The amount of information and number of Leads is incredible. You will receive good leads on a daily basis.
Leads were not good, they send a lot but they are not good leads. Customer service is terrible terrible terrible.

Awesome real estate CRM and lead gen platform
Opmerkingen: We were able to discontinue several other tools and platforms by having the needs met by constant improvements by CINC. The support and programming teams are so nimble that often times they can accommodate system changes within days or weeks at our request. Our success coach is always available to help and answer questions.
Pluspunten:
The quality of the leads, functionality and ease of use.
Minpunten:
There are occasional glitches but that is to be ex0ected woth any technology.

Opmerkingen: Overall, it has been our sole lead generating, CRM and dialer that has been instrumental in our growth
Pluspunten:
We have been using CINC for over 5 years for our real estate company, and it has been instrumental in propelling our business forward. The platform ease of use, customer database and our strong relationship with the account manager have made it our sole choice for managing our operations.
Minpunten:
One downside is the constant increase in costs, and the AI feature is not as refined as we would like
Very disappointed on the whole
Opmerkingen: Very disappointing, CINC is the epitome of over-promise and under-deliver. They brag about scrubbing leads and only supplying valid emails and phone numbers. However, well over 20% of the phone numbers are for non-existent people. Another large portion is to people who have no idea why you are calling and the remainder just don't ever pick up. By far the most common response received from the tiny minority of people who do respond is "Not Interested".
Pluspunten:
The CRM portion of CINC is good and its relatively easy to track leads and communication.
Minpunten:
The leads are almost all duds, I purchased the CINC program to increase my business, but the only thing it has done is draw over $1300 per month out of my business.

half leads, but cinc cannot control that and is working on the verified part which helps

A competitive advantage
Opmerkingen: My sales rep, onboarding rep, success manager, and continued rep are what keep us here. Having a subject matter expert on demand for our team and brokerage growth is what a CRM service provider needs to do and CINC accomplishes that.
Pluspunten:
It has every feature I was searching for in my CRM use, coupled with the best CRM customer service staff I have ever worked for. Better than KV Core, Command, Sierra, Liondesk, and others.
Minpunten:
Its indepthness can be complicated for someone new to the CRM and RE language. High-end users will love it because it works without the non-essential items being in the way.
Like having your own assistant.

Best thing is the MLS feed to my site. It is easy for any real estate professional to utilize.

Not all of my local needed MLS fields populate to the feed on my site.

How it tracks leads when using the site to help your conversion rate. How easy it is for me and leads to use the website for higher conversion rates.
Minpunten:
Many leads have faulty numbers and emails yet we still pay for those.
A very thorough product.
Opmerkingen: I use it daily. It took a bit of time and effort to learn, but it is a useful tool.

The amount of features. It can really do a lot.

It feels a little overwhelming when I'm in it. It almost does to many things.

Opmerkingen: I realized the support you get is a like being with a trainer, and the training is parallel to being trained by a real estate manager. You need to do this and you need to do that. HOWEVER, what does it applied or do for you?
Pluspunten:
Its easy to use, inputs, the website is easy to maneuver and fast (if you have excellent RAM and mid their internet speed on your computer).
Minpunten:
Integration to other RE apps. Not sure what is being sent or posted, no idea what it looks like, how it is done or derived.

I’ve been using it for five years.
It’s an additional lead system but the only one we won’t drop. It’s good exposure for our listings, a great way to share with clients and virtually hands free if you need it to be while on vacation, life events, etc.

Honestly, [sensitive content hidden]. She’s the best lead rep we have. Quite amazing. She calls when something new is coming out, cares about our success and helps any time I have a question. She’s she’s so much light on the power of the product. It’s made my experience with CINC better just because of her.
Minpunten:
I’d like live lead call ins. When leafs call in, we know they’re more serious than someone who answers a text or is bored and just wants to see a listing detail, never to be seen or heard from again. Of course that’s the old “some will, some won’t, so what?” Theory. You need thick skin in sales.
Cinc Review
Opmerkingen: I have been a user for more than 10 years. I would never change to any other program as it is so good. And they are innovative and evolving using AI, etc.

Its a very robust and comprehensive program. So much better than an excel spread sheet or any other options that I have reviewed
Minpunten:
Its a negative - but also a positive:They are continually updating and improving the program. You have to be on top of those upgrades to make the most of the program.

The value and quality of leads is amazing. They also have a really good support system if you can have them find you a rep that you get along well with. It feels like they are a family owned business!

Some features change without notice. Als had a bad couple of reps who didn't care.
Consistent CINC User
Opmerkingen: Overall - CINC has been everything we wanted it to be and we continue to refer agents to the system daily.
Pluspunten:
The best thing about CINC is how easy it is to use. From the initial lead input until a systematic and automated follow-up plan after the closing - each step is tracked, to-dos are given, and nothing gets missed.
Minpunten:
The two things I like the least about CINC - that you cannot attach/receive images and videos.

Opmerkingen: Im still new to cinc but the referral program the copious amounts of training they offer has become the one stop shop for my real estate business if you put in the work you can run your business from just cinc alone

Ive never had a lead engine that brings in thr lead flow that cinc does at first it was almost shocking

Utilizing home pulse cant be done in the system as an agent you have to do it as a lead to get a home value

I can set up clients to see homes, otherwise nothing that comes to mind.
Minpunten:
The cost, the validity of the leads. They are prospects who are looking at homes, but don't need or want one.
Mixed Emotions about CINC
Opmerkingen: My Account Manager is the BEST-EVER person who has worked at CINC and who has interacted with me. Thank you [sensitive content hidden]. If only CINC would give [sensitive content hidden] more to work with regarding upgrading the Dashboard and the system itself.
Pluspunten:
I have little to say about this because I am kind of stuck with this system after many, many years. The CINC system is NOT keeping up with its competiton!
Minpunten:
CINC Managements and Designers of software do NOT listen to experienced Real Estate professionals who make suggestions. The software is outdated. The creators of the programs do NOT realize what is needed to successfully work the CRM system.

The search filters, could be tricky if you have a specific buyer such an 55 plus active adult search, or want to do a map specific search. The map feature SUCKS SUCKS SUCKs, say I need to do a 3 mile radius search from Downtown Alpharetta.... I have to guess.
