Socialmedia planning is erg overzichtelijk. Doordat je met meerdere mensen tegelijk in het bestand kan werken zorgt dit voor een goede en snelle samenwerking tussen collega's. Daarnaast is het met het gebruik van kleuren

Je dient te betalen na een paar dagen. Je krijgt hier herinneringen van, maar als je op vakantie bent en je kijkt niet op je mail gaat al je opgeslagen werk verloren.

One limitation I've encountered with monday.com is the inability to view the full context of a task within the 'My Work' view. It shows the tasks assigned to me, but it doesn't provide visibility into how these tasks fit into the larger project scope, unlike the more comprehensive 'Campaign' view.

Opmerkingen: Monday can be used by the organization's staff with very little training. The different functionalities that Monday has allow for intuitive interaction.
It works very well both in the desktop environment as well as in its mobile APP. And updates to tasks can be immediately viewed by the rest of the coworkers.
We can parameterize the control and execution of activities in a project dynamically with flows that change the status of those activities, that is, we can create workflows without the need for programming, which makes it much more versatile than the rest of the tools that only focus on the completion of tasks in a project.

Pluspunten:

Monday is an extremely versatile tool and its default templates allow us to parameterize a project so that tracking is easy, considering the type of activities we handle, facilitating the tracking of technology, construction, manufacturing, marketing projects, among many others. Another very important feature for me is the ability to quickly access the boards I have recently worked on, as well as my notifications inbox and the workspaces where I update my tasks, all on a single screen, including the ability to invite my coworkers and start collaborating on tasks that need to be executed by other people.

Minpunten:

Monday is not as flexible when we need to keep track of projects with a large number of coworkers without considering licensing that can affect our budget. We must keep in mind that sometimes we need to incorporate personnel into our project to perform a few tasks and if we want that person to interact with the Monday software tool, we have no choice but to use a license so that they participate in the updates. Monday allows us to import data from different data sources but I personally think that there are other tools on the market that facilitate this type of functionality that we will always require a little better. However, it does its job very well and after becoming familiar with the process, everything flows quickly.

Great for small teams, challenging for bigger teams

Monday Increases Efficiency and Productivity

Opmerkingen: I was very nervous when the team moved to Monday instead of using Google Docs or Google Sheets for tracking. However, the training videos on Monday were very informative and helpful. While I was very nervous in the beginning, the benefits far outweigh the growing pains of the transition.

We have utilized Monday for the past nine months and have seen a significant increase in productivity. I work at a mid-sized local non-profit, and our Development and Marketing team has been able to increase efficiency and see tasks as other team members are completing them.

Minpunten:

It would be wonderful to be able to download the Monday log in a PDF format to save on our internal servers as we complete a full event. The information is no longer needed on Monday but is beneficial to keep in our records.

Best productivity tool for PM work

Superb For Team Organization and Visibility

Opmerkingen: I enjoyed using Monday.com. I was creating schedules in other programs but Monday.com is very user-friendly, which helped getting my team members on board with using it.

Pluspunten:

Monday.com allowed me to setup detailed schedule for projects and routine tasks. The visibility allows your entire team to know what everything is working on and when they should expect tasks to be delivered.

Minpunten:

The price was a bit high and took convincing for approval.

I honestly couldn't run my business without this at this point. Monday.com has become a vital piece of software for my business and managing my team. I work with a LOT of contractors and clients and I can base everything in Monday.com. I also love how I can customize it to fit whatever project I am working on in a great way.

Minpunten:

1. The mobile app is hard to use in my opinion and takes a little while to navigate. 2. I do find some things I want to customize and do I can't because its not a feature offered by monday.com. Mainly to do with formulas or something like that. The formula options are pretty limiting but thats not a big deal to me.

Right Performance and user friendly CRM Tool

They do allow a 14 days trail with no credit card required to test the useful functionalities of monday.com
Since it is web based it is easy to use I said lightweight app page.

Monday.com helps team members to analyze task quickly that they need to work on, workflows are based on the collaborative needs across department such as IT management and administrator team to ensures the stage gates are rightly set for an efficient collaboration. The inbuilt Project management tool can adopt the kaban or gantt chart style for those who love project updates on those charts, Especially useful for users who are used to the traditional type of Project management functionality, and the updates bar in real time. The interface is very neat and colorful, there are multiple widgets and apps that we can add in to the page. The best feature that I like is the ease of use to set up a project dashboard and to add the workflow for the communication and notification with tasks that are needed for the project.

Minpunten:

Monday.com have to bring back their phone support which got stopped due to the pandemic. Non registered users cannot see any data or reports even in view only mode, so managing users info has no value with out getting them registered on monday.com. Have limited software integrations such as slack and even few certain exchange emails.

Monday.com - Great for 2 -3 People, Expensive for Anything Larger

Opmerkingen: Overall, If I really understood the costs upfront, I would have been more hesitant to transfer literally everything to Monday.com. I felt that it was kind of a hidden surprise and not in a good way. However, the project management for 2-3 people was incredible. I was moving at light speed, so much so that I needed to expand to more users. However, money doesn't grow on trees and I was ultimately stifled by the growing cost of each additional user. It definitely helped me organize all of my ideas into neat little boxes that could be expanded and tracked, which really gave me a birds eye view of my business.

Pluspunten:

At first, I loved Monday.com. The ease of use. The beautiful and simple design. I was enamored by every feature of this tool. Previously, I had notes jumbled on papers, in Apple Notes, and in Microsoft Excel. This was my solution to everything. I was able to transition all of my projects into one, sleek looking interface that inspired me to delve deeper into what was working about my company.

After the trial period ended, I realized the prices skyrocketed for adding multiple users. That totally sucked because I already transferred my entire digital life to Monday.com. 1 to 3 people was a do-able price for my small business. However, when I wanted to include 7 or 8 people, it was too cost prohibitive for the income that we were generating. Every penny matters when managing a business and this was the straw that broke the camels back for my utilization of Monday.com

Monday.com is one of the better ways to keep track of your work tasks!

The only thing I didn't like about Monday.com was that it wasn't always easy to figure out how to do specific tasks. Great functionality in the Free version and worth paying for if you need a bit extra

The fact that it's so funcational when it's free and easy to see what you get for your money if you do pay for extras. That makes me more likely to upgrade to a paid account at times when we need it. We love that its a really visual tool and this works for a 100% remote team running multiple complex projects. the ability to automate a lot of the processes also helps us and reduces our workload doing the silly little jobs that hold up getting into the real work!

The only thing I don't really like is the way the messages stack in the tasks and I haven't yet found a good way of having a space we can workshop in but we have other tolls for that which we can add links to so that's alright for now.

Opmerkingen: Monday.com has helped streamline and systemise the business. It is great that it has a mobile app a computer desktop app and is accessed online. When deciding to switch over from another product I asked customer service a question and within the same day I had a zoom call organised and was able to have a full meeting with a fantastic rep who explained all the features and ensured that all aspects would suit our business.

Monday.com was very easy to migrate to from another CRM/task management system we were using before. The interface is very modern and easy to use. It makes working a real pleasure when everything is aesthetically pleasing. The time tracking, file management and customisable boards and tables are the best features for our business and keep everyone on task and track.

There aren't many cons of Monday.com. I would say that the most difficult part is creating the automatic workflows. The only other con is that it is not the cheapest software out there, however , I do believe it is worth the money.

Monday.com has been a game-changer for project management

Opmerkingen: Overall, I'm very happy with Monday.com. It has been a total game-changer for us. It has let us organize all our projects, track all our information, and automate SO many tasks that we used to do manually. It is a bit daunting to start, but is well worth spending the time to learn. My company gave me the task to learn how Monday works and get it all set up. It took me about a week to go through everything, play around with it, and learn it. But once we had it set up it made life so much easier. I highly recommend!

I love the customization of Monday. We can set up our board to work exactly the way we need it to work. The board we're using looks completely different than the way some other businesses are using it, because they have different needs than us. And that's one of my favorite things - we can make it be exactly what we need. Most project management software forces you to use it in a particular way. But Monday lets us customize everything to make it work how we need it to work.

The things I dislike about Monday are typically features that they don't have yet, but they've said they're working on. For example, sometimes they don't have the exact automation I'm trying to accomplish. But, when we combined monday with Zapier, we were able to overcome almost every obstacle. I would say I'd like to see more of the integrations and automations work with subitems. For example, I can set an automation so that if a status changes to a particular thing, then the item is moved to another board. However, when that happens, there is no way to make it bring the subitems with it. I can bring the subitems with it when I move the item manually, but I don't want to have to do that every time. It would be nice if that would be resolved.I would also really like it if different groups in the same board could have different columns and just, generally, work different than other groups in that same board.I would REALLY like it if I could use a mirrored column in an automation. I would like it so that if Column A is mirroring a column from a different board, then if Column A is changed to a certain status, something will happen. But right now, the mirorred columns don't seem to be able to trigger any automations/integrations.

I really appreciate how straightforward and simple it is to use. They regularly update the site with new features and advice on how to make the most of those features. The speed and quality of their assistance to customers is unparalleled. Our organization couldn't function on a daily basis without Monday.com.

At the time, I can't think of anything I despise. Although I have been using it for a while, I continue to learn new ways in which it might benefit our business. So much is available there. In the best possible manner, it is overpowering.

4 years and looking forwards to many more!

Opmerkingen: It's a dream to use, even with my neurospicy brain. I am very chaotic and highly organized, depending on the day, time of day, or the socks I am wearing, and Monday can support me at my best and my worst.

Pluspunten:

I was always using Google Sheets to track projects, but they would go on and on and on, and include mutliple tabs and pull data from here and there and... it was a bit exhausting. Monday imports these sheets, and turns them into clearly defined, but almost endlessly customizable boards.

Minpunten:

The templates are a bit too needlessly complicated for me. But it's actually useful if you want to use it for different things than I do. I discard my boards after a while, when they are too full, and I don't like to archive or administrate everything.

Best project management solution for construction

Opmerkingen: Monday has been a fantastic project management solution for our business. We have come to rely solely on it to manage all of our tasks across several departments like HR, Sales, Operations, etc. The product performs very well. We very rarely have to fix things by hand. It's also relatively easy to set up and integrate with other tools, and surprisingly, it didn't take months to move everyone's tasks onto it thanks to the simple interface. All in all, we're very happy with the serivce from Monday, would definitely recommend.

Pluspunten:

I love how in-depth the product is. There are so many modules for all kinds of different features, like managing documents, inventory, pdfs, and more. It makes it so much easier for us to maintain our IT infrastructure by reducing the number of separate tools we have to integrate and keep up with. It's also a big plus for our budget. Also, I think the interface is masterfully designed to make everything easy to navigate even when you start having more and more boards and projects on it.

Minpunten:

It woyld be good to have the mobile interface improved a bit. Right now, it's a bit ard to navigate and you can't use a lot of the features on mobile. We'd definitely benefit from having more features available on mobile, especially for our field personnel.

Opmerkingen: Over all my experience with Monday was a 50/50 split some things I loved and some things were lacking in functionality for what we needed. Overall I didn't hate it. At the end of the day it just wasn't what we needed to be productive. I think for other users who are using it for design, and business marketing it would be a phenomenal program and the price is very affordable even if you are a small company. Monday might be what you need to get your productivity up to become an even bigger company.

Pluspunten:

I liked how Monday.com allows for easy collaboration with team members. It does take some getting used to for me it was easy to get used to because I am more of a computer person and have had many different experiences with a lot of different programs. Everyone else on my team is the complete opposite, however because of Monday.com's modern website design people were able to grasp it because the design is easy on the eyes if that makes sense. It is almost like an easy/drag and drop version of excel. Aside from the design I did love that there were different calendar views like Kanban view and the map view especially. The other things I loved was the forms integration, which made it easy to transfer our clients over from one program to another. As they came in they filled out the short form and were integrated into the calendar pretty easily. Lastly I loved the status column. I was going to use it to check in clients. Red for when they arrived to their appointments, Yellow for when they were waiting and Green for when they were done and waiting on their transportation back home.

There were a couple of things that I did not like, which made us only use Monday for a short period of time. For one we are a mental health therapy center and we do A LOT of scheduling. While there is a template to schedule clients. It is more so for a few clients and not hundreds. We have multiple therapists and may want to view their appointments sometimes together and sometimes separately and Monday started to get somewhat bulky when trying to do this. We tried doing multiple boards for each therapist and then we tried doing each board as a day of the week and in the end we had too many boards and it was still and either you view this person or that person but not both. On top of that we also schedule activities with clients and that would have been a whole separate view as well. The last thing that we needed was to make recurring appointments for clients that are seen every Tuesday or for ones that are seen every other Thursday etc. This task was extremely bulky and involved using a 3rd party service.
