Imagine having an automatic marketing app, customer management system database, docusign, paralegal / accountant assistant getting ALL the paperwork and management company admin ALL IN ONE. The credit checks that they run are also soft pings on the applicant's credit. I have been using the platform for over 10 years, and I love it and thought you would to. TurboTenant does offer additional fee-based services if interested. Some of the other features I love include Showing Scheduling/Reservation system; Integrated Text Messages and Emailing direct from the platform.
