Pluspunten:

I love how they teach you how to use the platform before it is fully in your own hands. Education is super important for business owners, and I believe each owner should know how to operate their back end systems.

Minpunten:

Originally when I wanted to develop an app for my company I wanted to have a technical analysis feature for my coaching program which exercise.com did not offer. However it offered everything else I was looking for, and the price matched what I was looking for. I understand I would have paid a lot more to get the technical analysis aspect incorporated, but could potentially be a feature to include in the future.

A software that does everything

Opmerkingen: I needed a new platform for our business as we were expanding. Now we use the software to book for classes, personal training, massage, physical therapy, facials etc. We also run a 24/7 gym using this software to sell and manage it and use Kisi (integrated with exercise.com) for door access.

Pluspunten:

The ability to do EVERYTHING on 1 platform..... and my trainer [sensitive content hidden]:)

Minpunten:

I can't come up with anything significant.

Opmerkingen: When individuals have downloaded the app, they have reported a very positive experience which has been great. Not much we can do about people who have trouble navigating tech. Personally haven’t leveraged the software to its full capacity but whenever I have a question or want to implement something new, [sensitive content hidden] / tech support has always been quick to answer and very helpful.

Pluspunten:

Ease of use and automations have made it easy for billing and communicating messages.

Minpunten:

There has been confusion for some parents on the registration process but most of that comes from user error. If there was a way to have registration lead to a breakdown / tutorial on how to use the app, that would help parents a lot.

I would like to some development on the platform to run a In-home (Mobile) fitness business. A lot of the framework is there just needs some tuning.

There's definitely a learning curve when it comes to figuring out certain aspects of the app, mainly because there are so many features. Working with their team can help simplify this process a bit.

Good software system for business owners

Opmerkingen: Really good. Overall we are happy with the product and what it is able to do for our business.

The service reps are friendly and professional, know their stuff, and are pretty quick to respond. [sensitive content hidden] is our rep and does a wonderful job taking care of our needs and guiding us through the software.

Overall it's a great product. There are a couple of software issues like bill dates that don't show correctly on our end when we pause members.

Exercise.com....Good to go

So far my experience with exercise.com has been superb. I had an app built and it turned out sweet. My contact with my exercise.com team has been professional. Responses to my many questions have been timely and my POC [sensitive content hidden] has been super patient with my lack of IT knowledge.

Minpunten:

There was a hick-up on the IT side of the house in the early phases when my app was being built. That situation was quickly resolved and we got back on track.

It has all of the features we need and some that we didn't know we needed. Very easy and intuitive to use and navigate.

Best gym software period

The process of getting the app development done. It’s been a pain. It should have been started way early since it takes so long.

Make the switch!!!

Opmerkingen: I decided to make the switch from a very frustrating gym management platform to Exercise.com based on a recommendation from the team at Monarch Clubs. I could not be ANY happier with how things have gone so far! The communication is the best out of any company I have ever worked. I knew that Exercise.com would be an investment however in the last month of being onboarded, I can honestly say that it is worth every penny and then some. We can not wait to see how Exercise.com pushes our gym forward!

Customer Support. Features. Integration. White Labeled. Very Professional Aesthetic. You have a whole to help you navigate the software.

Minpunten:

It is an advanced software platform. Tons of features can be a bit overwhelming HOWEVER customer support is with you every step of the way

The simplicity of it. Easy for users to navigate. Easy to create plans.

Minpunten:

I do not like that when creating plans the days do not line up with the plan schedules in the app that users see. I create plans to start on Monday but when I publish them the week in the app runs Sunday to Saturday..this is very confusing to users because they think the first day is a rest day.

Not loving all of the new updates. Also i wish you could scan people in and i've had a lot of trouble linking my card reader to the Exercise.com. I've never been able to get it to work.

Great onboarding process!

Pluspunten:

Working with [sensitive content hidden] was so seamless. She was able to take the time to listen to our every needs and really develop solutions to the best of her ability. She was well versed in all of the solutions and capabilities of the app. Clearly the best experience was the onboarding process.

Minpunten:

The build out for the app took over 90 days and was caught in the middle of a process change that effected delivering our app. While I understand that it is not the norm, it was my experience.

New to software...

I love how it offers a wide variety of features and tools that allow me to take my business to the next level. Also, their ability to take digital assessments and quickly create custom workouts has saved me a lot of time and allowed me to offer a more personalized service to my clients.

Although the platform offers a wide range of features, there may be limitations when it comes to customization. Sometimes I would like to be able to make specific adjustments or add additional features to further suit the unique needs of my business.
