Great scheduling software solution

Pluspunten:

We use this on a daily basis in 7 locations to schedule our patients, schedule our drivers' routes, and track the foot traffic into our stores.

Minpunten:

Only able to have 8 calendars. We have been able to make it work but we would have liked 10-12 caledars available to view on one screen.

Opmerkingen: Really good. Really pleased I moved over from Virtuagym. The customer service is exceptional and the price is really competitive too for a great product.

Pluspunten:

It’s just really easy to use and intuitive. It feels like it has been designed by a fitness professional who actually uses it

Minpunten:

Nothing yet. It would be nice if I could have a separate calendar for staff to add their availability for the month ahead so I could know who is free to work which session and then allocate them

Opmerkingen: As always promised the world and under delivered hard. Migration process was super bumpy and a lot went wrong. Promised to keep pricing stable and increased by 20% after one year to be increased further. Constant excuses for mistakes and glitches. Lots of glitches.

Pluspunten:

It was inexpensive but they constantly make useless updates, their app is soooooo bad

Minpunten:

No app for teachers! Custom app lacks basic functionsIncrease rates and prices without notifying you. So you have to check; it gets justified with new features which are just bug fixes really. NO support on weekends! Team is very slow to respond to issues

Would not use any other booking system.

Opmerkingen: Freed up so much admin time, tons of automation, personal notifications and our clients find it easy to use. We are really happy with it. A great system run by really lovely people.

Pluspunten:

As a studio owner of 25 years and seen staggering changes in how we run our business in all that time I am delighted to be leaving this review. Having been with Mindbody and got thoroughly fed up with constant price hikes I looked around for an alternative. We moved to Teamup in 2016 and have been with them since. The easiest switch from Mindbody to them - mainly because they have done it so often, it was seamless. Most of all its the team behind Teamup that makes this an easy decision. They have the same values of looking after their clients as we do. You don't run a studio and retain clients for years as we have managed for this long without a lot of input into client retention. Lots of great flexibility and easy to use.

Minpunten:

There are always things that can be improved and we have the chance to comment on a wish list that others can see too and if's its a good idea or a great improvement, they make it happen.

Opmerkingen: Teamup has been one of the best decisions we’ve made and has made the friction of setting people up minimal. It has gained us lots of students and we can’t praise it enough.The team is also quick to respond to any questions.

Pluspunten:

It’s very easy to use, it has almost any feature and set up you can think of and it’s quick to use and flexible to fix when you add a new class or change an old one.The payments are easy too, to collect and set up how you want them. The memberships are easy to use and events are a cinch to set up and charge for.

Minpunten:

Not many, only the lack of a grading system for martial arts classes, and the check ins could be nicer and easier a bit.

Pluspunten:

Gym management is much easier. You can do pretty much most of the things that a typical gym owner and admin would require. Not considering alternatives, which must mean it's very good! :-)

Minpunten:

Some parts are slightly cumbersome, especially to the end customer, e.g. too many screens to go through upon enrollment. Also, for the admin side - lack of certain crucial indicators, such as LTV of customer, ARM - average revenue per member, retention rate - these all should be on the dashboard... It's not that I have not asked either ;-)

The best Pilates studio software out there

Opmerkingen: I’m using TeamUp to schedule my group mat classes and my private sessions, meaning payment is made prior to the lesson and my terms and conditions are clear when the client signs up. It saves lots of paperwork when the client completes all health & enrolment forms when signing up too!

Pluspunten:

I was worried about moving from another platform to TeamUp initially, but I shouldn’t have worried. It’s a very user-friendly system and my clients swapped over with ease! On the rare occasion I’ve struggled with the system, TeamUp are on hand to help quickly, and their FAQ pages are fantastic. Their support & advice through lockdown & returning to the new ‘normal’ was invaluable. I recommend this to every studio owner who wants to reduce their stress & admin time!

Minpunten:

Initially their Zoom integration felt ‘clunky’, but after feeding back to TeamUp there were some changes made to make it seamless!

Everything you need in one place to run your Pilates studio with ease. Highly recommend

Opmerkingen: Our experience using TeamUp has been very positive. The features make running a Pilates studio so much easier. The Customer service team are so helpful and responsive.

Pluspunten:

TeamUp is great. It allows us to manage class bookings, take payments, create memberships, and even manage staff, all in one place. The On demand feature is also a great added bonus and allows us to great online membership as well as studio memberships.

Minpunten:

There’s not much I don’t like about TeamUp. I think it would be useful to allow customers to book all of there classes in one go by ticking a box. We allow our customers to book 90 days in advance so it can be quite frustrating for members to go in and out booking one class at a time

TeamUp does our admin whilst we run the business

Opmerkingen: Excellent. The system reduces our admin time to less than half an hour a day. The dashboard makes it easy to identify new customers, payments going through and any issues such as failed payments too. Everything else is automated, with customers also able to buy or upgrade additional memberships too.

Pluspunten:

TeamUp is a great membership system. It is easy to set up, update and is fully automated with secure card and DD payments within the system (transactions are up front with no invoices/payments to chase). Other useful features such as trigger emails automatically welcome customers, remind them of bookings, tell customers how to get to my business. There are also great billing features that allow you to freeze memberships, automatically skip payments and take ad hoc payments too. We have tried other systems that promise much, however, have recently moved back to TeamUp as for membership management it is hard to beat..

Minpunten:

There are no cons to using this system. Yes, there would be some nice to have additional features, however, it does the key activities REALLY well.

Compared to the previous system I used GoTeam Up is easy to use both as a business owner and for the clients. It has more options and at a far cheaper price. Any queries are answered quickly and efficiently. Only wish I’d swapped earlier.

I like the people and the quality of the support / customer service more than I do the software. The software does the job relatively easily but there are features I wish I had. The great thing about TeamUp is that they listen to your needs and then take action on the things you want and need.

Minpunten:

The illability to have 7 day free trial as a stand alone thing. It has to be a membership which means it counts in your reports as a customer when it is not. Also as a lead magnet the link to a 7 day free trial created as a membership means you can’t direct new leads directly to team up as there are too many loops for a new customer to jump through before they enter there contact details and book in there free sessions . You need to think more about lead generation and how you can help us with this . Also not being able to take customers card details when they do a free trial so payment is taken on day 8 ks a really problem for me.

Pluspunten:

This product is so easy to use. it is almost a "plug in" and use piece of software. Having said that, because of it's vast functionality (which is brilliant) it can get a bit confusing sometimes if you forget your way around the software. I do find myself going round in circles, but I get there in the end. It does everything I need it to and more. I do feel like I only use 30% of the software's capability. Every time I have needed assistance, it is easy to reach out to someone who can guide me through my problem. This is so important as the software is so vast, I sometimes need help making the most of the functions.

Minpunten:

As I am a small business the cost is what causes me most pain. I have 15-30 active users, and feel that the entry level price of £49 is a lot for me, considering that my business is at the size where I only really need to use 50% of the whole functionality. If there was a smaller fee, which allowed a more basic functionality, perhaps at a lower scale of what is currently offered, I would be super happy. Ideally for me, as a sole trader, with no employees, I do not need the functionality for multiple teachers and embers of staff.

“The” client management software

This software has streamlined by job and saves me hours daily to allow me to get back to doing what I love in the business, rather than managing booking and memberships

I’d love to see more intergration available into my CRM, currently using ontraport and have to manually do some tasks, a few of the setting menus were a bit confusing when we first set up however these have been adjusted my TeamUp and made better

Saves Time, Money and Stress!

Opmerkingen: Incredibly good - the support is amazing with progressive development, working in tandem with their clients. It looks good and when you know which features you want to use, it is straight forward.

Pluspunten:

Using TeamUp removes the emotion and stress of having to chase clients for payment, not to mention the time required to do so. It means my relationship with the client is maintained, less time on admin, less financial accounting (I only account 3 x per year now instead of every month) I can spend more time do what I love - teaching and growing my business. Also, last-minute cancellations are paid for without any questions! I can keep all client notes for the classes in one place, so any other teachers covering can easily track any issues they need to contend with in class. Being able to take registers in class saves time and costs. TeamUp are continuously developing and working with their client's needs, I'm always impressed by this. The customer service is 2nd to none.

Minpunten:

It's not so easy for clients to sign their selves up if there are multiple classes and memberships to choose from, but this may be the generation of clients I deal with! Plus the pro-rata amount that automatically bills if they do set their selves up doesn't fit into my payment model. So, I still tend to this. TeamUp fits into 80% of my business model amazingly well and has made me change the way I work for the better. The 20% that doesn't fit in has to be worked on manually still. It would be ideal if the reporting would show 121 clients that they are being billed for classes that fell on xxx date so they can account for it. The Direct debit model fits in perfectly for business running continuously, I run for 12-14 week blocks, across 35-38 weeks of the year, which means clients who leave have to be balanced with a small amount outstanding either way. I'd love to use the class swap feature but it's not configurable for my 12-14 week blocks. When booking themselves into summer 'flexy classes', it would be ideal if they can add multiple classes to a 'basket' and then pay at the end. None of these points are about 'not liking the software' But points that would make it even better for my business.

Opmerkingen: It has removed the human element and error from the booking process. It means that payments are taken with no user input and no chasing required, it also means that late cancels are charged and no difficult conversations have to be had with clients. It very quickly pays for itself in that regard.

Pluspunten:

As a personal training company, TeamUp was a game changer. Versus all the other products that I trialled, this was the simplest to use, easiest to set up and much more cost effective than the other systems. The support is great too. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Minpunten:

In the earlier days when there was less functionality, it was more of a problem but now its fine. Possibly the aesthetics could be improved if I am being pedantic.

I like the most that save me time to manage clients, payments, statistic, booking, online planing and all the rest.Its all so great about this software

For me I'm missing the option to add a membership fees when someone buy one of our membership options. I would like that that amount could be add directly when you are a new member and you choose one of our options. I'm missing the option of giving the access to one of my Managers , of seen everything about the account unless the Rapport of money we get , I mean I would like to give access to everything but Not to the amount of our benefits.Missing the option of Only buying one entrance without having to creat the Entire Account ( with password etc, ) would be nice for people who comes just for trying , fill up Only name, and mail and phone and payment, and some conditions but not the entire process of opening and account ....

Opmerkingen: I used TeamUp before the pandemic but I was so glad that I already had everything in place when Covid happened. TeamUp was without a doubt the best system to be using during that challenging time: the way they quickly integrated Zoom meant I wasn't manually sending out Zoom links to members. They also sent regular updates with helpful tips and ways to keep my business running.

Pluspunten:

The customer service is second to none and the members find it easy to use.

Minpunten:

Sometimes setting things up is challenging but the team are always on hand to help and test things!

Opmerkingen: Fantastic support, wonderful application. There have been quite a few times that we couldn't figure out how to do something, the online help tool is wonderful, plus the option to send your question to TeamUp and receive a response / solution within hours has been great.

Pluspunten:

My [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and I built our own website, took many, many hours researching products that we thought might be good for the pricing and ease of use, as we have never, ever done anything like this before

Minpunten:

I can't think of one single item; we haven't had any problems with the app being offline, no glitches, no problems in how we use it.

Opmerkingen: Okay so far. Will need to make some changes in the new year to our memberships so will definitely be calling up for help to find out the easiest way to do it, but as always I’m sure it will be good and helpful service!

Pluspunten:

Good customer service. Reduces admin, records everything for me, allows customer to make bookings and changes themselves, lots of new features I’m yet to explore too!

Minpunten:

Expensive and sometimes missing features (can’t think on the spot right now but when I’m trying to do stuff sometimes I get frustrated because it doesn’t allow me to do something in the way I need it. Have contacted customer service in the past about certain things and they have been good and helpful but sometimes they also agree that the system can’t do everything I need it to do. But they do try and figure out other ways I can use the system to try and help me to make it work. I also really don’t like gocardless or stripe. I get so many issues from them, I wish there was a better option.

Great software with room for improvement in important features

managing recurrent memberships slots is a serious problem we are forced to work with exel too due to these limitations of the system.The admin should not be limited by the same conditions as the clients when modifying reservations. the admin should be able to leave notes for staff on the lesson slotscustomer service could be faster and the spanish customer service is gone.

Great customer service - nice Pricepoint

Opmerkingen: I really love that they have a small company feel to them that I hope always remains. Voting with my feet for something that didn’t feel like a rip off big management company who would ultimately stab their studios in the back (naming no names here!) was really important to our small family run business and the way the customer service was ON it was mind blowing. Really personal service and hope it stays that way

I enjoy having a real time look at what is happening NOW with my students as well as what has happened historically

Minpunten:

I don’t like the ‘custom’ section for time periods - sometimes I quickly like to scroll back 18 months to see what was happening and it only automatically sends you back to only 12 months.I was unhappy with the ‘at a glance’ graphs/pie charts of cash flow etc but now that’s been amended with enhanced features

Great Software for Busy People!

Opmerkingen: I initially resisted getting any software to automate class bookings, taking payments etc, but finally took the leap....and wish I'd done it sooner! So easy to use (takes a bit of getting used to), for me as business owner and the coaches who also use it.
Such good value for money - just ticks over in the background leaving me more time for other areas of the business.

Pluspunten:

Ease of use for business and user. Integrates well with current website. Automates tricky areas of the business.

Minpunten:

Sometimes a bit complicated to set up new classes etc up, but probably because I haven't needed too much!
