Opmerkingen: Jibble allows different teams, especially offshore team to track work hours, attendance, and project time. It offers features such as facial recognition technology for clocking in and out, project tracking, timesheets, and integration with other software tools like Slack. Plus it has geo fencing abilities too.

Pluspunten:

Minpunten:

Jibble is that it may not be suitable for businesses with complex time and attendance tracking needs. While Jibble offers a range of features, including project tracking and timesheets, it may not have the same level of customization and advanced reporting capabilities as more specialized time and attendance software.

I don't want to nibble of jibble

Opmerkingen: We are not solving any business problems with gible we did not use this software very long before it was replaced to try clockify and then that was eventually replaced with timesheets.com because I didn't like any of them

Pluspunten:

The thing that I liked the most about Google honestly was the name I think it's funny cute and just Oliver pleasing thing to say truthfully that really is the only thing I liked about the software

Minpunten:

I really did not care for any of it it was confusing it was hard to roll out it was hard to implement nobody understood it something that seemed so simple ended up being so freaking hard

What I like most about Jibble is that it's super easy to use. You instantly know where everything is intuitively because it's built that way. Super natural and easy to use and very use-friendly.

Minpunten:

Sometimes, there are glitches but I see that they're resolved immediately.

Pluspunten:

At the marketing company I work for, it's vital for our team to be able to track our time within each client project, and this tool is a great way to manage that! Jibble is also exceptional because you can take a break without fully clocking out, and you can go back and look at what projects are taking up most of your day each day!

Minpunten:

Not applicable! I have no complaints about Jibble or its functions. It's a time and project tracker we plan on using for a long time.

Amazing!

I think its the navigation, when i click sometimes I thought I was already online but I am not.

Practicity

Opmerkingen: It's been great, I recommend the use of it.

Jiblle is a great tool to track time, very practical.

Minpunten:

When clocking out, if the time changes a minute or more, the system doesn't update it automatically.

Wonderful software

Opmerkingen: It is easy to use, online assistance is fabulous, friendly, speedy response time. The product overall is wonderful. I was a bit skeptical at first but so happy with my subscription. I recommend this to anyone

Pluspunten:

Before Jibble I used excel spreadsheets, with Jibble I easily select which project I am working with, clock in and clock out. It's wonderful. Month end I just export my sheets and put together my invoices easily and with little effort and time spent.

Minpunten:

I still need to investigate more of the product, for now, I would like to see my notes on the exported file, but i'm sure there is a way to do that and i have not yet found it.

Jibble for Tracking hours.

Opmerkingen: I love using Jibble. It's easy to use and to handle or track when someone is working and on break.

Pluspunten:

I like to track working hours and schedule tasks I must be working on or currently working on.

Minpunten:

I didn't use Jibble for too long. so, as of now, I don't think anything That I don't like. I love every feature of Jibble. But I don't want to pay until my clients pay me well.

Review for Buddle

Opmerkingen: Overall, Jibble is a product that we'll continue to use.

Pluspunten:

Jibble is new when we signed up but it seemed like they were serious about listening to what we need as a business, adding features, making changes etc. There are still opportunities but the pricing is reasonable for what it does for us. Ex. We'd like to integrate Jibble with Xero, looks like there's a few extra steps for us to make that happen.

Minpunten:

Glitches in a new software is to be expected, there a few with Jibble. Some gets resolved quickly, some needs a few follow up.

Jibble keeps you focused & efficient with multiple remote teams in different locations/time zones.

Opmerkingen: We have been testing how the team adopts Jibble by slowly turning add-ons or functionalities on. It can be very helpful as a virtual check-in and become very specific as your remote team begins to cowork or move. I had tested and used Jibble during 2016. Then again set up a remote team in 2019.
As soon as we have more than 1 remote team, in different locations, it is our go-to time tracking and activity/efforts management tool.

Pluspunten:

Jibble has been very useful so far to become more aware of effort and focus. We benefit the most from our remote team management making different working schedule templates and assigning to teams; plus the tool reinforces policies such as working from authorized locations.

Minpunten:

A desired feature might be the possibility to invite bots from multiple, differentJibble teams in a MS Teams domain/platform. Currently, we may only invite 1 Jibble team per MS Teams domain. This may allow us to assign a Jibble team to team/group in a MS Teams domain. Integrations are becoming better.

Simply and general

Opmerkingen: In general very positive. Just keep on going and continue with a good spirit.

Pluspunten:

Simplicity and offering options which are just needed.

Minpunten:

Lack of fully customized timesheets (working with Excel). They are sometimes required by our customers.

A great app for attendance tracking

Opmerkingen: I’ve switched between multiple apps and wasn’t satisfied with the performance until I came across Jibble. This app had all the great features and the app itself is very user friendly.

Pluspunten:

All in one app for attendance, geo tagging, location tracking and more.

Minpunten:

Free version has many restrictions. But still worthwhile.

Jibble with ease

Opmerkingen: Jibble allows my crew to clock in remotely, which has allowed me to move them out of the office and take my entire department remote. Thank you Jibble.

Pluspunten:

Jibble has made it easy for my team to clock in and out and for me to easily manage their time. It was easy to set up and has been easy to use.

Jibble Customer Satisfaction Review

Opmerkingen: Overall experience is good, really it is. not perfect, but it has remain very useful.

Pluspunten:

its so flexible to use, the mobility makes it very interesting. I like the fact that employees can log in wherever they are, without having to go to a particular spot in the office

Minpunten:

it does not load quickly times, and miss face recognitions, confusing one person for another

A good product for our needs

Opmerkingen: I have found that Jibble really makes it much easier to manage my staff's working hours and with the facial recognition feature there is no question about who was there or not.
As said above, the cost escalates from the basic cost as soon as you start using the features, but as a boss who is not always on the salon floor, it keeps track very well for my needs.

Pluspunten:

This is easy to use for the staff, although they are forgetful sometimes. But then as admin, I can adjust as necessary. I use this as a non-negotiable tool to distribute pooled tips

Minpunten:

The cost of the product mounts up quite quickly. If the feature exists, I haven't found how to enter leave hours into the system. Sometimes my staff take hours out of their annual leave for holidays off etc... I need to be able to incorporate this into the Jibble System. Presently I am doing this manually

Jibble Review for Khyaal

Opmerkingen: It was a bit difficult for our teams to adapt at first and there was a lot of resistance. But after we managed to make the callers to use this for a few weeks , they were happy with the results. Jibble helped us become more efficient, keep better records and helped us track our task to some extent.

Pluspunten:

We area a service provider for elderly care in India and have to manage the online sales callers who manage the leads. The ease of maintaining the records of the efforts and time put in by the callers helps is analyse our effort estimation and efficiency. With Jibble helping us in record keeping we are able to deploy our callers better. Jibble also helps us avoid and resolve conflicts when it come the word of mouth records as we are currently working from home (WFH) and it is difficult to keep track of our callers constantly.

Minpunten:

We wld want more features where we can set reminders for Employees to log in and nudge them to do task and take breaks in time. We would also love if there was a geo location feature and also a way we could track the screen time (websites) of the employees.

Jibble app, a must app for remote work!

Opmerkingen: Overall, Jibble app is a must app for a remote work setup. It is convenient to use and user-friendly.

Pluspunten:

Jibble app is easy to access - can be in the form of desktop app, mobile app or browser. With just a single click, I am able to time IN and time OUT on a work from home setup. It also gives you the timesheet so I can easily check whether I already completed the total required work hours.

Minpunten:

Jibble desktop app can only be used online. In seldom cases, the Jibble desktop app was not able to capture some of my working hours especially at times when I was unaware that my internet has been disconnected. I was automatically time OUT when my PC becomes offline.

Jibble saving time and money

Opmerkingen: Payroll is much easier and less stressful due to accurate and consistent calculation of hours worked. The support for clocking at various locations is definitely excellent.

Pluspunten:

Employees can clock in/out (self-service), anywhere (using geolocation) , anytime (using the mobile app or the kiosk feature) ensuring accuracy and consistency with the calculation of hours worked. The facial recognition prevents buddy-clocking . No more time wasted on working through clock cards and employees disputing their hours.

Minpunten:

Not all employees have access to smart phones or Google services are no longer supported on Huawei smart phones which limits the use of clocking in using location services. The calculation of hours worked based on fixed breaks is not always correct especially where a break is not applicable on certain days e.g. on Fridays employees leave earlier and not have a lunch break.

Great for keeping track of who's in the office

Opmerkingen: Great experience - worked really well for our small office.

Pluspunten:

The ease of use was fantastic. We had an iPad at the office door which each and every member of staff could 'Jibble In' and 'Jibble Out' upon entering and leaving the building.

Minpunten:

There wasn't really anything we didn't like about the software. Only problem we ever faced was that it requires internet to work properly. Would be great if it continued working like normal and then uploaded the data to the internet upon reconnection.

Great product. A must for companies, both old and new. Our startup loves Jibble!

The ease of 'Jibble In' & 'Jibble Out', tracking the team's hours and the location feature.

Minpunten:

In the future, I hope you can include a feature that can track absent days and the reasoning behind these days. For example, if one of our employees has to skip a day due to a family event, he/she would write a comment for the day that has to be missed. Furthermore, there should be a way to set the number of holidays that our employees get; in our case, 17 public days, 15 leave days and 5 sick days. With this, our employees can mark which type of 'day' he/she is taking off so that we know not to deduct his/her salary.

A Useful Attendance Tracker for In-House and Remote Teams

Pluspunten:

I liked: - ease of use - privacy - ability to track employee sign-in location with GPS - the inability for team members to manipulate their attendance time - if anyone is logs in from the app, the person has to take a selfie and post for accurate tracking The last 2 I liked best because when you have a remote team, it is essential to track whether they are dedicatedly putting in the required number of hours.

Minpunten:

Only one thing - sometimes it takes a lot of time load. You have reload the page multiple times to use it correctly.

Great TIme Sheet Solution!

Pluspunten:

My company uses Jibble for clocking in clocking out each day. I work from home, so a time sheet management program is crucial to facilitating my employment and accurate pay for hours worked. Jibble is great in it's simplicity, and the way it seamlessly incorporates extra features without becoming difficult for the user to navigate. Editing hours is also a great feature that has helped me in situations where I missed my clock in or clock out.

Minpunten:

The only problem I had was having to take a picture to clock in via mobile phone. I understand, however, that this is a security feature.
