Zeer slechte ervaring

Pluspunten:

Heb de software niet gebruikt dus kan ik niet beantwoorden

Minpunten:

De klantenservice en communicatie is verschrikkelijk. Vaak moet je weken wachten op een reactie, als je ze überhaupt al te pakken krijgt. Ik heb november '23 een abonnement afgesloten, kwam er achter dat het toch niets voor mij was, dus heb gecanceld zodat het niet verlengd werd. Nu werd er toch ineens $250 afgeschreven, onterecht. Genially geeft aan dat ik inderdaad geannuleerd heb, maar betalen maar niet terug. Ze blijven verschuilen achter allerlei smoesjes. Ik wil mijn geld terug en niks meer te maken hebben met dit bedrijf.

Waarom geen Nederlandse versie?

Opmerkingen: Tot nu toe gebruik ik enkel de interactieve images en daar ben ik wel zeer tevreden over, dit is zeer handig voor mijn anderstalige leerlingen om thuis te oefenen met e uitspraak.

Minpunten:

Jammer dat de handleidingen niet in het Nederlands zijn, dan zou ik veel meer functies en tools van jullie kunnen gebruiken terwijl het nu vaak moeilijk is.

Most beautiful ingenious tool for creating interactive content

Opmerkingen: I love working with it. Fun and engaging. I love creating graphics (interactive or not) with Genially. I don't have to worry that it won't look good because it will.

Pluspunten:

I LOVE the designs, colors and animations. It's visually very appealing, clean and cute.

Minpunten:

I don't know what I like the least. I could name something I don't use as much but I really like everything. Genially is the all-in-one tool.

Multimedia presentation software

Pluspunten:

It is super easy to change the pre-set presentations as well as make new ones. There are lots of interactive and multimedial functions, making the presentation more fun than a regular slide show. It is co-funded by the EU, making it much more compliant with EU data protection than other services. Looks really intricate with only little effort.

Minpunten:

The number of options can be a little overwhelming at times.

Awful Customer Service

It looks good but some basic functionalities don't work as they should

Minpunten:

There functionalities not working properly when downloading the infographic to a pdf (p.e. bullets going out of format and images overlapping letters and moving from the original place). The company didn't help, didn't acknowledge there was a problem on their side and didn't offer a refund. Really bad customer service for a company that is starting when their competitors are happy to really help and provide support.

Genially addictive!

Opmerkingen: As a teacher, I use Genially in class and it helps me a lot. I will list what helps me and what I discovered by implementing:
-create teaching resources
-I capture students' attention using Genially interactive images
-I did the planning on the platform and it was a faster process than in the physical format.
-I organize myself easier
-these are escape games from which they start and challenge the students to solve various tasks
-I created worksheets with digital completion, etc.

Pluspunten:

Genially it is extremely easy to use, it has a beautiful interface and many features, but I love that it is interactive.

Minpunten:

There are no things I don't like. Genially is too good to find something.

Opmerkingen: As a marketer, Genially makes my work much more interactive and enjoyable. With its easy-to-use interface, it is possible to create interesting and entertaining content in a very short time. It's amazing how easy it is to enrich your presentations with infographics.

Pluspunten:

The biggest advantage for me is to be able to create professional visual content and make my presentations fun and interesting in a short time.

Minpunten:

In my opinion, the features are quite sufficient as its purpose is fast and easy to use. Otherwise, we would have to use a more technical tool, and it makes things more complicated. As far as I can see, it is not possible to collaborate with our teammates on projects yet, it would be nice to be able to do that.

If you need a presentation, Geneally is for you

one of the best that I have been able to use, since it has a great variety of templates, both
professionals, as informal and oriented towards greater interactivity.
It has a great advantage in the market and more for its easy
use, so you can learn to use it in a very
easy. Highly recommended.

Minpunten:

- Has some problems with audio playback, depending on the quality of the recording. - It has great packages, but few templates for the freemium version.

there are very few disadvantages one of them could be that sometimes visualize the content of my publications on the cell phone may be inconvenient because they seem to be not adapted and I must change the configuration to view the files

Diseño y enseñanza juntos de la mano.

Opmerkingen: Genially es una herramienta educativa que me acerca a los estudiantes. Su versatilidad, su interfaz intuitiva y las infinitas posibilidades que tiene, hacen que el diseño de experiencias de aprendizaje épicas sea sencillo y divertido. Es una herramienta tanto para el profesor como para los estudiantes. Ellos disfrutan creando presentaciones de sus proyectos y facilita su proceso de aprendizaje, mientras el docente diseña las actividades. Sin lugar a dudas se trata de una herramienta indispensable en mi día a día y lo seguirá siendo.

Pluspunten:

La facilidad de uso así como el potencial de creación.

Echo en falta poder trabajar simultáneamente en el mismo Genially.

Genially é simplesmente genial

Opmerkingen: Fazia gamificações com outros programas, mas depois que descobri o Genially, até para produtos mais sofisticados eu dou preferência ao Genially. O recurso de poder usar em modo off-line também é surpreendente - mesmo entendendo que vídeos ou objetos que estão on-line (sites, arquivos do drive) não são carregados, sempre me antecipo a isso e crio versões para os dois cenários.

Pluspunten:

O Genially é altamente intuitivo e muito fácil de usar. No meu caso, eu crio games e gamificações e em tudo o Genially me ajuda.

Minpunten:

Acredito que alguns recursos como o de espelhar e girar, poderiam fazer parte da barra de ferramentas. Uma outra coisa, é quando selecionamos um objeto que foi agrupado com texto. Por exemplo, se crio um quadrado e coloco um número sobre ele, quando agrupado, ao clicar a caixa com texto é selecionada, atrapalhando se eu desejasse mover esses objetos.

Opmerkingen: I create Geniallys almost every day. I use them as a library teacher and a teacher trainer. It's one of main tools that I use in social media.

Pluspunten:

I use Genially every day as a teacher, teacher trainer, social media influencer and basically I can use it for any occasion and visualise in Genially all my concepts. It's an innovative multitool. It's not just a platform that allows you to create amazing, interactive and animated presentations. It allows you to create all kinds of interactive, engaging and animated content like digital board games, instructional units, escape rooms, infographics and much more. I also love all amazing integrations e.g. with Microsoft, Google, Wakelet etc.

Minpunten:

I'd like to have more templates but I think I'm just greedy. They are adding new stuff al the time. It would be great to make some improvements in coworking in the same Genially at the same time.

Opmerkingen: J'utilise Génially au quotidien pour créer des séances de formation et des escape game pédagogiques. Je l'utilise également pour créer des newsletters et des présentations. Cet outil est tellement polyvalent que l'on peut l'utiliser pour de multiples actions..

Génially est un outil extraordinaire et complet de communication visuelle interactive. Cet outil en ligne au contenu extrêmement riche et à l'interface esthétique permet de créer des infographies et présentations originales , d'utiliser des images interactives à animer pour créer des séances de formation et des escape gamesDe plus, l'outil propose des centaines de modèles à personnaliser, ce qui rend l'outil, en plus d'être très performant, également très accessible aux débutants en leur offrant de nombreuses possibilités.Par ailleurs,. Genially la mejor herramienta para todo!

Opmerkingen: Amo la forma en la que me ha permitido comunicarme, es una herramienta de gran valor en cualquier departamento que nos ha facilitado desarrollarnos todos en la competencia de comunicación.

Pluspunten:

Me encanta que pueda poner todo en un slide sin saturar visualmente de información. Es súper intuitiva y fácil de usar. Tiene mejoras continuas y cada release hace más sencillo mi trabajo. Como herramienta para administración del cambio es fabulosa. Me ha permitido comunicarme con mis stakeholders y sorprenderlos en cada proyecto. El contenido está “vivo” y es lo que más amo! Como profesora me encanta porque mis alumnos tienen todo visualmente atractivo. Mia alumnos han adoptado genially sin problemas!

Lo único que siento que falta es la colaboración en tiempo real.

A vous tous vos supports disponible en continu et où que vous soyez! Plus besoin de clés USB ou autres supports, en une simple connexion vous retrouvez vos données, vos supports, vos rapports, votre CV ... Vous pouvez tout partager, transférer, diffuser très facilement.
J'ai eu besoin de simplifier et d'alléger ma charge mentale professionnelle. Je me facilite mon quotidien grâce à Genially car toutes mes ressources sont au même endroit au chaud dans mon compte. Fini le stress, bonjour le monde numérique simplissime et à votre image. Tout simplement Genial.ly.

Certains genially sont parfois un peu "lourds" à ouvrir quand ils ont plus de 30 pages.

Créer des contenus attractifs pour l'école

Opmerkingen: Je suis un utilisateur régulier de Genially. Je l'utilise principalement pour créer des contenus éducatifs interactifs à utiliser directement en classe. Cet outil me permet de gagner beaucoup de temps dans la préparation de ces supports. Genially est devenu indispensable pour moi.

Pluspunten:

J'apprécie particulièrement le grand nombre de modèles qui sont utilisables en contexte pédagogique mais aussi pour réaliser des infographies pour les réunions avec les parents et avec les enseignants.

Minpunten:

Au début de l'utilisation de Genially, on peut être un peu dérouté par le grand nombre d'options et d'outils divers. mais l'utilisation progressive des modèles et leur personnalisation permettent de se familiariser rapidement avec les différents outils de mise en page ou pour gérer l'interactivité du support.

From my end it takes a while for Genially to load, whether entering the site or choosing a project to load. This could just be because of Genially's popularity.

Opmerkingen: Sending out public health and patient safety information is crucial to help keep the public safe and have transparency in the organisation. Genially allowed us to greater eye catching, easy to understand graphics to help understanding and Engagement.

Super easy to use and convert vital information into easy to understand and interactive presentations.

Minpunten:

None of note it is a very easy system and intuitive to what you're trying to create. Without the templates it could be more complex to start.
