after adding them. Minimum of 3 seats for certain tiers.

Avoid JustCall company
Pluspunten:
The situation we ended up in after we stopped using them, denied all positive
Minpunten:
We asked JustCall to cancel the subscription after we moved to a different service. Not only they did not make a refund, but 2 months later, after our subscription they decided to do a $609.30 back charge without even informing us. No mater the quality of the service they provide, they act like scammer, so just avoid them.
Just Call: A Review for Businesses
Opmerkingen: I believe that my experience with Just Call is a roller coaster ride. There were times that my usage was at the lowest because of the conflicts and confusion I have encountered but there were times as well when it is easy to use.
Pluspunten:
One of the things that I love Just Call is the user-friendly interface. Moreover, I also like how it integrates with other websites just like Pipedrive (for the leads) and make.com (automation). Also, we suggested a feature last time that can mute the call while we get the credit card information of clients and it worked.
Minpunten:
What I like least about Just Call is the unclear and misguiding instructions coming from their team members. The suggestions and instructions of the first member is different from the second one which makes the client confused. Also, there were times when I went back and forth many times with them about our business registrations but we still ended up being rejected despite following their instructions.
Excellent solution and excellent customer support
Opmerkingen: I had numerous interactions with their customer support and I find it simply excellent. I had cases of them working with their developers to fix an issue we were experiencing with an integration. I also had them actually release an integration few weeks after I asked (our ATS). Lastly, they keep regularly and proactively updating about other things I asked. Their customer support is simply excellent, responsive and reliable.
Pluspunten:
Justcall integrates incredibly well with a large amount of other Saas. Their ability to thread Callcs, voicemail, SMS in a single conversation within several different CRMs is something that (incredibly?) remains something very unique. Most other solutions do voice but not texts and if they do texts it is only through their own dialer but info doesn't flow to the core Saas that originate the communication. With Justcall we have the ability to see all conversation regaridng of medium in a single place, be it a candidate conversation in our ATS or a support interaction in our CRM/ticketing system. It works and it work well.
Minpunten:
They seem to be moving to new plans that include unlimited calls but for our user case that is not the best. I have relatively many users for a relatively low traffic so I prefer to keep paying phone traffic separately. Not an issue for us as we remain in the old plan, but something to assess. Most other solutions in the market beside Twilio will likely also have an unlimited calls options by the way.
Integrates well with most CRMs
Opmerkingen: We use AgileCRM and although they integrate with Twilio, there's no mobile option, and I'm on the go a lot. We needed to be able to answer at the desk and on the go at the same time. By not using the telephony features in Agile, we are able to go with their cheapest plain, which saves money. JC integrates pretty will, although there's no way to do automated sms campaigns from Agile via JC. The integration allows us to look at the customer history which also displays emails, notes, deals and anything else we want. We used to have to search many places to see conversations, but now we can just look at the history in Agile since it includes phone calls and texts.
Pluspunten:
JC is very versatile in that it offers the ability to make calls from an app, cell phone or desktop. This allows us to quickly switch from one platform to another. It also integrates pretty will with our CRM which means we can see call and texting information along with other client history.
Minpunten:
The call quality is subpar, but acceptable, especially from the app. They say that my internet is too slow, but I never had these issues with my previous provider. However, I've found a way around this, and that is to forward to a Google Voice number rather than ring the app. This way, it isn't using my LTE signal. Luckily, the main people answering calls are stationary and on strong wifi, so it's not a huge problem for me as the owner. However, we still have random glitches where we'll answer and no one is there or we try to answer and it doesn't work. But this only happens maybe once per week, so again, not a huge deal. We put up with these things because there isn't a good alternative if we want to continue. integrating the phone with out CRM.

Best Customer Service Out There
Opmerkingen: Good but not great on product. Great every time on customer service.
Pluspunten:
Software is fairly easy to use, but I went with these guys for customer service. Period. They respond so quickly, no matter how small the problem. I love that and need that with my team.
Minpunten:
The interface is a little clunky (like the IVR), and we have had some glitches here and there. It would also be very nice for administrators to be able to edit their user's settings.

Easy-to-use tool for placing calls from any location.
Opmerkingen: JustCall is a popular business phone system because of the extensive collection of functions it provides. The platform's user-friendliness, effectiveness in managing calls, capacity to integrate with other business tools, and quality of service have all been lauded. Some customers have complained about bugs and expensive plans, however this is not the case for everyone and may be attributable to different needs and usage patterns. In general, it would appear that JustCall is an effective and trustworthy company phone system.
Pluspunten:
It's convenient that JustCall lets us drop voicemails when we call and automates the majority of our text messages thanks to the platform's capabilities. In my day-to-day activities, I have been able to shave off a significant amount of time thanks to it.
Minpunten:
For unknown reasons, some numbers may be blocked from dialing through JustCall. I have to manually dial the number when this occurs, but thankfully it does so infrequently.

Great App, Awesome Service

Love the ability to do conference calls and call recordings. Really useful for training and monitoring.
Minpunten:
Mobile notification could be improved. Sometimes phone notifications are delayed. I get notified on my phone for SMS messages that may have already been dealt with on the PC app.

Compared to our previous system, we have much more features as well as a lower cost structure. We have been able to create store-specific numbers that route back to HQ if missed. This creates a better customer experience and helps us scale our internal service team more efficiently. We also were able to add text as a communication channel.
Minpunten:
My only piece of feedback is being unable to adjust some features myself. For text message notifications and some routing from an SIP device, I need the JustCall support team to adjust these features on my behalf. I appreciate that these can be done outside of the standard platform features and just wish I could easily update this myself during setup. Team has always been very responsive and helpful though.
Powerful and Flexible

A high level of customization for team organization and call routing. Many add-on features constantly enhance the experience. Support staff that are responsive and reliable.
Minpunten:
Some of the add-on feature pricing was unexpected at times. There are also features that I would only want to apply to parts of my team, but I often did not have the ability to apply them to a given group.

Great phone and SMS service for small businesses
Opmerkingen: Absolutely excellent - they're a pleasure to work with and it's been a breeze using their service.
Pluspunten:
The thing I like most about using JustCall is how helpful and responsive their support team is whenever we have a question or run into an issue. They really care about their users getting the most value from their service and resolving any rare issues we've encountered. That alone would be enough to keep us using JustCall for as long as our company needs a phone service.
Minpunten:
It isn't always a perfect fit for what our company wants - but out of the available options we researched, JustCall did tick the most boxes and has been the best fit for us so far based on what our phone and sms needs have been.

You get what you pay for
Opmerkingen: Very poor. I really don't like to give harsh reviews, but the amount of challenges we've had from JustCall and the minimal support (i.e. "you're using headphones with a plug in, try to use wireless headphones.") has led to a lot of frustration for the team, which impacts our numbers at the end of the month/quarter. Mindset plays a huge role in selling, and JustCall has been a pretty big headache.
Pluspunten:
Our CFO liked it for the price and the functions of it. It integrates with Hubspot, easy to use text message platform, and the ability to listen in on calls.
Minpunten:
The overall sound quality is very poor. Our sales team has had multiple complaints from customers that they cannot hear them, which directly affects our ability to come across as professional and, at the end of the day, sell to our clients.
Just Call review
Opmerkingen: So far, this experience has been pleasant; we can set up our numbers, the toll-free, and the excellent connectivity.

Just call has helped us to manage our sales call and also to forward calls from inbound pool numbers and choose which one will determine the call, we can find calls quickly, and the call log will always be easy to locate a call by name or phone number, which is pretty helpful to see our sales leads
Minpunten:
The call does not have a Zendesk integration, and because the sales team got calls over Just call and our Support team over ZD, we have found it hard to transfer the call between calling systems with a ticket

Great experience & great team
Opmerkingen: JustCall allows us to better manage our sales & customer relations operations. Everything is quite streamlined between our departments and our customers are happy.
Pluspunten:
Overall, it's quite easy to use and includes lots of features. It offers more than its competitors and the price you pay is quite fair. Additionally, their tech support & customer service team members are all very responsive and helpful.
Minpunten:
JustCall is still a newer-ish company, so it doesn't have every feature one can imagine, and sometimes its way of integrating with other software isn't perfect. Over time, this is continually improving, however.
Horrible Intergration, dashboard and applications are just slapped together
Opmerkingen: Function dialer made almost unusable by the crap software they've built around it. I vocally complain about JustCall dropping calls, crashing, or creating some fresh havok to my team daily. Software that's held together by duck tape and a prayer, this company won't last long without a massive technical overhaul. Oh, and there's no way to contact support from in-app.
Pluspunten:
I can select my own phone number, there's at attempt to add a "click to dial" button to every phone number in Chrome via a chrome extension.
Minpunten:
Extension is rendered useless by the constant (literally one every 5 seconds) Chrome notifications that are impossible to turn off that your "macbook speakers are now connected". The SMS inbox is not refreshed live, and the notification bubble on their mobile app never updates so you have no clue if anyone has texted you back unless you manually refresh. The mobile app for making calls (what i use since the extension is impossible to use), will often freeze, meaning that I have to force close the app to hang up. It also crashes if you're on a call and receive a text.

It’s the “devil you know”
Opmerkingen: Mixed bag for sure. I don’t think I would recommend moving to JustCall if someone had other choices. It was fine when we started as a sales team, but with volume and growth, we do feel like our needs outpace JC’s ability to offer consistent service.
Pluspunten:
Due to familiarity, the sales team I work in is able to quickly utilize JustCall for daily calls and SMS communication with inbound leads. The saved SMS templates are very helpful and easy to update once you know how.
Minpunten:
The spotty nature of the call quality. We never know how well JC will be working on any day and there have been times where the sales team was pushing towards a quota goal and instead of feeling a sense of energy and momentum, JC was lagging, finicky, and interrupted our flow and sense of progress towards greater goals.

JustCall gets it Done!!!
Opmerkingen: Every company relies on their calling systems to complete tasks. With JustCall everything is in one platform, from voice mail drops to save time, to bulk texting to contact customers not able to be reached by a phone call .
Pluspunten:
I love that there is real time call analytics for every agent. Missed calls are easy to find and return. The recordings are a great training tool.
Minpunten:
When more then one caller is ringing for 2 different accounts there is no way of choosing which caller you can answer

Beware: They will keep charging you even after you cancel

I signed up hoping to use this software to call clients. The feature I was interested in was the "click to call" button they advertised that would be added next to every phone number in the browser, That feature just never worked. I canceled my subscription on January 18. It's May now and they are still charging my credit card.

Hey Bill, There are two kinds of click to call buttons that we provide. 1. Click To Call button for CRM where every contact gets a click to call button that you click to make call. This one is activated by installing Chrome extension. 2. Click to Call button for website where you put a small javascript code and it shows button on website to make call. Visitors can make call directly to you from the button. Both these buttons are available are different & activated in totally different ways. And, cater to different use cases. Looking like you confused our Click to Call button for CRM with website button. Did you try asking for help with click to call for website button from our support staff? We provide 24/7 support & would have helped you with setting up the click to call button for your website - it takes 5 mins to setup a click to call button on website.
