Software for time management at work and more

Opmerkingen: It is very useful, but workers might not take it that way, in my case there were some problems in the workplace because of the privacy issue. That is why it is essential to talk to them about the advantages of using it.

Pluspunten:

The most useful thing I find is to be able to measure the time employees spend each day. This way you do not generate non-compliance in their payments and avoid a bad working environment. It also makes it possible to manage simple activities performed by employees.

Minpunten:

It is a software to be able to control the times to people with high positions or in small companies, since it cannot be applied in a large group of people because of the costs. It would be good to have a subscription plan for a group of 10 or 20 people.

Converting hours to invoice. Also converting quotes to invoice via mobile devices

Great for clocking time

Easy to sign in and out for shift start and end time.

No notifications for when to clock out and in.

Opmerkingen: Overall I have loved and not loved the program. When I need to get payroll done quickly it's great however, it has its flaws when calling its customer service team

ClockShark Easiest for Payroll Beginners

Opmerkingen: ClockShark is one of the best apps I have ever used for time-keeping. I love that I was able to navigate the software on my own but when I did have questions, their help desk had easy & quick communication.

Pluspunten:

ClockShark is extremely user friendly! As a HR Manager/Payroll Specialist it makes my daily & weekly job a piece of cake!

Minpunten:

I did not have any cons using ClockShark for the 2 years that I did use it.

The ease of use. Both in the office and in the field.

More functionality within the schedule tab. That is where we use it the most. Would be nice to be able to use the available functions without having to leave the tab'

Neutral Customer

Opmerkingen: The overall experience is good and the system is easy to use. Just wish that PTO was on the standard plan because that has to do with basic time tracking and not all those other features like quotes and invoices. Would recommend product to someone, but if they are looking to track PTO I will never recommend ClockShark until it is a feature useable on the Standard Plan.

Pluspunten:

I like that I can see where my team is and see how long they have been working for.

Minpunten:

I wish I could click a button to update everyones location to see exactly where they are at that moment. I don't like that PTO is not offered on the standard plan, that is another feature I would like to use but I don't need all the other stuff that comes with the pro plan.

Great Company Asset

Opmerkingen: Could not live without ClockShark!

Pluspunten:

ClockShark has made our business run more efficient!!! We schedule employees to work multiple job locations, we can confirm their work time / location with the GPS feature and have their timesheets online. Customer service is great, they hire great people to answer any question you may have - if they don't know they get back with you. The mobile app is easy for the employees to learn & use.

Minpunten:

I would like the worked time to reset at midnight, but they are working on it.

Is Clock Shark for you?

Opmerkingen: It is very user friendly and worth the money.

Pluspunten:

The time clock function is user friendly for the admin and the users. The adding projects, employees and modifying anything is a mistake happens (an employee doesn't clock in or out) is very user friendly. I have enjoyed implementing this for my team.

Minpunten:

I would like access to job lists, employee lists, currently you have to contact Clock Shark to get those reports. I would like to be able to list sick time as a zero hour item. Just to have my payroll records match my reports

Opmerkingen: Overall it has been great. I love the additional features but the [sensitive content hidden]
doesn't want to spend any additional money at this time. I would love those features in the future if the pricing changes

I didn't like that you had to have a person clock out to adjust their time on the same day

Very happy with ClockShark!

The support team has been the best part about ClockShark. We always receive quick responses when we have issues and they are resolved in a timely manner.

Minpunten:

The GPS fencing seems to be a little unreliable at time, but I know that has to do with many different factors.

Easy program to use

Pluspunten:

Easy to use and train staff how to use.

Minpunten:

When updating schedules Clockshark refreshes and doesn't return to the area I was working on. I always need to spend time scrolling back to the staff I was updating.

Project Friendly Time Tracking

Opmerkingen: Pretty good. The team is helpful to walk you through or help problem solve.

Pluspunten:

It was very useful to be able to have employees clock in at specific jobs to be able to properly cost a job.

Minpunten:

Only the certain people can add just which is beneficial but hard when it is. Last minute job for employees to clock into.

Great investment

Opmerkingen: The personalized service from the beginning until now has been top notch. After years of using paper time tracking, this was an easy setup and value add for our business. I should've done this years ago, and highly recommend for companies with traveling employees.

Pluspunten:

The time clock management has already saved me money in the first month of use. My employees love the ease of use and clear communication through the app.

Minpunten:

So far I have not found any problems with the app. It's been a smooth transition for myself and my employees.

Decent

Opmerkingen: Pretty decent.

Pluspunten:

The original person we spoke to, [sensitive content hidden], was extremely responsive in setting up up initially and it took a 15 min call to get it all up. To get it synced with ADP took only another 15 mins. The chat times are the quickest I've seen and the responses have been very helpful.

Minpunten:

I wish this was part of ADP and not a third party software. More of a dig at ADP to not have a function to clock in and clock out for such a large company.

Review about ClockShark

Pluspunten:

I am an proprietor of a small business and a small team to handle. I can easy track and make record of early morning sign in and signout of employees. If my teammate goes out with a delivery i can track his location in real time. HR management can also be done using this app. In addition to this it records all the past payslips thus easy to manage increments etc

Minpunten:

Developers should come up with the updates frequently.

Clock shark for contractors

Opmerkingen: My experience with ClockShark has been excellent. If I run into a problem, or need help running a report, there is always someone available to help.

Pluspunten:

This software has changed my business! It has simplified and streamlined time tracking and collection, payroll, workers comp reporting, and job cost monitoring. The features make my work so much more efficient and employees time so much more accurate that it saves my company money!

Minpunten:

The only problem I have is that sub contractors do not have a category. The only option for their label is “employee”. For subs I pay at an hourly rate this can get a little touchy for my workers comp auditors since I am required to pay workers comp on all employees. There needs to be a separate subcontractor title for individuals using the app.
