A cool feature is also that it warns you when staff reaches overtime and you can just the schedule. In the long run this app will save you money.
The flexibility of the software is limited in addressing some of our specific needs however there is no other software we can compare it to. The limitation of customizability has been our main issue.

Good Application to track time.

Jibble works well for time tracking. It provides multiple options to track time.

I need to keep track of work hours and Jibble does this for me easily. So far, the price is very reasonable, since the features I have needed are available with the free plan.
Minpunten:
I have a number of different work categories. Sometimes I want to keep track of work times and non-work times. When I get a week's total it is not clear how I can add up only the work categories, but maybe there is a way I don't know about.
Good, but can improve
Opmerkingen: Well I usually have problems when I clock in and out he says I am not able to do it and sometimes I do it, but when I come back to the page it is like I have done nothing and I have to refresh to show all the history

Required App for Field Canvass Management
Opmerkingen: Fantastic. It's the only service that's made it possible to track door-to-door sales people without actually having to physically be there and check in on the. The combination of Jibble and actual results (such as appointments set with customers) speaks for itself. You can eliminate people who aren't a "good fit" much quicker, and keep the strong ones on.
Pluspunten:
I love that it pings people every couple of minutes or so. I have been able to weed out employees who are milking the clock, and doing personal things on company time. It's impossible for me to manage a door to door (hourly + commission) team from my office, but with Jibble its been made possible, and even easy.
Minpunten:
I really can't think of any cons at this time. The only minor inconvenience for me and it's not a big deal at all - I just forget to change it - is when I print off weekly time cards its automatically set at a different setting (hours wise) and I always have to re print them. I use hundredths to two decimal places for employee hours. If it was in company settings that would be cool and then i'd not have to change it each week to print off the report. Again though this is a ME issue not jibble - the app is great. When I first got it some employees were saying the facial recognition was not working or letting them clock in - I am not entirely sure that's all true though. Due to the features of the app that allowed me to see where people are in real time - it ended with those two employees no longer working here. SO I take their comments about that with a grain of salt - worked fine on my phone.

Payroll Efficiency at a Reasonable Price
Opmerkingen: Jibble is incredibly easy to set up, use, and manage in the field. It has made payroll much more efficient, saving me valuable time. Most importantly, it’s very cost-effective for our small company. With installation crews working in the field, Jibble allows me to track their time effortlessly. Absolutely love this app!
Pluspunten:
Jibble has made payroll so much easier, cutting my time in half! I especially love the Live Tracking feature—it allows me to see exactly where each member of my installation team is working. Plus, bookkeeping has become much simpler since Jibble makes it easy to charge hours to the right customer. Highly recommend!
Minpunten:
If I had to pick one downside, it would be that Jibble is so efficient, I no longer have an excuse to put off payroll! It’s made tracking time and managing hours so easy that I can’t imagine going back to my old system.
Overall, a Good Solution
Opmerkingen: Overall, my experience has been positive with only a couple of glitches. When it works correctly it makes monitoring payroll much easier.
Pluspunten:
Easy to use clock in / clock out system for all employees. Allows you to see the actual time everyone clocks in and out which is helpful in providing factual information to employees.
Minpunten:
No direct phone support available, everything appears to be through chat only. Sometimes having direct access to a live person is what you need, especially when you're new and learning to navigate the system.

I love that it is easy to use. The fact that it has a free plan is a plus and its prepaid so you can change your plan as your business grows which I find amazing.

I wish where the time sheet was there was a custom to fix the dates instead of having to go to the approvals tab

Opmerkingen: My payroll was correcting paid and the time that I really worked as overtime was precise

We can use any type of device to clock in, and track our work

Sometimes, it can crash. I also feel uncomfortable with GPS-based time tracking, especially if used outside of work hours.

Opmerkingen: Positive, and I would highly recommend it to sole traders or companies that need to track working hours of individuals. Note: I haven't used this with a payroll API or a billing API yet, so I can't comment on those automated functions - presently my firm is still relatively small, so I have simple worksheet systems that handle those functions for which I make the entries using reports from Jibble. I haven't used their Customer Service much either, so I can't comment extensively on that, because I've pretty much been able to quickly figure out aspects about which I initially had some questions.
Pluspunten:
Jibble is intuitive to configure & use. It enables management to set up the rules for how various levels of employees will be permitted to clock in & out. It enables coffee breaks & meal breaks to be easily tracked, in addition to start & end times for the day. It enables tracking of projects & tasks, and an easy way to enter comments on what tasks the user is working on for that segment of the workday. I bought the paid version to use for my consulting business to track and report on times worked on various clients' assignments, for myself and others in my firm, and I would recommend it to other companies that need to track working hours and time spent on various categories of assignments. I use it on both my Android smartphone and my desktop, and it works well on both.
Minpunten:
Sometimes the geographical location feature doesn't work smoothly for me for clocking in or out at "known" locations, but I probably just need to research that feature a bit more to figure out how best to configure it.

Opmerkingen: Very Good to excellent, i would say, as far as Time & Attendace app for member to clock in and out.

The Pricing is very competitive, the ease of use and how easy it is to see the information.
Minpunten:
It doesnt allow to play with work week in order to change the days to start the week and when to finish it. Its fixed the way the workweek its presented.
An affordable alternative that's still full of features
Opmerkingen: So far, we love it, and the ease of use is fantastic compared to other platforms. The time tracking feature is a huge bonus for us, and initial rollout was very intuitive. At a fraction of the price with more features than we have been offered by past systems, this was an easy choice.

The desktop app is very basic with not much functionality compared to the mobile app. Most employees are opting just to use the website. Some of the buttons could be bigger for accessibility.

its with the mobile app, it takes photos and i believe posts them down in the database. thats not right, i understand its for facial recognition but man we can use something like i dont know a facial recognition API from Apple or Google. listen i am a backend dev myself and i know this can be done.

If you're looking for highly detailed reports or specific breakdowns, it may not be as robust as other tools out there.
Such a Time Saver - Desktop is Much Easier!
Opmerkingen: I'm very happy with the user-friendly desktop version of Jibble. It's such a time-saver & makes filing payroll paperwork a breeze!

It is super easy to use! I like being able to log in each pay period and see how many hours to include on payroll for each employee. I also like that employees can clock in from working remotely, as well as clock out for breaks, lunch, to take care of personal matters, etc. then log back in when ready to work again.
Minpunten:
The functionality of the app is not as great as the website.

I use Jibble to track my employees’ work hours. I was very happy with the way they handled things. The interface is very intuitive, and it integrates very well with Slack. The reports Jibble produces give me a clear understanding of what's happening with my team's productivity and where they are spending their time. Plus, having the timesheets auto-populated and sent to payroll has made our HR and payroll systems so much more efficient.

Efficient but Needs Improvement with Login

The only downside I’ve encountered is the repeated login issue on the laptop. It can be a bit frustrating to have to log in multiple times during use.
An almost perfect attendance tracking system

If the report downloads are enabled for a nominal monthly fee (irrespective of the number of people) instead of opting for a premium subscription for fee/person, a lot of people would sign up for a paid version of Jibble.
Jibble, jibble
Opmerkingen: I use jibble on dayly basis as an administrator and end user. I find very good to use as it is easey to change time stamping and it has good tracking abylitys. Both regarding to set gps loc on phones and comments must be made when changing time.
Pluspunten:
Very comfortable to navigate, user friendly for both administrators and end user.

When adjusting time it is a bit slow to update.
