Ferrari of CRM's

Opmerkingen: We are very great full we stopped using the other CRMs out there as non of them compare to this one. Top Notch A++++++

Pluspunten:

The best CRM hands down we have ever used. Support is awesome and the ease of use on all platforms is top notch.

Minpunten:

They are adding new things all of the time which will make the system glitch out but nothing that has cost on business, only frustration.

Poor leads unscrubbed

Easy to use and can customize messages so much.

Minpunten:

Lead generation. Leads were crappy. You would get leads that had fake email and phone numbers - and you have to pay for that lead. Nothing in their system checks for valid email addresses. Very expensive to pay for leads that are [sensitive content hidden]

User-Friendly CRM

Opmerkingen: BoomTown is an awesome CRM that makes classifying leads incredibly easy. It's got multiple pipelines that help users to see which leads are hot and which ones are less. The software has an excellent setup that makes communications with leads very visible and easy to follow.

Pluspunten:

It is user-friendly. Easy to see leads in different categories.

Minpunten:

You can't actually delete trash leads. The leads go into a trash category, but it seems cluttered to have junk leads stay in the system.

Best System I’ve Seen

Opmerkingen: I have had an amazing experience with Boomtown. Always helpful staff, easy to operate userface, and clean/modern look.

Pluspunten:

My favorite thing about BT is their customer service. I know that if I have a problem or question I can always get a timely, helpful response. I also love how user friendly the system is and all the help/training tools that are always available.

Minpunten:

The thing I like the least is that I am not able to add my own Stage category for clients. Such as adding a category for mets that aren’t qualified but being dripped on.

Way too cumbersome for me

Opmerkingen: I just don't like using it. It's old, it's slow, things I want to do always seem to be four clicks away.

Pluspunten:

It technically does have most of the features you'd want in a CRM and was built for the real estate industry.

Minpunten:

First off, any CRM that doesn't integrate email is a non starter for me. And I mean being able to actually send and receive emails inside of the CRM (like Pipedrive). Syncing emails means nothing. The whole app is slow, the UX is very much 10 years ago. Since my employer pays for it I keep going back, saying "I'll give it another try," which usually lasts a couple of days.

Boomtown is great for real estate teams wanting to organize their daily tasks

Pluspunten:

I love the ability to log a call or email through Boomtown so I can easily see who I need to follow up with, or the last time I spoke with someone. It has given me a great deal of leads with a decent success rate. The system is very easy to use, the tutorials are amazing, and Boomtown even does live trainings in larger cities you can attend to learn more about the features and functionality. The information in Boomtown is well organized and easy to edit.

Minpunten:

Someitmes I feel like perhaps it is too robust. There are so many features and things it can do I get lost in trying to learn how to use or implement the new features and I constantly worry that there may be a feature that makes what I'm doing easier that I don't know about.

I love the system and how easy it is to navigate and promote. The customer service is a little shaky

Opmerkingen: Database management. Makes my job easier. Makes me look more professional. I can keep track of who registers and how often so I can easily analyze how effective my marketing is.

Minpunten:

the customer service is a little shady. I had a problem with my account one day. I don't remember what is was. I believe it was in regards of my app. The customer service agent needed my password to help me. I would think there is another way to verify who I am. I didn't feel comfortable handing over my password so I waited. It took a while but eventually the app updated and my issue was fixed.

Pluspunten:

In conjunction with the app, every time I make a phone call, a notification pops up that reminds me to log the nature of the conversation and add a "to-do". This ensures that I make contact on a regular basis with my clients. I also have a stats page that lists every customer Ive been neglecting so I can go back and keep contact with them as well. Ignoring clients means lost business so this is incredibly important to my business success.

Minpunten:

Like all software systems, learning the tricks of how to use it best is a little tricky but not difficult.

I LOVE Boomtown

Opmerkingen: Can keep track and categorize leads appropriately which is awesome when you have tons of leads in different situations. I can set up different drip emails for different categories and have them auto run when I move them to the category.

I guess what I like the LEAST is that I didn’t know about it sooner. Seriously, every function here I actually use, I’ve used Follow up Boss and another CRM and I can’t use anything but Boomtown for my personal business.

Pluspunten:

It keeps track of the progress of each client to some degree in reminders or things to do. If there was a way to better screen each client as to how motivated they are by asking questions upfront and along the way that would be great. If the system had a spreadsheet that one could see what each template was already in the system without having to go to each one one at a time to see if it fits would be way easier to use more quickly in following up on each client. Whether it be a text or email follow up. If the system had a way to monitor the user as to how they are using it and then give helpful suggestions while using it to make it easier to use would be great.

Minpunten:

When I have tried to transfer the clients to the mojo dialer that I have selected it keeps saying zero contacts are transferred to call from . Can't figure out why it would be nice to have a pop up window that would ask a question what are you trying to do when one has repeated the same thing more than once getting the same results. It would also be nice to have more categories to choose from to put clients in as future clients instead of just watch or if we could put them in a x number of months to call back on that would automatically move up the category to the next level so we don't have to remember to move them forward but could if we wanted to. An automatic text asking if they have completed the next step in getting a home. And then reclassify them depending on their answer. When I spend all day just doing my follow ups and not having qualified leads to show property to the system becomes to time consuming and keeps me doing non money making activities. The key is to get people out there looking knowing they are qualified to be looking at what they are seeing. Yet not before they are ready to do it because of existing circumstances such as a lease a credit score paying down debt length of employment amount of income medical issues down payment amount or options. If prospects could see the steps to take and how they can progress by completing each step everyone would be happier doing the next step. Show property writes contracts.

Great Lead Management

You can import from other databases. There are so many drip campaigns you can "set and forget". Super easy to use!

Minpunten:

There doesn't seem to be a spam filter for false incoming leads and I would like to see that put in place.

Make your Job/Life more easy!

This product is what allowed our business to scale. Boomtown allowed our agents to manage more clients with less time. This took their business to the next level.

Minpunten:

There have been very few cons to this CRM. When things have come up that need to change with the industry BT has made those changes and is always seeking to improve the platform.

Staying Connected...Staying Organized

Opmerkingen: Three years and little business so far. Mainly due to to the fact most just want to look at homes and do not wish to ENGAGE. It is also a fact that I am not putting drips out there that may get the phone to ring. I need to use the library more and work with my team leader more closely. COVID-19 has impacted a lot of what is currently happening as well.

Pluspunten:

Lead generation and the ability to simply keep track of what the leads are doing online. Emails, calls and texts are all nicely captured in one place on the site. People seem to find it a solid search site option.

Minpunten:

The fact that we cannot make leads answer their phone! Not a platform problem...a social one.

Love Boomtown!

Opmerkingen: Boomtown has changed our business! If it's not working for you then you are not investing in promoting it and/or you are not working the leads effectively.

Pluspunten:

I love how easy it is to use, how it automatically stays in touch with my leads via e-alerts and drip campaigns that I initiate.

Minpunten:

I wish I could use it as my all in CRM, but there are too many "loopholes" I would need to implement to use it that way. Therefore I wish I could more easily integrate it into my primary CRM/database - but that's really my only vice.

The Perfect Solution to Provide Exceptional Customer Service

Opmerkingen: As a new real estate agent I am so grateful for this tool! I cannot imagine trying to keep track of leads and follow up with everyone in a timely manner without it. It also allows the space for notes on each clients which helps me provide a personalized experience even if I only talked to the lead once 6 months ago. It's helped my business grow quickly!

Pluspunten:

It is so simple to keep track AND nurture hundreds of leads without ever missing a follow up. Additionally, with notifications, you can contact a hot lead within minutes of registration or interaction. It's the perfect tool to provide the best follow up and customer service. Email templates and drip campaigns make it quick and simple to contact hundreds of potential clients in one day.

Minpunten:

It does take some time to get through all the training in order to fully utilize it's potential. You'll have to make sure all your employees go through the training as well. It is intuitive to some degree, it just has an expansive capability that takes some time to take full advantage of.

BT is very efficient and incredibly user friendly

Opmerkingen: All in all this software is truly a lifesaver. I honestly would not be able to keep up with my clients and their information if it was not for this program.

Pluspunten:

It is very easy to use. Like most programs it does take some time to understand all the ends and outs of a program, but once you get the hang of it it comes very easily.

Minpunten:

Having to log out because your toggle bar doesn't want to show up. There are quite a few glitches as well that occur more often than they should. However, it does not take up a ton of time to log out and log back in. It is more of an inconvenience.

The best real estate software platform

Pluspunten:

The fact that I can communicat with multiple buyers and sellers on a large scale helps us improve our deal pipeline and close more deals.

Minpunten:

Outated UI/UX but they have been getting better with updates.

Pluspunten:

Boomtown is a software designed for the Real Estate business. Its technology aims to help Real Estate brokers and Real Estate agents to convert more leads and increase more sales in the most effective, timely and convenient way. From the front end to the back end, its tools are designed to manage all leads and opportunities without missing any sale. It is cheaper consideing that its features and functionality are complete from website, to CRM to email marketing.

Minpunten:

Customer support is not that consistent when it comes to responding on time. Boomtown is used by most agents because it is cheaper that is why technical support and customer support sometimes have delays.

The Best CRM

Opmerkingen: I feel more confident in engaging with my clients because I can better predict where they are in the buying process. I can feel them out in terms of where they are in The Funnel. If they are longer term prospects or if they are ready to buy now. Or simply seeing if they need more information on a home based on how they are engaging with the website. The experience has been nothing but positive with BoomTown.

Pluspunten:

The best part of this software is being able to gauge my clients interest in homes based on their search activity on my website. And from there, being able to send homes directly through my website without going back to the MLS and sending homes the "archaic" way. And from there, being able to engage with my clients within the the CRM without having to leave the CRM to go to my work email or phone.

Minpunten:

The search functionality could be improved to match nearly identical with the MLS search capabilities.

Elevated my business

Opmerkingen: I feel more and better connected with my clients. This system helps me stay on top of my leads and better prepared when I’m making calls. I am able to not miss leads that are farther ways out. I truly believe if I had this system when I first started real estate, my first year would have been way more successful. The first thing I do every morning is check my category audit. It keeps me organized and better equipped.

Pluspunten:

The ease of staying in communication and up to date with your clients. This software has taken the guess work out. I know what my clients receive, what they like, how often they are seeing what I’m sending. I feel more confident when calling.

Minpunten:

There isn’t much to criticize on this. A few changes to the way the times to follow up maybe? I’ll put more thought into it but I love the system.

This is a Scam! They are not trying to help you business grow!

Opmerkingen: Predatory Pricing, Poor follow up with you the user by the company, they promised more than 20 leads per month and charging you for this. They only sending you 3-4 leads per month. (VERY POOR QUALITY LEADS) DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. ANY OTHER ONE OUT THERE IS BETTER THAN THIS!!!!

I feel like the to-do list is a little repetitive And somewhat annoying. I think the to-do list should only consist of things that you Specifically request a reminder for and/or put on a calendar
