Simplicity in quoting

Pluspunten:

Previously, when quoting a shipment, we would go to each of our carrier's websites and get individual quotes. With Kuebix, we can easily and quickly choose the best carrier for a given shipment.

Minpunten:

For how we use the software, I do not have any cons!

Best Software Available

Opmerkingen: Solved our duplicate data entry. Solved our manual rate comparison. Automatically books and creates BOL's saving lots of time. Overall very happy. Account managers seem to change very frequently.

Pluspunten:

As an online retailer, Kuebix integrated with all of our systems - Shopify, Amazon, and custom software to get rates and book shipments seamlessly. It eliminates duplicate data entry and gets us the cheapest rate among all of our carriers. Easily pays for itself.

Minpunten:

No real complaints about existing features as it is much more intuitive and feature rich than any competing software at this price. It's not perfect and some functionality is still in development. Improved pro number integration would be my biggest ask. Currently the PRO number needs to be input manually. Getting that info electronically after being scanned by drivers or terminals would eliminate work and help my customers. The full supply chain ability for inbound freight would be great (ocean freight, full containers, trains etc.)

Not yet a complete TMS tool

Opmerkingen: The system as a whole is clunky and feels like an unfinished product.

Pluspunten:

Kuebix was pretty easy to navigate and book shipments. The customer support is very responsive and willing to help if possible. It is built on the Salesforce platform, which means the reporting can be customized to fit your company's analytical needs.

Minpunten:

The shipment tracking was incredibly unreliable. Sometimes shipments would have already been processed through our facility and onto the final destination, but Kuebix still said it was waiting to be picked up from the origin. It is not very broker friendly. There was not an efficient way to set up the BOLs for 3rd party billing when tendering a shipment to a broker. If one user created a report, other users could not access it without reaching out to customer support and having them recreate the report under a shared folder. Certain fields, such as the PO field, can not be edited once booked. So if your team must update data within the shipment, certain fields that should always be accessible for edits were locked for the users.

Minpunten:

there are still some areas I am not familiar with just because I don't use those functions frequently enough for me to be comfortable

Great TMS

Opmerkingen: My experience is great. We are a small company and were using one of the paid versions and realized we weren't using any added features so we are now using the free version and it is still doing great.

Pluspunten:

I like how easy it is to use. I have used other TMS systems and Kuebix is way better than all the others. I like how professional the labels and BOL look

Minpunten:

I wish it would keep track of the dimensions of everything I ship. My company ships a lot of overlength and when I share information with other carriers of previous shipments it only shows the cost, location, and the weight shipped

Upgrading When Ready

Opmerkingen: I am a person that wears many hats within our company. We are small and right now we only need the free service. I foresee us using and upgrading Kuebix as our company grows. I look forward to a great future relationship with Kuebix.

Pluspunten:

The ease of shipping is essential for a TMS. The staff at Kuebix has always been helpful in setting everything up. A few clicks and my shipment is quoted and then booked. BOL is ready as soon as it is booked and can be emailed to who ever needs it.

Minpunten:

There is just so much information that Kuebix supplies, sometimes, it is challenging to review details of an old shipment

Kuebix, quick and easy

Opmerkingen: Choosing the right shipper for a shipment is critical. Sometimes it is based on cost, other times it is based on delivery time. Kuebix allows me to review all of the options in one program and choose the best one.

Pluspunten:

Kuebix is a quick and easy way to compare LTL rates and shipping times. Entering the shipping details one time and receiving many options is a real benefit. It allows me to choose the shipper that fits the need for the particular shipment.

Minpunten:

I have not had any issues with the Kuebix software or program.

Easy to use and efficient

Pluspunten:

Enter information once and get rates for all associated carriers helps with efficiency of the office and getting paperwork done quickly.

Minpunten:

It is too expensive for business pro; I think their can be a cheaper way to get the business pro version for a small company.

Kuebix is wonderful

Pluspunten:

I like that all my own rates are being used, and I can put the information in one time, and can compare the prices and transit times for each carrier all on one screen, then when I pick the carrier I want to use, I can book the shipment right from the same screen...saves a lot of time.

Minpunten:

I would have to say that you don't see what each carrier's limit is for what they consider an "oversized" skid. Most carriers go with 8', but there are some that have others.

Opmerkingen: Overall even with the few issues I have had their support has emailed back with solutions and help so very quickly. I prefer this system and don't know what I would do without it!

Pluspunten:

It's quick and easy. It is straightforward and easy to navigate. I love using it compared to going individually between carriers and love it was more than the terrible KDL KConnect!

Minpunten:

If you're trying to check costs to give a quote you cannot convert it to a shipment from there.

Have had minimal issues, which were resolved quickly with customer support

Opmerkingen: Saves me time from having to look at several sights in order to see the most pertinent information.

Pluspunten:

I love that this piece of software takes all of my currently contracted rates and consolidates them into one easy location for review.

Minpunten:

Biggest frustration is that I have to enter the pallets and weights in two different areas. It should be intuitive enough to transfer the information, or consolidate so I only have to enter it in one space. Pretty minor though.

Kuebix

Opmerkingen: I love being able to use one soft ware to get all of my quotes. It frees up a lot of time for me.

Pluspunten:

I love that Kuebix is user friendly. Support gets back to you very quickly with answers to your questions. I like that there is a "free" version because the company does not want to purchase soft ware right now.

Minpunten:

I wish that I could run reports, I believe that is part of the purchase package. I would like to be able to ship to Puerto Rico and Canada from Kuebix, right now it is not set up for that.

Couldn't be happier

Pluspunten:

The best part of this software is the time it will save you. I spent 30 minutes looking up each freight companies rates, sometimes waiting all day for them to get back to me. With Kuebix, it only takes 3 minutes max and I have every carrier's rates that I need. Customer service got back to me within 10 minutes whenever I had a problem and gave me clear, concise instructions to fix it. I couldn't be happier with Kuebix and recommend it to anyone that is thinking about using it.

Minpunten:

I honestly cannot think of a single problem I have with Kuebix. It is the ideal program.

Kuebix saves me at least 10 minutes per shipment. Only had one problem and customer support fixed it

Easy to use, reduces time checking rates. Info entered only once and both quote and shipping are available.

Minpunten:

When I check pending shipments the confirmation number is not displayed. There is no way to tell if the carrier received the pick up request.

Kuebix user

Opmerkingen: Kuebix saves me time and money by showing me all of my rate quotes at one time.

Pluspunten:

Very easy to get freight quotes from all of my LTL trucking companies. I use about 10 different trucking companies and can enter information just one time on Kuebix and get rates back from all of the trucking companies that I use.

Minpunten:

I do not make full use out of Kuebix due to the nature of my business. I only need it for the rate quoting feature so I do not take advantage of the other uses. However, I still pay the same rate.

We love Kuebix

Being able to see all our carrier rates on one screen. The ease of selecting a carrier, booking a shipment, creating a BOL and being able to track the shipment all from one place!

Minpunten:

The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't save rate quotes.

Bill of lading are easy to make and set up pickup .Getting quotes are easy . looking up POD and freight charges .

Minpunten:

It drops shipments . And getting freight accts fixed and added has been a issue. The address for customer saved at first and with several e-mails it was fixed. still waiting on getting a acct updated . and an acct add .

Kuebix Review

Opmerkingen: Overall, I am happy with the software and the customer service prompt response to my questions. Very fast and reliable to solve any issues.
I depend on Kuebix for freight quotes on a daily basis.

Pluspunten:

It is easy to use and accurate, great and fast customer service

Minpunten:

The software relies on salesforce plataform. If Salesforce is down, Kuebix is down.

Love Kuebix

Opmerkingen: Kuebix saves us a lot of time and helps us to get the best rate so we are saving money on freight.

Pluspunten:

I only have to go to one place to get all of my LTL and ground rates instead of going to each of their websites. I also love how it shows the transit time as well.

Minpunten:

Sometimes when a skid is over length, the rate will be more as some Carriers have a over length fee.

Very Easy and a lot of savings.

Pluspunten:

One log in with multiple options. We can easily choose from several different carriers and save time.

Minpunten:

Tracking, when managing shipments you have to manually enter the tracking number or you get several "booked but not picked up".
