Opmerkingen: Momoyoga is zeer gebruiksvriendelijk! Ik gebruik het voor het boeken van Pilates groepslessen en kan me niet meer inbeelden hoe ik het vroeger organiseerde zónder dit boekingssysteem. Het bespaart me een pak werk én het is zeer betaalbaar! Top systeem!!

Organisatie
Opmerkingen: het overzicht zowel voor mij als beheerder en de klanten, je kan makkelijk reserveren en opties aanduiden voor elke verschillende les.
Pluspunten:
Als beheerder kan je alles goed in een overzicht zien. Het is fijn dat het ook veel duidelijkheid geeft naar de deelnemers van de yoga lessen. Het overzicht financieel is ook zeer handig en de mailtjes en facturen worden allemaal voor je gedaan waardoor je niet veel tijd verliest in het administratieve gedeelte.
Minpunten:
Momoyoga is natuurlijk voor je yoga lessen te organiseren maar ik zit bijvoorbeeld ook met massage afspraken, en andere privé lessen in yoga en dans. Het is jammer dat er niet echt een groot verschil is visueel met de yogalessen en de andere afspraken.
Wel de yoga, maar niet meer de stress van het plannen en boeken van de lessen
Opmerkingen:
Je wilt het als kleinschalige yogastudio iedereen graag naar de zin maken. Daardoor waren we soms uren. lang bezig met verschuiven van lessen. Met Momoyoga bepaalt het lid nu zelf wanneer hij of zij komt. Automatische mailing bij annuleren, betalen, facturering en zelfs bij de verjaardag.
Ook wij hebben moeten ‘leren de controle los te laten’, maar met Momoyoga kunnen we dat met een gerust hart doen. Bij vragen is er altijd een snelle persoonlijke reactie en adequate hulp.
Pluspunten:
Momoyoga ontzorgt op het gebied van lesplanning en administratie en levert ons tijd op om echt les te kunnen geven.
Minpunten:
Geen echte minpunten. Natuurlijk iets afstandelijker dan alles persoonlijk regelen. Al is dat soms ook een voordeel

Opmerkingen: Heel tevreden over Momoyoga in het algemaan, ook tevreden over de professionaliteit van het team achter Momoyoga, en uiteraard heel blij met de tijd die ik uitspaar door met Momoyoga te werken. Een aanrader !
Pluspunten:
Momoyoga is enorm gebruiksvriendelijk, alles is gemakkelijk in te vullen en aan te passen, en alles wijst zichzelf uit. En als je ergens een vraag over hebt, dan kan je altijd een mailtje sturen naar de helpdesk en die helpen je heel goed verder.

Opmerkingen: Het is heerlijk dat je klanten zelf kunnen boeken, zich aan kunnen melden. Zo zie ik wie ik in de les heb. Ook vind ik de abonnementen geweldig!

In no time kun je zien wie er komen, dat is reuzehandig
Minpunten:
Boekhoudtechnisch kan het beter, ik zou graag in NO time willen zien hoe mijn bedrijf er voor staat en wie wat koopt. Ik vind het nu te omslachtig.

It gives me the possibility to manage my classes, my students, the payments made, it has a very intuitive interface, easy to use, it is wonderful!
Minpunten:
The only problem I see is the need to be continuously returning to the previous tab. When I make an update on the payment status of a student, the student's status in class attendance is not updated , so I have to remove the student and add it again. I wish there was an option to cancel many days of class (vacations) instead of canceling day by day.

momoyoga is an excellent platform for yoga teachers, studios, and communities. My studio switched from Mindbody to Momoyoga in 2020 and we have no plans to go back. We average 3-4 classes per day, 8-10 teachers, and 300-500 clients/week. The platform provides all of the necessary information without the added "fluff' that some platforms charge much higher rates for. The number one thing I love about momoyoga is their customer service team. If we ever have an issue, question, or recommendation it goes directly to a real person who responds quickly and honestly...the human interaction really goes a long way and the whole team truly cares about the work they do! The integrity behind this company is top notch and something that is (ironically) missing from a lot of wellness tech platforms! Thank you momoyoga!

Taking payment is a little clunky- in studio I use Paypal Zettle to accept credit cards but it isn't integrated so once the client pays for the pass, I have to go back in and mark it paid. It would also be helpful to be able to refund directly from the platform. Calculating my actual income is challenging because I have to look at multiple sources and factor in the fees. It could be helpful to have one lump sum deducted as the fee each week so that I can see what my actual income is. That said, the pros greatly outweigh this added step!
Momo use
Opmerkingen: Normally it easy to use. Very basic so no analysis in back end of the software to use as business owner. But it works, most of the time. But not happy at all with back office support. No phone. Just mail. Waiting at least a full day which is problematic when a bug appears.

That the company isn’t reachable by phone. I really miss an hands on customer support for paying users. When there is a bug, I can only sent an email and it takes at least one workday for them to answer. Therefore I wouldn’t recommend this company.

As I started I was able to make most of my settings very easy.
I had few questions and get very quick support in a call with a friendly Momoyoga employee.
Overall, I do not have any trouble with Momoyoga. System is running, bookings are working, customer are not complaining and I can work with it.
Pluspunten:
It was very easy to customize. Bookings working without errors (bad experience with former software) Integration to our homepage was very easy.
Minpunten:
As admin I book sometimes classes for new customers that are not registered and wisch I could add customer name to the booking. Currently I add a note with the name as workaround.

Momoyoga organizes so I save time. It is easy for my clients, and I can keep track of everything in here, every client, every yoga class and teacher. I would recommend it to other studio owners.
Minpunten:
The fact that only people on the free trial get in touch with costumer service right away on chat, is not fair, when I pay for the product I expect the same treatment. The weekday starts on a Sunday, completely wrong for me since I am from Europe and we start the week on mondays, so a lot of misplaced classes has bin made, and it is confusing. Should be an option to choose. Also should be an option for me to choose what teachers added can see. I should also be able to click on each day and get only the day, not the whole week. Makes it easier and faster for me to find classes. Also hoping that when I make a class I can choose dates to put them out, not only weekly. And maybe presave classes I make into some sort of file so I don’t have to make them again and again, but simply recollect saved classes and put them in.

-Customer service is lacking. They pride themselves on being "email only" to keep costs down but it takes DAYS to receive replies and their "solutions" don't usually resolve your issue the first time (so you have to wait longer). For a business that relies on them daily, this is insufficient. -Students can't buy products via the app, it's a source of frustration for them. -recurring payment integration is more cumbersome than it needs to be. -a tab for Workshops would be nice to differentiate from the regular schedule -having a separate login for staff to use so you can limit permissions on what they can access in your studio account. I don't like staff members having access to my banking or CC info, etc.

I am an independent yoga teacher, running my own classes at different venues in town. I didn't have any online payment method prior to using Momoyoga. I run three classes a week plus 1 or 2 workshops a month. Momoyoga easily pays for itself, despite my small numbers as students pay in advance for their classes. It is easy to use, easy integrate with my website, easy to get financial reports from, easy to keep an eye on class numbers and to add/remove classes as required. The staff are lovely and very friendly any time I have a problem and respond to issues with functionality very politely and quickly.
Minpunten:
Having an app for clients to book into class is good, but they cannot make purchases in the app and are taken to the webpage instead which people find frsutrating.

An essential tool for freelance yoga teachers
Opmerkingen: Momoyoga provides an essential service to freelancers who want to run classes. As a freelancer I need the functionalities of a studio, but cannot afford the high price even for the most essential functions. The platform lacks several features, but they are always adding. I expect that my few niggling annoyances with functionality in time be relieved.
Pluspunten:
This software provides all the functionality a yoga teacher requires without the hefty pricetag. I spent a long time looking for something affordable but was constantly met with a hefty pricetag in order to access the most essential functions.
Minpunten:
There is no administrator app to manage classes. It is awkward to have my tablet in class and use a browser to welcome people, sign people up, and set up payments. It is really designed for desktop use.

Momo is a simple software solution for my mid sized yoga studio. I can easy record class attendance, link with PayPal and bank for quick payments, view simple reports on classes and teachers and the phone optimisation is fantastic
Minpunten:
There is nothing I dislike about this software, I would like to see the ability to add workshops and events into the software and it would be nice if teachers didn’t have to have separate accounts to also be a student at the studio
Save time, save lots of money!
Opmerkingen: The customer service is exemplary. The ease of the app and their constantly updating and changing and making things more juicy! I can’t think of a better word. I really love more yoga.

At my studio, I offered 12 classes. I have nine different yoga teachers. And the pressure has taken off of me is immense. I don’t have to worry about who’s coming if they’ve paid if they’ve signed a liability disclosure is so easy when they come in the teacher checks them off. Mark attended the class and I’m telling you it is so easy to manage. 12 classes does not sound like a lot but nine yoga teachers. This app has made my life and my business Super easy. There are other options out there, but the cost is ridiculous for what you get in Momoyoga. You get those same options.

There is a glitch or it maybe it’s me. But it’s kind of hard to get around when somebody signs up for class and doesn’t pay at the time they sign up. So when they finally do pay, you have to go and do a lot of back work that nobody in our group looks forward to so maybe there’s an easier way and I’m not doing it right. The other thing is when I when we yoga during the pandemic, my friend has a studio and I saw that she was using it. I think she was closed so I couldn’t even ask her about the app. But when I tried to tell Momoyoga, that is where I found it even though she didn’t recommend it neither of us got, the discount that was offered. I understand that there are protocol to follow, but if it wasn’t for my friend, I would never have found Momoyoga.
Would reccomend
Opmerkingen: My end of year tax returns is something i no longer have to stress about, I just keep on top of the app week to week and then print off the data at the end of the year. The responsibility of booking a class is now on my students, if it is fully booked they can clearly see, encouraging them to book furthur in advance and paying on time.
Pluspunten:
I've been using momoyoga for over a year now and over all I am very happy with it. It is user friendly and not overly complicated. However I have to say value for money is great, the customer care is very reliable and over all I am extrememly happy. I possibly could use a demo from someone as I'm sure I'm not using itbro it's full potential. Thanks for the great service

There are a couple of things I would like to see change, like when I add a student to the class if they have no credits on their account I would like the option to add the credit there and then without having to go back and through the client profile itself. I'd like to be able to share specific events through social media in an easier format also. Just small things that would make it it easier.
From a cheam & simple solution to an expensive and useless one

I first chose momoyoga for its pricing, but they decide 2 price increasing in less than a year from 16€/month to 25€/month

They sell the product as a "time saver" tool, but the truth is the back office is such a nightmare that you won't save a lot of time...

The price adjustment in the beginning of the year adjusted european studios from USD,$ to EUR, and the recent adjustment brought all legacy customers up to our current pricing model. The reason why this jump feels so significant is because we held off on raising our prices for our existing customers in 2019 and 2020. Helps me organize my classes, yogis and memberships
Opmerkingen: Momoyoga helps me to organize and see what is happening on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. I have been using it in the background until now, but I am working on making it available for my members so they can make reservations themselves.
Pluspunten:
My members are not able to make reservations yet, but Momoyoga already helps me to organize my studio. I have an overview of the memberships, including payments and invoices. This saves me a lot of time. Furthermore, it is nice to have an overview of member per class, per week, per month, to see how I am doing.
Minpunten:
Most of my member come to the same class every week. So I make unpaid reservations for them. But if I remove this reservation this class is added to their "strippenkaart". So some members will end up with more classes on their card then the number they started with. It would be nice that unpaid classes are not added to the card when canceled. I miss an app for studios for easy administration during classes. I use it on my phone, but I have to log in several times before the website runs steady.
Amazing software has made my life so much easier!

Before i started using momoyoga I did all the bookings myself witch meant always being attentive to emails and texts for when people wanted to come to a yoga class. I would then have to respond, book then in and then if there were cancellations or changes they would always contact me to. Witch momoyoga I don't have to do anything now other then check how many people are booked in for the class I am going to teach! Amazing 😀

I haven’t really came across many obstacles but if I have had any queries I have overcame them myself and there is email support if required.
Easy to use for students and teacher, perfect in uncertain corona-planning-times.
Opmerkingen: So far I feel relieved from the 'manual' work I had before. This way my small scale studio has been professionalised as well. Many students have complimented the easy access and clarity of booking or cancelling classes through Momoyoga.
Pluspunten:
Momoyoga has a very nice lay out, clear and simple. Also my older students find it easy to book or cancel my classes. In my country we are teaching outside due to corona, which is very weather dependent and with the system my students can easily find the latest on their class or newly scheduled classes. Also the amount of spaces, being limited, is visible for them. Communicating is easier and less bulky than it was before.

Momo - Perfect For a Small Yoga Studio

It really is user friendly for the most part. Customer Service is phenomenal and it's very affordable. My customers typically offer positive feedback with a few exceptions that are often rectified with an email to customer support. It was the easiest option for creating a subscription service.
Minpunten:
We are having some difficulties with cancellations. Customers can sucessfully cancel a class 24 hours before but not the day of. This is being looked at by customer service right now.
Excellent value for Money, a bit clunky but great customer support
Opmerkingen: I've found the team at MomoYoga very helpful and supportive. I would like to see more ongoing customer feedback to update the system for specific needs. I think Momoyoga offer good value for money and this makes the few problems I have worthwhile, although I hope they are ironed out soon. This is more how I use the system rather than big technical problems.
Pluspunten:
So far I've used the system for 4 months. I have circa 100 students booking classes and about 70% are using it to book and pay for classes. They particularly like the schedule, the app and the ability to pay on line. I particularly like the visibility of class numbers, the payment and also class passes.
Minpunten:
I think the class pass and membership could be easier. I find it challenging to set start and end dates AND take weeks off in between as I don't work normal term dates. This has been my greatest challenge. I think it would be helpful if people could do everything through the app, but they have to buy their class pass on the actual website.
