A powerful multi use Registration Platform

Pluspunten:

Brushfire is an outstanding multi-use ticketing platform perfect for all sized events and loaded with great reporting, registration, and check in tools. Its very easy to use compared to other platforms on the market and gives you multiple personalisation tools in the ticketing space to make your event run smoothy. I would highly recommend this platform and the customer service and support is better then the majority of software companies on the market.

Minpunten:

Lack of triggers to automate email communication or customised forms to collect additional information (and only additional information) post registration.

Opmerkingen: Excellent! They understood that our success was their success and worked with us to make their platform work for us.

Pluspunten:

The company and staff were willing to work with us to meet our ticketing and technology needs (which were challenging). They were responsive to our requests for information & support. They went the extra mile and showed up at our site before we rolled out the ticketing platform. They continued to provide great support during the first season. We look forward to working with them next year.

Minpunten:

We did not have any major issues with Brushfire during the time we worked with them.

Pluspunten:

Ease of setting up new events, repeat events, and then sharing information with team members and collaborators - whether through users or automatic reports. In addition, the Support team is incredible, from simple changes to elaborate custom needs, they have been so helpful all along the way. The ability to hide/show what we need to for different attendee types is amazing. Also, love the integration between the in-person event registration and the online livestream event portal.

Minpunten:

There are areas that are fairly locked in due trying to accomodate as many people as possible - for example, it'd be nice to be able to design our own e-ticket (rather than work through them). We've gotten it setup for our multi-day Homecoming event, but it's a little clunky. It is much better at single events/tickets, rather than multiple days with lots of varied events.

I like that anytime we have any questions or issues, our representatives ALWAYS help us immediately. Their customer service is top notch.

Brushfire - Athletic Ticketing Made Easy

Opmerkingen: Brushfire seems to be on call 24/7. We submit our ticketing needs for our events by sport and they quickly create the needed schedule tickets. If a game changes or is added late, Brushfire responds quickly and makes the needed adjustments.

Pluspunten:

The platform is very easy to use and navigate. The customer service Brushfire provides is 2nd to none. If an issue pops up or a change needs to be made, they willingly complete the needed task.

Minpunten:

It is hard to say. I have only had positive experiences with Brushfire.

Brushfire: A perfect solution to Hillsong's small to large scale event's ticketing and registrations

I have been responsible for our large event's ticketing and registrations for a number of years as well as the technology and information areas for Hillsong Church. Two years ago, after meeting with the world's best ticketing platforms and providers and coming to the realisation that they could not support our specific requirements as a church requiring complexity and depth in our registrations, we decided to build our own software. However, we understood the gravity of the decision to develop such a system and weren't excited about the journey ahead. I was introduced to Brushfire Technology and their ticketing and registration platform. After a very short time and no upfront costs, Brushfire's solution had proven itself as the perfect solution for our needs, with their unique understanding of industry standards around software development and the nature of the church, we had found our answer. This allowed our conferences and events to move forward and our technology department concentrates on other issues. Brushfire as a team now operates as an extension of our own events and technology departments, though their flexibility and commitment to excellence in customer service it's difficult to remember that they are a supplier and not part of our family. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Brushfire Software

Pluspunten:

We use Brushfire for ticketing for a number of events every year. The software is easy to set up and use. The fees are more reasonable than some other options that we looked at. It's very customizable to different events, different venues and different prices or add-on's within an event. We have utilized the coupon codes for special offers and I the reports are helpful for tracking income, attendees and for making settlement on shows that are based on doors sales or percentages of door sales. We also use the Brushfire app to "check in" people to an event, using mobile phones or ipads.

Minpunten:

It would be helpful for the email confirmations you receive to include the event name along with the event number.

Opmerkingen: Flexible registrations and ease of reports. Ease of refunds.

Pluspunten:

Very versatile - ticket registrations, payments, easy to refund, downloads into excel. Love the ease of reporting & use.

Minpunten:

Only one email can be set up to receive the alerts & immediate payments for each event. This isn't a big concern for myself but we have so many different departments using the software it is more complex for us because there are so many users. Love it though. Anyone can log in and find their own reports so this isn't a major con.

Opmerkingen: I have used Brushfire since 2021 and have never had an issue with the product. From set up to execution and even customer interface, Brushfire is an excellent value when it comes to event management software!

Pluspunten:

Brushfire's team of customer service representatives are so helpful and responsive. They help my team with ticketing and event registration. They have even helped with virtual attendance!

Minpunten:

I would like more reporting options and to be able to pull certain groups with "if/thens" to email and contact for promo.

Brushfire is THE answer to your ticket management needs.

Opmerkingen: The customer service is absolutely amazing. When emailing questions, response time is almost immediate and if you need to chat in person, that is an easy process as well.

Pluspunten:

Ease of use, exceptional support, and quick response time.

Minpunten:

For choosing seats at banquet-style round tables, we were not able to use Brushfire because you could not choose a seat AT the table. You had to go to a different screen and choose a seat--with all the seats in a row. We would LOVE to see this feature added so that we can use Brushfire for all our needs.

The support team at Brushfire is the best I've worked with. They are very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Having worked with other event platforms this makes a huge difference.

Minpunten:

The custom forms and reports are super helpful, but it does take a bit of learning to figure out how to set them up to do what you need.

Pluspunten:

Brushfire took what was many complex processes for our team and were able to simplify them into an admin/user-friendly and flexible setup. We are able to adjust and manipulate events and data as required and the web-based nature of this software makes it accessible anywhere (including your phone!). The Brushfire team are outstanding in their commitment to our organisation winning and moving forward at every stage of the process and provide continual support especially when implementing new features or developing function areas.

Easy Event Registration

Opmerkingen: We use Brushfire for all of our camps, retreats, and other events with costs associated.

Pluspunten:

Brushfire makes it extremely easy for people to register for events as well as manage those registrations and communicate with registrants.

Minpunten:

Setting up registrations is deep and can be complicated with a pretty steep learning curve. However, there is excellent customer support that can help users through the process.

when i have used it, as much as i love it, i haven't been able to re-direct to the "host" main website by clicking the logo. ex. registering for a conference and then wanting to go to the host organizations main website i have to open a new tab.

I like that the software has customization to it that allows you to modify things so easily and quickly. It is a great tool to bring clear communication to your attendees pre during and post an event. The report features and tracking from years past is helpful. I've used many registration softwares and brushfire has hands down always been my favorite.

Minpunten:

The one thing that as a new user that I didn't like much was how many things you have to click on to get somewhere. And that there is a lot of ways you can get to the same thing. It was a lot before I knew how to get around.

Pluspunten:

Simple to use for selling tickets, reporting options are good. Learning curve is easy even for those who are not computer people.

Minpunten:

The return/exchange interface is kind of clunky. It would also it seems like we used to be able to click multiple seats to add to cart rather then having to add them one at a time but made that is a set up issue and not a software issue.
