RoboForm to the rescue.

Pluspunten:

RoboForm makes logging into the multiple applications that I use daily a breeze. It is one of the best PW managers that I have ever come across in a business environment and I always suggest it to my peers.

Minpunten:

The "Never for this Site" option seems to not stick for certain applications that we use in my business. I would love for it to not come back on these applications once I have chosen it.

Perfect software to manage accounts

Opmerkingen: It was pretty easy to setup and all my team members found it very easy to use. Its intuitive platform helps all my different team members to use Roboform by themselves

A password manager should be mandatory and RoboForm should be at the top of your list.

Opmerkingen: I have a business license which offers administrative control over a number of accounts. Despite the lack of polish of the UI in some areas, I find RoboForm a lifesaver that I don't go a day without using. For individuals, I still recommend the free version of LastPass but for any heavier user, RoboForm is certainly worth the consideration.

Pluspunten:

At a previous organization we used to use KeePass which the desktop password editor seems to be based on, so familiarity went a long way for me. I like how condensed the UI is and the organizational "tree" folder structure, while bringing me back to Windows 3.1 days (joke) is actually probably the best approach for cramming in many passwords for many organizations. This, compared to the Last Pass "card" view for example is way more efficient. There are extensions for virtually every browser and sync generally works well.

Minpunten:

There are some login forms that RoboForm has a hard time with. A little ironic as RoboFORM originally started out as an auto-form completion tool. Anyway, it's not a big deal to open up the app and copy a password now and again. The second gripe would just be inconsistencies within the UI(s) of the various apps. It could be more aligned and user-friendly. The one feature I wish RoboForm had was the ability to bulk-change passwords at the click of a button if you get an inkling that something of yours may have been compromised.

Been using RoboForm since day one

Opmerkingen: I use RoboForm Business edition to share my safenotes and password with my IT and Quality Dept depending on the login or server.
I also depend on Roboform to keep safenotes on all my server config notes. They may have passwords or IP addresses that I need to keep secure.
I own crypto currency and I use Safenotes to track my Coin addresses and passcodes safe.

Pluspunten:

Safenotes! They are a great place to store sensitive notes and passphrases when logins are not enough. I keep Birth dates, social security numbers, Bitcoin wallet passphrases and server notes here.

Minpunten:

When an app password match is not found on the mobile app, there is no search box, just an option to see everything. We need to be able to search for passwords, because my everything is 500 passwords long!

Roboform is a staple for me and my team

The smart GreenRobot you should try

Opmerkingen: I have a lot of credentials I must use, and keeping them ready to use is difficult; having credential saved in a file or in a notebook is not the best choice in terms of security. So Roboform helps me to have all my credential stored and logging is now fast, I save a lot of time and my data is safe.

Pluspunten:

Keeping in mind all the passwords it's difficult, because you cannot use the same account and password for every site you access. Roboform save and stores all your credential and automatically fill the fields (obviously with the associated credentials) when you need to login. There is a browser plugin where you can also see and manage all your credentials (and giving them a friendly name). You save a lot of time and you have all your account and password well secured. When you login to a site for the first time, Roboform will ask you if you want to save the new credentials.

Minpunten:

The popping Robothead asking for save may be annoying if you don't want to save credential

I have been using RoboForm for over 10 years and have saved over 1000 url/passwords. I have never had any issues with it. It is my #1 software of all times.

So far, after 10 years, I have no cons on RoboForm.

It Drove Me Crazy so I Stopped Using It

Not much. I found this software difficult to understand how to work it. It was supposed to be simple, but it never made much sense to me how this was better than the password management I get with google or safari.

Minpunten:

I had to log in to Roboform too often, it became a nuisance.

Been using RoboForm for over five years

Roboform Is a Must Have For Me!

Opmerkingen: I use Roboform every single day for quite a few years now in order to make entering giveaways and sweepstakes much faster and easier and also to fill out just the beginning basic standard info on me for when I do surveys, such as the name, address, phone number, email, household income, career/job position, and to fill out any forms for whatever else with basic info, such as requesting free samples to things. Another thing I use it for daily, even more than the above is to log me into various websites by remembering all of my log in info for each one. I could have a different password for every single website if I chose to and it would remember and log me in at every single one of them without me having to remember any of it. It's easy to edit/change in case I change that info too. I consider this software a must-have for me. I Love Roboform!

Pluspunten:

Since I don't need the paid for version features such as using it everywhere on all devices, I use the older version that is still free just on my laptop daily and am very happy with it! I use it most often to fill out entries and forms to enter many giveaways daily or any other forms for free samples or to fill in just the basic personal info, such as address, name, phone number and email on surveys I fill out and most helpful of all, it will remember all of my log in details such as email and username and passwords for any and all websites I go to and fill that in for me too! That last feature alone is a must for me! I can even have multiple users info logins on my Roboform. It is easy to edit my info in case it changes too & that is saying a lot since learning new tech things is not always easy for me.

I wish that once I make multiple user log ins that I could switch them around in the order they appear when they pop up. (IF you can, I have not realized how yet. LOL) A very important thing to take note of is that once in awhile, when you have the Roboform automatically fill in an entire basic form of your name, email, address, phone number, once in awhile it will fill in that info but put them in the wrong places, so never assume it is right, always at least glance to double check. Fortunately, this is only an occasional issue on some sites and not the norm. If you want to use Roboform on all your devices such as a laptop, smartphone etc, then you need to pay monthly. I like it much better when they had the option to pay once for lifetime use. I don't like to sign up for monthly payments. I've had some stress figuring out how to transfer paid for software from 1 laptop to a new laptop but eventually figured it out. The master password annoyed me but since it's not needed in my case, I was at least relieved to finally figure out how to get rid of it. Read FAQS!

Roboform - A must have for anyone with more than a few logins

Opmerkingen: Roboform allows us to have different complex passwords for each account. I have friends and family who are always forgetting passwords. Over the years I've been able to get many of them to start using Roboform.

Pluspunten:

The best part about Roboform is not having to remember a huge amount of passwords. Between work and personal logins I have a couple hundred logins. To remember these would be impossible and to look them up and track updated logins would be a part time job. Roboform handles this problem with ease. You no longer need to have just one secure password that, if it were to get compromised, would take days to update all of your logins.

Minpunten:

Every so often Roboform will only save the password and not the login. This is usually on sites that have a separate page for the userid and then another page for the password. It doesn't happen often but it would nice if Roboform could find a workaround for this.

Roboform Does the Job

Opmerkingen: These days—even with Google and Apple offering to save all your passwords, a somewhat scary proposition—a password manager is simply a requirement to ensure you're creating, remembering and using singular and secure passwords. Roboform is excellent on Windows and getting better on Mac and iOS.

Pluspunten:

As a long-time user, I most appreciate their commitment to continuing development. The software is updated frequently and they continue to expand the platforms on which the program/app is available.

Minpunten:

In the Windows environment, there's nothing I've found in this market segment that I like better than Roboform. It's been around for many years, and just gets Windows. Its iOS product is getting better (and automatically syncs with other devices) and they continue to expand to other platforms. Unfortunately, their Mac program is still not quite up to snuff, with several deficiencies in performance relative to the Windows version.

Safety of personal data

While it's still not safe to store passwords on your computer or over the Internet, I still wondered how it all worked. In fact, this company is still worth paying attention to, since the level of safety of personal data is extremely high here. Also, the client will not need to pay a lot of money for the provision of such services, and after transferring important documents or files, you can sleep peacefully. The company has been operating for quite a long time and is already trusted by a large number of customers. The functionality of this project is also at a high level.

The main options have already been implemented of course and it is quite possible to use. Storage, adding new accounts to the database, and editing work stably. But sometimes there are problems with filling, the fields on some forms remain empty, I still don’t understand what this is connected with.

What I like is that it generates secure passwords for each account, you can fill out forms you’re your information, this saves time and is one of the reasons I have always used this password manager. It is very safe to use since to enter the program requires a master password since I use many accounts that require passwords, I am surer not to lose my information since roboform has a backup in the cloud, if I change my PC I can be sure that my information will not be lost.

Something that they should add is to be able to use roboform in other software, since it only available for browsers.

Best password keeper out there

Opmerkingen: No more keeping track of passwords in a un-secure manner.

Pluspunten:

Keeps track of all of my passwords automatically, further it will create randomized passwords so every account has its own yet there is no issue remember ing all the different ones as RoboForm does it for you. With the mobile app, you can take all your passwords with you wherever you go which is perfect. They also support fingerprint login and multi-factor authentication.

Minpunten:

Still having an issue when using a high dpi screen to remote into a standard dpi screen the fonts on the browser toolbar does not scale and is almost impossible to read.

An excellent software to manage passwords and auto-fill forms

Opmerkingen: As he was promoted in my company, I was assuming more responsibilities that depended among other things, to handle applications, software and bank accounts, so I had to have the handling of more than 6 passwords. Roboform was the solution for the management of these accounts, since it allowed me to memorize them all automatically without worrying about the security of them. Buy this software that you will not regret

This software plays a very important role in my work. Between the kindnesses that I can recognize of Roboform we have: -Its highest quality, manage passwords. It is no longer a problem to manage multiple passwords thanks to Roboform. -The format of auto filling is an excellent option that saves time and effort. - Its synchronization with the explorers makes it easier when using it with internet.

Sometimes I have had problems to use the auto-fill formats, since they tend to get confused, so I have automatic information filling in different pages from the ones initially selected by me, creating problems for me.

With RoboForm your passwords are more secure

Opmerkingen: Before when I didn’t know about this password manager I had many problems since I forgot my account passwords , a coworker recommended Roboform and since I use this application all my passwords are in one place.

Pluspunten:

What I like most about Roboform is that all the passwords for my different accounts are secure, the option to automatically fill out the forms in a secure way is impressive and they save you a lot of time, Roboform has shown me that if I can have all my accounts secure and that I don't have to worry if someone wants to steal my password and it still gives me double security with the option of the master password.

Minpunten:

I like everything about this application because it takes care of my very important accounts like Paypal, even the least important one like my Spotify or Netflix account.

Has Been keeping our accounts secure for years

Opmerkingen: We use this to software to keep our company accounts organized and secure with unique credentials that we can share with teams.

Pluspunten:

I like that it works and sync with an mobile apps as well as the desktop application and integrations with browsers. I like the security center that helps my audit my logins so I can see which accounts are using duplicate or insecure passwords. I like how you can put in safe notes and identifies in addition to just storing passwords.

Minpunten:

It does crash sometimes and will sometimes start using a bunch of CPU and I will have to kill the process. Also when updating the software it requires to close down your browser, though I'm sure all software of this type has to as well. I do wish that I could sign into multiple roboform accounts in the iOS app because I use roboform with separate business and personal accounts.

Good - With A Few Caveats

Pluspunten:

It's pretty easy to use, yet many of our folks still get somewhat confused when saving passwords. The biggest thing that confuses them is saving a password on a password change screen. That's a problem because that's not the normal logon screen. It would be nice if RoboForm would be intelligent enough to detect what the new password is on a password change screen and change the normal password on the common logon screen, but it doesn't. But as a pro for the software it's fairly user friendly.

Minpunten:

Sometimes users get confused. You really have to think what it's doing before saving a password and whether that's the right thing to do at the time. it also doesn't work well on every sort, maybe 90% or more but not all. Last, it's not the newest technology like SSO tools.

Managing passwords in my work is no longer a problem

Opmerkingen: After having said the above, I think it is very clear that you must use this software and start enjoying all its benefits

Roboform is an excellent tool for all those who for one reason or another handle many softwares or web portals that require passwords. Its use is simple, you only have to enter the web portals or software that require passwords and Roboform will ask you if you want to save the passwords. This resource is very useful in the work since I manage enough passwords and in many of the occasions I had to write them down, putting at risk that someone could access to where I write the passwords and steal them. Now with Roboform I can have all my passwords saved in my user, as well as encrypt them to have more security. I highly recommend this software

During the time I have used Roboform, I have not found any problems or problems that in any way impede my work functions, so I do not have any type of objection in relation to the functions of this software

The best Password Manager I've found.

Opmerkingen: I have been licensing RoboForm in its various forms since it was first released. I also license the companion product "GoodSync". When "RoboForm for Business" was released I evaluated it for use at my workplace and have since convinced my employer to implement it there. My co-workers find it very simple and easy to use.
