We got everything we needed and even more

Pluspunten:

We had a system for tracking direct purchasing, but we faced increased demand for purchasing supporting materials - packaging, warehouse goods, shopping goods, ripping, and no system for these needs. There were difficulties with tracking the number of goods in the warehouse and processing requests from the warehouse and shops - there were sent by mail, etc. Now we have a great multi-user platform that serves our 100 employees well. We track all our requisitions and purchases for raw materials, intricate parts, that are procured daily from over 50 suppliers around the globe. Precoro is asy to learn and use, the features we need are built-in, and we didn't have to do a lot of customization!

Minpunten:

Great program. I haven't had any issues with using Precoro.

Superb tool for controlling purchases and expenses

Our company uses Precoro as its procurement system to streamline the formerly manual processes involved in the purchasing process. The company's whole procurement cycle can be managed at the departmental or regional level with the help of this program.

Minpunten:

Since the PR's accompanying documents and comments did not make it through to the PO, we will need to retype them and attach the documents once again.

Useable Software With Room for Improvement

Opmerkingen: Coming from the world of SAP, I have enjoyed the user interface much more with Precoro. In addition, Precoro's support team is extremely responsive and open to ideas for improvement in the product that sometimes are acted on. However, the program still lacks some common low-level functionality and I have concerns whether it is robust enough for more complex needs.

Pluspunten:

The GUI is overall pleasant and user-friendly. There has been little to no down-time. Organization of the different features is relatively straightforward. It can accomplish the bulk of what we need.

Minpunten:

There are some notably-absent permissions settings that make it difficult to manage using across a large team. Likewise, some industry-standard aspects of POs and Invoices are simply not available. Reporting therefore is not as useful as it could be.

Increase staff productivity and reduce expenses

Opmerkingen: Precoro is the most straightforward piece of software we've ever used, and as a result, we've seen a dramatic rise in our daily output. As an added bonus, the Developer is also prepared to offer our company an enticing business package, so the whole cost is manageable.

Pluspunten:

Our company has used Precoro as our procurement system to replace the previously manual processes involved in the purchasing process. When compared to manual tracking, the technology is far more efficient and helps us save time. It's simple to learn and inexpensive enough that even a modest business like ours can afford it.

Minpunten:

They may add some subheadings to the filter fields. I think it would be helpful if the PO itself could be seen as an image, rather than just a set of fields.

Great Purchase Management System

The UI is incredibly user-friendly and well thought out. It's easy to create new POs/invoices. The customer service has been top notch as well

Minpunten:

Filtering is a tad bit difficult. I wish there was a search bar to quickly find any PO/Invoice.

Great tool with unmatched support

I THINK ONCE AN INVOICE IS CREATED OR RECEIPT IS MADE, THERE SHOULD BE A DIFFERENT LOCATION FOR THE PO'S. MAYBE SEPERATE THEM, DONE, NOT DONE, ETC.

Opmerkingen: Overall pretty good, we have been able to fit it in with our organization fairly well, but there are still a few key items we wish we could improve. Lisa and team have been a great support staff in helping us through this.

Pluspunten:

There are some features we cannot use on other software which are nice (vacation mode, complex approval levels, inventory management, etc)

Minpunten:

It is not as flexible for purchase orders & the admin cannot override as much as we would like

Fantastic software that adapts to your organization's current/ future needs.

Opmerkingen: Precoro has delivered on so many of our requirements and continues to adapt to our needs. Precoro has allowed us to implement our paper-based processes to a digital platform and provided us with additional functionality that has been of great use to our department. I would recommend this application to any growing or established organisation.

Pluspunten:

The thing I enjoy most about the software and Precoro as a whole. Is how much the software adapts to the growing needs of our organization. Allowing us to manage the PO and PR approval process digitally, monitor budgets on a digital platform. Precoro has provided greater visibility of our spending across projects, suppliers, and locations. It has increased our Purchase order process dramatically and provided user-friendly reporting functionality.

Minpunten:

Initially, the speed at which the software could adapt to our needs. At present, this has improved over the years. It's great to work with an organization that listens to your needs and tries to accommodate them where possible. But there are still features that could be improved .e.g. customization of the PO layout, customization of text sent out with purchase orders, and allocating mandatory/non-mandatory budgets.

more effective overall procurement process

Pluspunten:

Precoro mobile web version and approval from email allow me to do it from everywhere. In addition, we now know in real-time how much we're spending on each budget.l In just a few weeks using precoro we saw tremendous improvement in our process, especially around budgets and approvals. We use Quickbooks for accounting but it was a struggle because we didn't know how much was left in a specific budget and if it's okay to approve a request or not. It wasn't very easy for us. We were looking for many different solutions, but many services were unfriendly or didn't have all the functionality we needed. I'm so happy that we've found an excellent automated, integrated QB solution - Precoro!

Minpunten:

We have 2 people who make PO and separately approvers. They constantly need to revise PO and increase the amount through tolerance rate for receiving. It is very often the case that one creator is hired, and another can do it. but he hasn't a revised button because he is not in the approval flow.

Individual approach to each customer

Pluspunten:

Problem #1 solved by Precoro is the difficulty of tracking the budget in real-time. With Precoro, it became possible to make it work well. Problem #2 - manual entering of information in Quickbooks. This accounting system is well, but manual entry took time. Integration was a perfect decision for us. Problem #3 - difficult to track the status of the approval. Automatic changing of status after opening mail and clicking one approval button in Precoro is perfect for us. And Precoro’s Customer Success Team is excellent. I’m not sure that big companies provide the type of individual support that Precoro does. For these reasons and many more, I suggest Precoro over and against any larger SAAS company.

Minpunten:

In the PO report, there are fields in which it is difficult to orient what it concerns in general info. But it's a minor con. We're satisfied with all the functionality.

As the procurement manager I was probably the first user in our conpany. The system is easy to use and well designed. We had some requests that Olena from Precoro and her team developed and added quickly. In general customer service is so helpful . Now as the admin of the system i understand it even better snd i handle the users requests and i can honestly say it is a really great system.

Minpunten:

No SAP integration but Precoro is working on this now and soon we will have this as well.

Nice Program to use

Precoro is easy to start with good level of control program to use. Our company use it to manage our purchasing. It ease the process, also reduce the time of communication between team members as everyone can log in to see the current status of our order. We also like it that be able to send PO to our suppliers direct from the system. It saved a lot of time for our order desk.

Minpunten:

If some of the pop-up windows can be reduced, that would be better. We found that extra steps to get to finish up an order can be removed.

A lot of advantages to use Precoro

Pluspunten:

Precoro completely covers our purchasing process, 100%. For example, there was no possibility to limit who can change suppliers' info. The problem was solved and got even more than expected. After the demo, we realized that Precoro has a lot more approval capabilities compared with similar services. There are approvals on locations, departments, custom fields, and you can set up this process step-by-step as you need. Especially I liked the integration with QBO and the customization of user roles. Thanks to Precoro, we improved a PR-PO creation and approval system.

Minpunten:

We had one problem - there wasn’t the ability to delete data in supplier management configurations if they have not been used anywhere else. But the Precoro team considered our issue, and the next update solved it. That’s perfect when a company listens to customer’s needs.

In Shypshyna we use Precoro to give access to internal customers in regions

Opmerkingen: We have 28 regions representatives and 19 office employees working in Precoro. All the representatives sell tires and autobatteries. When they need any of this, they use catalog of Shypshyna's products to request them from warehouse (office employees). There is approval routing of 3 employees.

Pluspunten:

Workflow is adjusted. Precoro has friendly UI and our internal representatives easily use it to process purchase requests and make POs from them. Interactive catalog is great, also we can upload report with costcenters into our ERP

Minpunten:

We're waiting for the integration with our warehouse tool to automate all process.

Great purchasing tool

Opmerkingen: The procurement team started working more efficiently, and I like the streamlined process which we have now. Before Precoro, my employees were annoyed with the manual process. The main thing for us was to have the automated approval routing to don't chase and ask who should approve this or those documents. We solved it. Thank the guys.

I can track how much money is left in budgets. It helps to be well informed about cash flow. The reports section is good. It helps the CFO create further procurement plans. You can approve on the go via the phone, which is convenient.

Minpunten:

Nothing significant. Everyone who works with it is satisfied.

New level of control

Opmerkingen: We created PRs on an excel form or in a word document. The problem was that some of these PRs could be unnoticed for a few months. And there wasn't a way to track anything. Of course, having departments and dedicated budgets means having controls. But earlier, we did not have a streamlined process by each department like now. Custom fields for departments, products, services, and categories you want - a perfect solution for us.

Pluspunten:

approval process, report section, reasonable price, 3-way-matching, fast onboarding process

Minpunten:

Today when a PO is approved, you can see two dates at the top of the screen: Creation Date and Delivery Date. It would be better to add the Approved Date, the date the PO was first approved and sent to the vendor.
