Opmerkingen: I am very happy with ClickMeeting. I can easily record videos, use automation to send invitations and reminders for upcoming webinars. I can send follow-ups after a webinar, gather feedback by sharing surveys, and target products for sale! And during a meeting or webinar, I can engage the audience so they are not just passive listeners. Published tests during a meeting always make a positive impression :)

Pluspunten:

What I like most about this system is its intuitiveness. The fact that I can use the predefined settings before the webinar and not have to wonder if I'm sure I set everything right.

Minpunten:

It would be worthwhile to extend the default settings to include integrations with an appointment booking system.

We are satisfied with using ClickMeeting to plan online events, primarily webinars and workshops. 

ClickMeeting features an intuitive and straightforward user interface that makes it simple for anyone to start a video conversation or join an online event. Tool is very simply to use and doesn't need to be installed. Meetings are usually stable, even in low-bandwidth conditions. ClickMeeting offers a variety of features, including Follow-up emails, Presentation mode, Automatic recording of meetings. The platform provides tools for engaging with attendees, such as chat and Q&A session.

Minpunten:

We didn't notice any disadvantages of the software.

Think before you invest in this tool

Opmerkingen: Tool is only for basic needs. If you think about building business webinars look elsewhere.

Pluspunten:

-> this tool is not build to make marketing, lack of standard features like: --> tracking source who signed up for the --> switching between webinar types -> timeline consist duplicates -> you can by accident start live webinar before start time -> you can not save and customize your template, each time you need to build from start

ClickMeeting for NGO's activities

Opmerkingen: having ClickMeeting we can deliver trainings for our clients - paid and free of charge; many events are free of charge so it's important if the platform is cheapbefore we had problems with delivering trainings, with managing trainings etc.

Pluspunten:

reasonable price, automated functions, easy management

Minpunten:

I can't point anything bad about this platform, the only thing it could be useful: if the platform could send invoices - autmatically - integrated with invoices programms

Horrible functionality and customer service.

Pluspunten:

It was easy to set up it got increasingly complicated with so many unnecessary options that weren't well explained.

Minpunten:

EVERYTHING else was horrid. I lost 75% of my attendees due to the terrible functionality and un-user friendly platform.

One product for different meetings online

Pluspunten:

ClickMeeting is very intuitive and easy to use.It provides different types of meeting options, so we can take full advantage of features for meetings, webinars, internal meetings.We use recordings for our Youtube channel and to record internal meetings.

Minpunten:

So far I had no issue with Clickmeeting, the software is very intuitive and our not-tech-savy audienence, participants and partners rarely need any assistence in using the ClickMeeting

The platform allowes a very easy and good hosting of different events. We mainly use it for Webinars and never had any issues.

Minpunten:

While the platform does allow users to upload their own branding elements such as logos and backgrounds, some users may find that the options for customization are somewhat limited. This may be a drawback for users who have specific branding requirements or who want to create a highly unique and personalized webinar experience.

Great experience and a great platform

Opmerkingen: One of the most important aspects of our collaboration is having effective communication with the Clickmeeting staff. They respond to our inquiries quite fast and successfully assist in locating fixes for various problems.

Pluspunten:

They provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to issues. I believe I would select Clickmeeting once more if I had to choose a webinar platform.

Minpunten:

Not found yet, after some time will check more about it.

The most useful webinar platform on the market

Pluspunten:

I have been using this tool for at least 6 years in our company and so far we haven't found anything better. Clickmeeting is very easy to use. The most valuable feature is ability to customize registration form and follow-up activities to your needs. We are also happy to use the survey option during the webinar

Minpunten:

I don't like the fact that Powerpoint presentations lose all transitions and animation when adding to the Clickmeeting. Online streaming should be in the standard subscription (it is additionally paid). I think that the weakest feature is chat moderation - it's only convenient for up to 300 participants. With more participants, it is difficult to control all questions and comments.

I recommend ClickMeeting!

Opmerkingen: ClickMeeting is an excellent communication platform. It is effortless to use. It is one of the best tools I have used.

Very good software for our Foundation

Opmerkingen: Because of Covid 19, our Foundation was looking for an application to easily create and manage training, presentations, and videos. For training purposes, we also needed the ability to save videos. ClickMeeting offered us all of this, and in addition to a very good price.

Pluspunten:

Our Foundation really likes the ease of creating and managing webinars and presentations. The possibility of storing files in the cloud and recording webinars / trainings is very useful for us.

Minpunten:

We have not found any weaknesses of this application.

Very good tool for online teachers

Opmerkingen: In addition to teaching, ClickMeeting can be used very well for online meetings or streaming events.

Pluspunten:

It has everything one needs to teach online and to interact with participants, such as whiteboard, Q&A, polling, automated recording or upload to a YouTube channel. Moreover, the design is elegant.

Minpunten:

Technically I do not miss anything. Nevertheless, the price is higher compared to other providers.

Best meeting/webinar software on the market

Opmerkingen: We have been able to organize and conduct customized webinars for lead generation from across the country. It has cut our administrative costs and headaches significantly when we switched from a competitor's product which had limited features and was much more expensive.

Pluspunten:

The software is designed to accommodate how businesses work. You can use default features to set up a quick online meeting or custom design a webinar for 100 attendees. It's flexibility and intuitive interface make it accommodate our complex requirements. Customer service has been very responsive, informative and friendly as we have come up the learning curve.

Minpunten:

I wish we could customize the autoresponse thank you e-mail. We turned that feature off and now send our own customized follow up email to attendees.

Our Clickmeeting experience!

Opmerkingen: Overall expierience is impressive. We didn't have any technical problems during our webinars.
We are most impressed by the Customer Support department that helps quickly and solves potential minor technical problems.

Pluspunten:

The most important aspect is that there is no installation required. Clear interface, very easy to use product. Lots of available features such as: Whiteboard, polls and surveys, chat moderation, emoji, hand-raising option, presentations, etc...

Minpunten:

Honestly, when it comes to the needs of our company, we have everything we need. At the moment, there are no negative sides to this platform.

ClickMeeting Webinar Review

Opmerkingen: I like ClickMeeting, it has plenty of customization available in order to market an upcoming webinar. If they can make a few minor tweaks, I would reevaluate it and give it a 10.

Pluspunten:

ClickMeeting has an extensive dashboard while giving a webinar. My favorite thing about it is the surveys and polls you can create during a presentation. Its a great way to get the audience involved and check on learning. It has plenty of customization from the registration page, to follow ups, to the interface itself. We just started using ClickMeeting and we enjoy it so far.

Minpunten:

There are several little flaws about it that stop me from giving it a higher review. Its as if they have the right idea with several thins but lacked in the execution. For example, you can upload a PowerPoint presentation to ClickMeeting for the webinar. However, whenever I upload, all the images get blurry and aren't as sharp, and animations do not work. It's a minor detail, but it adds up. Another detail that would be great is the option to upload your own background.

Click Meeting is the best!

Opmerkingen: I like it, because it simple and user-friendly. It has a lot of option not only to do the webinar but also to make other meeting such as workshops.

Pluspunten:

I love this platform, it saved us durign the pandemic of COVID-19, when every meetng had to be online. We use it quite regulary and there wasm't a situation when something didn't work. It is really important for us.

Minpunten:

There is no such thing. I like everything about the ClickMeeting.

We have also integrated Clickmeeting within our product. - Very easy to use API - A lot of customization options - Pricing is very affordable and reasonable for our clients

Minpunten:

- We have on a few occasions done onboarding for several clients, When several people are connected at a time and all of them are given the permission to speak, the voice has become choppy. Clients have complained that they can hear us sometimes.

ClickMeeting is super intuitive - you don't need to be a techie to get started! It's got all the bells and whistles that I want, without the costs. It's perfect for a smaller to medium size business.

Minpunten:

To be honest there is nothing I can think of that I don't like about the platform. I've been using it for over 4 years now and I haven't found another product that has tempted me to leave ClickMeeting.

Easy to use and setup for webinars. Like that it offers recording and some limited editing of the webinars with easy upload to Vimeo.

There are limitations to the video storage due to our current plan. Would like to have an easier interface to screen share as well.

Makes onboarding of customers quick and easy. Our account managers use this every time we have new clients to screencast our product and customers love it.

Minpunten:

Customers have sometimes been confused and had some difficulty trying to call into the meeting. This hasn't been common however.
