The depth of the reporting is what sets it apart from platforms that offer general 'site auditing.' What I personally really like is the ability to do dynamic filtering on all URLs. I also like the fact that most reports are based on segments which you can build, so that the visualizations are more streamlined and easier to package up for separate business operating groups. > > **Minpunten**: Botify is definitely not the easiest program to learn, and the learning curve for mastering the full breadth of its functionality is steep. This is not made any easier by the fact that their customer service is poor. We have a dedicated rep (we are a big company), and we are supposed to receive a monthly training session. However, the rep has failed to reach out and our last session was in June (it is now September).
