Mooi pakket maar onbereikbare helpdesk

Opmerkingen: Goede applicatie maar je blijft met elk probleem zitten.

Pluspunten:

De software is klein en overzichtelijk en makkelijk in gebruik. Veel artikelen over het gebruik van ToDoist, wat ook wel nodig is gezien het feit dat hun helpdesk niet meer bestaat.

Minpunten:

Zeer grote min: sinds ruim een jaar is de helpdesk op geen enkele wijze te bereiken: niet per telefoon, niet per mail, niet via het formulier op hun website. Dit laatste werkt domweg vaak niet en als het wel werkt en je krijgt een ticketnummer, blijft het daar bij. Dus als je kiest voor deze software kies je ervoor om alles zelf uit te zoeken.

The cornerstone of my time management strategy

Opmerkingen: Todoist is the cornerstone of my time management strategy along with Spark Mail and Google Calendar. The integration is perfect with these and other apps, and the mobile app is crucial so I do not miss anything.

Pluspunten:

Todoist offers many advantages to my workflow. First of all, it is as simple or as complicated as you want it to be. I usually start jotting down ideas, thoughts, chores, or proper tasks. Then I add context as necessary. I can also input tasks from my smartphone, from my email client, even from Google Calendar which syncs perfectly here).

Minpunten:

My only negative is that the new Google Calendar integration allows me to use only one calendar for all my projects. I prefer to have separate calendars for each project in order to better understand my use of time.

The best time management app on the market

Opmerkingen: I use Todoist every single day to plan out all of my tasks for my business and my personal life. I put every task into Todoist then use it as a way of tracking what I have to do each day.

Pluspunten:

I love todoist because it is so functional and easy to use. I can manage my day and the tasks that I have to carry out so easily and efficiently and the result is that I never miss a task.

Minpunten:

The only thing I dont like about todoist is they recently changed the integration between it and Google calendar and now it isnt as good.

Idea good but what is difference

Opmerkingen: I understand the idea behind the app but did not get the difference between normal note app in my phone and todolist. Maybe they can offer extra features or make easy to understand these differences for people.

Pluspunten:

It looks like useful and well-designed website/app. Send me mail to remind my activity and ‘todolist’.

Minpunten:

I used really short time the website because I did not understand the difference by taking note in my PC. I think they should find a different way why people use the app instead of using only phone ‘note’ app. Also they send me lots of email to remind me something but I stopped using the app. It looks like a spam your mail box.

Handy list and task manager

Pluspunten:

I like that I can send an email to my to-do list. I love having a list of things to do since it keeps me organized, and sometimes I want to delay my emails. So, I just forward them with a date to my to-do list and get a notification at some other time. Also, I love to check my items when I finish and that it crosses them out as if it was a pen and paper.

Minpunten:

I find the collaboration with team features comoplicated.

Todoist rocks

Opmerkingen: Todoist has helped me move faster and with less clutter.

It has a great interface and all of the necessary features, but it is nothing burdensome.

Minpunten:

Maybe it would be better if they added internal documents or notes.

Opmerkingen: I would say that Todoist surely is one of the best when it comes to task management.However, the tool seems to be a bit incomplete at some points

Give your brain the gift of relaxation!

Opmerkingen: I use Todoist in conjunction with the Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-free Productivity book by David Allen. The whole concept is that if you have a system set up that you can trust, you can add your tasks and remove them from your brain so it can relax and focus on more meaningful tasks than remembering to do the laundry when you get home. Then, if you find you have 10 free minutes and you've set up your tasks according to this system, you can knock out your calls or the like with a quick search to pull all similar tasks into one screen.

Pluspunten:

This is a great program to help you get your life organized. It allows you to attach tasks to projects, add subtasks, schedule and color code tasks, add tags, etc., which then allows you to search by different details and best utilize your time. It's easy to reschedule things, if you don't get them done, and it is seamless to use between mobile and desktop platforms. There are so many ways to slice and dice your list items (if you set them up that way) that it's really easy to utilize Todoist in a variety of ways or to adjust your system if it needs to change over time.

Minpunten:

Some of the tasks are a little clunky to do on your phone, mostly because it's smaller and touch related. You can be more precise with a mouse and see more options on the desktop. I wish there were more contrasting colors to choose from, but they do give you over 10 options, so that's just me being picky. Mostly no complaints.

Opmerkingen: My overall experience is a had todoist. I left todoist. I came back todoist. They todo it the best. It's the cheapest option, more flexibility, and I love how visually user friendly it is.

Pluspunten:

Todoist is great for compartmentalizing. I love how you can schedule things to remind you on different frequencies. I can have daily, weekly, and monthly reminders, and it keeps me on task when I forget what I am supposed to do! I also love the visual. They've just added a calendar visual for those who like to see the actual days and weeks. But I love the board view. I've actually planned events using this view.

Minpunten:

I wish I could edit a bit more in detail when it comes to background designs, reverse colors or different color schemes to make it more personalized.

Todoist allows us to have smooth transition of work during projects by giving everyone a clear overview of what to do after what.

Todoist is designed with a user-friendly interface that makes it easy for us to navigate through it at our own convenience. It has well laid out task lists that help us break down our projects into easily manageable to-do lists. It allows us to set automated reminders that keep us always on the lookout for upcoming tasks or any pending tasks that need to be attended to. Todoist also has priority lists that help us to create priorities for prioritizing the most urgent and crucial tasks during our projects.

Minpunten:

Todoist has not shown us any weaknesses and we have not found a thing to dislike about it.

Todoist is simply powerful.

I've loved Todoist for over 5 years

Opmerkingen: My overall experience using Todoist is a very positive one. It's easy to integrate other programs, calendar notifications are easy to schedule. Notifications are sent to whoever's been assigned the task. You can also hide the completed tasks to avoid visual clutter.

Pluspunten:

I love how easy it is to create and edit tasks and projects. There's also the capability to give access to certain people, not everyone. The notifications pop up on my phone and calendar, it's great.

Minpunten:

Not much I don't like about it except the fun features are additional costs. But Tiago's gotta make money somehow!!

Easy and Useful Tool for day-to-day

Opmerkingen: It's great! I'm able to quickly jot down what I need to be doing, reference things, and I don't have to worry about forgetting anything. The phone app is very handy in keeping things top of mind.

Pluspunten:

It easily keeps track of my tasks, reminders, backlog and more for personal and professional goals, general tasks, and habits. The natural language detection is pretty good and helps with scheduling things on the fly without needing to open menus, just type.

Minpunten:

Tasks can sometimes get lost if you aren't diligent in looking at your lists or without setting a due date. Other than that, I wish the time blocking feature was a bit more robust.

Todoist: A great way to do!

I love scheduling recurring tasks and future tasks. Plus the way that it reminds you when things are due and is persistent about it is really helpful so that I don't push things off too far!
