Great way to run local TV station basic functions.

Pluspunten:

We utilize both Google Slides and YouTube videos of local events that we then loop back to our cable provider. Residents get to see the content on an easily scheduled basis. Creating new slides is a very simple and intuitve process.

Minpunten:

Nothing stands out as lacking, but some features are easier to access than others, like slide duration, etc.

As no-nonsense as digital signage can get

Opmerkingen: Great experience. Clear pricing and the editor is easy to use. You don't have to be a programmer or seasoned graphic designer to start narrowcasting using Play Digital Signage.

Pluspunten:

Play Digital has no-nonsense embedded into it's DNA: clear website, transparant pricing and the tool is as plug-and-play as it gets. Building digital signage designs couldn't be easier, and the integrations like Vimeo are a nice touch, allowing us to manage certain content in one place, instead of having to upload these to multiple platforms every time.

Minpunten:

None so far. We've set up a playlist and will be launching Play Digital in production next week. From the look so fit this section will remain empty.

Play proves to be a highly reliable and extremely customizable tool suitable for every reality for the dissemination of its products and initiatives.
Installable on any device, it also works effectively on the Raspberry platform.

Great Tool for any Industry

Our marketing firm loves to utilize and recommend Play Digital to clients. It has an incredibly simple interface for clients to use and is very adaptive for a variety of clients.

There is no major issue with the platform or it's functionality.

Excellent for Educational Environments

Opmerkingen: The support is excellent. Since we only required one screen there is no cost, yet full support is still offered. Not many companies would offer support under those terms.

Pluspunten:

Play Digital Signage was the easiest to work with for our needs. It effectively communicates to our students events and reminders throughout the day. We have various playlists that trigger at various times to remind students when classes end and begin. It is also used to communicate emergency procedures for fire drills and lockdowns.

Minpunten:

Not being able to play a background music playlist continuously without restarting when the top playlist loops back to the beginning.

PlaySignage more than capable

Opmerkingen: Very easy to start up a few months ago. Interaction with developers and service has been very helpful and they are very responsive.

Pluspunten:

The plug-ins are very useful so far. Easy to create slides for play later. Easy to save slides to reuse again.

Minpunten:

Would be nice to be able to use different fonts/sizes within a text box. Additional transition options might be useful as well.

Great clue signage player for commercial use!

Opmerkingen: Overall, everything is great. It's been running for years with zero issues. Customer support is easy over chat, and the price is good per screen.

Pluspunten:

It's so easy to use!! 100% cloud hosted and a clean UI interface. Its simple to learn.

Minpunten:

I wish we could buy player units directly from Play Signage with everything pre-installed as an appliance.

Excellent Software For Busy Owners

Pluspunten:

This allows me to manage our sign, plan to expand to multiple signs, without worrying about a significant amount of time sink into development, implementation, and monitoring. As someone who operates as a one-person marketing department, this was critical.

Minpunten:

Nothing to dislike. It's easy, intuitive, accessible, has great functionality for both beginners and advanced users - and offers excellent flexibility for content.

Easy to use and surprisingly powerful

Opmerkingen: So far it's really been great. I was able too get support alost immediately, and I am impressed with tht eease of use and functionality PDS brings to digital signage..

I like that it was easy to set up and can quickly update menus remotely.

I only wish it was free :) When I purchased screens for our lobby, I thought I would just have to plug in a thumb drive and use the media player. That would have been fine. Because of Amazon crippling the device, an app such as Play Digital Signage was the only option. I'm very happy with PDS, but it's costing more than I had anticipated

Play is user-friendly, easy to learn, and looks professional in our lobbies and in our ATM lines. We are very pleased with this choice of product of digital signage. We highly recommend it! I love that we can manage any of our screens in multiple locations directly from the Play website.

Minpunten:

We typically do not create in Play. We create images, graphics in Canva and simply upload as 1 image for each frame in play. This is still a very simple process.

It's in the details when pixels don't line up exactly on templates. the costs are rather high. I miss an option for social, clubs and non-commercial places, a cheap option possibly with a small logo insert

Opmerkingen: Overall this is a product that is inexpensive and easy to use. Keeps everyone in the loop and you can push information instantly.

Pluspunten:

The ease of set-up, implementation and use. My employees are more engaged and keep up to date with our back office screens and our guests are easily able to see important information about our hotel and area. The Canva integration is a huge plus.

Minpunten:

It randomly goes off line when using a firestick.
