Ludichart: Een Uitdaging voor Beginners

Opmerkingen: Met Ludichart kon ik moeiteloos diverse diagrammen maken dankzij de intuïtieve drag-and-drop interface. De ruime keuze aan aanpasbare sjablonen en kleurenopties maakte het gemakkelijk om mijn ideeën visueel te presenteren.

Pluspunten:

Voor beginners biedt Ludichart gestructureerde sjablonen en voorbeelden die een startpunt vormen. De software ondersteunt stapsgewijze begeleiding bij het maken van diagrammen en grafieken. Dit bevordert begrip en maakt het gemakkelijker om complexe informatie visueel weer te geven, met ruimte voor groei en verbetering.

Minpunten:

Ludichart blijkt een complexe tool voor nieuwkomers. De leercurve is steil en kan beginners ontmoedigen. De interface mist intuïtiviteit, wat de toegankelijkheid beperkt.

Pluspunten:

Makkelijk in gebruik, meeste diagrammen zijn ook makkelijk te vinden. Heeft detectie om componenten te alignen en dat is wel fijn.

Minpunten:

Op de een of andere manier doen de pijlen tussen de componenten bijna nooit wat ik direct wil. En dat in de gratis variant word gecapped op aantal componenten in een diagram

Excellent app for flowcharts and collaborative teams

Opmerkingen: Lucidchart is amazing for creating high-quality, visually appealing charts and diagrams. Although its primary function is in flowcharts, its versatility is immense. It's easy to use, and we appreciate how well it works with Confluence.

Pluspunten:

Lucidchart is my go-to software for making system diagrams, modeling data, and analyzing and bettering business processes. It works wonderfully for each of these purposes. Using Lucid is a breeze because of its drag-and-drop interface.

Minpunten:

The functionality of Lucidchart are behind those of some installed alternatives because it is a web-based tool. I also find it frustrating that there appears to be no method to attach a connector to a form in such a way that the connector would automatically re-orient itself when I re-position the shape, as is often the case when trying to optimize a procedure.

Lucidchart is my best diagramming software

Opmerkingen: Lucidchart is my preferred software of choice for creating all forms of process diagrams - flowcharts , product mockups and the likes.

Pluspunten:

It is web browser based, which enables me use it for my diagramming needs on any desktop device without first installing software. Also, I like that it integrates smoothly with my Google Drive. This has meant automatic backup of all of my flowcharts, process maps etc diagrams in the cloud. Lastly, I like the vast template library it provides. I have relied heavily on them to ensure that I don't have to create process diagrams from scratch , as there is always an available template for any process diagram I have needed to create using Lucidchart.

Minpunten:

Because Lucidchart is browser based, I have sometimes encountered lags, when accessing large sized process diagrams .

Pluspunten:

It is available for free to use for students and it offers very creative ways to visualise and help mr as a researcher to organize my ideas in a meaningful way and identify gaps and bottlenecks

Minpunten:

one area that I think could be improved is the user interface because at some times it feels cluttered and overwhelming. Simplifying the layout and making key features more accessible could enhance the overall user experience. Also, i have noticed that the performance can slow down with larger or more complex diagrams, which can be a bit frustrating and impact productivity.

Build Processes the Lucid Way

Opmerkingen: Wonderful experience using this tool to build my process flows faster and easily with simplistic structures for my manufacturing processes and standardize them across orgs.

Pluspunten:

The easy but advanced level of functionality compared to MSFT Excel which helps me create my process flows in a more enhancing manner which are easy to understand for my users.

Minpunten:

Some times the templates are too confusing and have a hard time formatting them in the manner I want.

Lucidchart Makes Fantastic Flows

Opmerkingen: Amazing tool to create diagrams and flowcharts. Obviously there must be a way to monetize the product, and limiting the shapes makes sense, but it's definitely my least favourite part.

Pluspunten:

Ease of use, and an interface that made sense to use to create charts.

Minpunten:

Limit to the number of shapes for the free version of Lucidchart.

Overall great visual mapping software

Pluspunten:

Lucidchart is a great product for workflow mapping, brainstorming, and any other visual requirements for an organization. The collaboration and ability to visually work together on projects helps organizations take their business to the next level.

Minpunten:

Lucidchart sometimes feels a bit "clunky" and has an older feeling than other products like Miro. Sometimes I felt limited by the way the shapes are able to be edited and there are issues with requiring guest users to create accounts... slowing down the process to collaborate with clients.

Easy process diagram tool

Opmerkingen: We onboarded with Lucidchart a few years ago, to collaborate with the team and document our process diagrams for our digital transformation journey.

Pluspunten:

A great tool to document your process or record SOPs in a diagrammatic way.

Recommend for Org Charts

Pluspunten:

I liked how easy it is to import data from excel into lucid chart. I use the software predominantly to create org charts. Importing the data following their step by step guide is easy and the end product is effective.

Minpunten:

Perhaps could be easier to adjust the design and layout.

Great free version

Opmerkingen: I use the free version due to it costing more than i will get use from, but this version gives enough features to do a good few charts before needing to purchase

great templates to use. It made chart making quick and easy. The end designs looked professional

A fantastic website which allows you to use different functions to create various documents and diagrams. I have created multiple documents such as Strategy alignment chart and it didn't take long at all to do it.

Minpunten:

This does have a limit of 3 live documents per free user. Increasing will certainly bring more people to use this.

Lucidchart - Easy to use flowcharting tool

Opmerkingen: I create flowcharts on a daily\weekly basis and Lucidcharts is an easy-to-use tool to help in designing flowchart diagrams. From the ease of installation, the excellent technical support when needed, and the easy to learn interface is quite valuable.

Pluspunten:

The ease of installation The online support Ease of use, not a big learing curve.

Minpunten:

I don't use the collaborative tools much.

With zero doubts, Lucidchart is the most intelligent product for diagramming.

Opmerkingen: Lucidchart allows us to use intelligent tools to create diagrams and charts which has been a key game changer. The experience working with Lucidchart has been very rewarding to us. It makes it easy for us to create all sorts of diagrams and charts that help us visualize our ideas and plans to keep our work streamlined.

One of the things i like most about Lucidchart is how easy it makes it to create charts and diagrams through drag and drop instead of programming. I also love how Lucidchart had a multi-user workspace that makes it easy to collaborate and work together with others when diagramming. Lucidchart has also impressed me with the AI diagramming tools which makes ot easy to create even the most sophisticated charts. It also had readymade templates that gave us a big head start when onboarding.

Minpunten:

Lucidchart has impressed in all areas. We have been fortunate not to have anything that is not liked.

Opmerkingen: Lucidchart has been a great platform for designing diagrams like flowcharts and has given us the most impeccable experience. It provides us with AI design tools that help us come up with very attractive and productive diagrams. Lucidchart intuitive interface makes it easy to surf through.

Pluspunten:

Lucidchart has a robust set of diagramming features making it possible to design any kind of diagram with ease. It has AI design enabled features which help draft very accurate and appealing diagrams. Lucidchart also makes it possible for us to collaborate on our diagramming projects which help us achieve very productive results.

Minpunten:

There has not been any major issues with Lucidchart whatsoever. It has given us no cons.

The de-facto cloud diagramming service for a reason

Opmerkingen: LucidChart is overall a great tool. It makes diagramming easy and quick, which is more than can be said for most tools I've used. It supports even the most obscure diagrams that I've been asked to produce and makes it easy to edit and version diagram.s

Pluspunten:

I loved the intuitive interface and the vast library of shapes and templates to make every possible diagram. And the real-time collaboration functionality makes it easy to iterate with colleagues on a diagram.

Minpunten:

A lot of the most useful diagram types are locked behind paywalls on Lucidchart, and the pricing is quite steep unless you're spending every single day diagramming. If you're on the free tier, you're extremely limited on which shapes and diagrams you can use.

Great functionality - just wish you could share a single link for non-Lucid users to access.

Opmerkingen: We’ve had a subscription for ~3 years. We’re happy with the functionality. Given that we do a lot of work with external collaborators, the process of asking a collaborator to create an account, log-in, etc. just to view a Lucidchart with us is tiresome. Lucid’s other (very similar) software, Lucidspark has this feature. Please bring it over.

Pluspunten:

User interface and functionality are amazing for a web app. It honestly feels like you are using OmniChart, OmniGraffle, or other traditional computer app. It’s hard to believe Lucid is operating wholly in a web browser.

Minpunten:

The inability to create a shared link for a non-Lucid user to access is really bothersome. This functionality is present in Lucidspark - the “brainstorming” companion to Lucidchart. But not in the latter. I’ve recommended adding this feature to Lucidchart. It feels like a no-brainer.Also, it’s not inexpensive. Would love to see the cost lowered so that I could afford to purchase licenses for some of my external collaborators.

Love the collaboration and flowcharting capabilities

Opmerkingen: Great overall experience does a lot of what I need done, I love the collaborative expertise and just overall easy way to get all my random chaotic thoughts down and organized into some sort of way.

Pluspunten:

I love the flowcharting and the sticky notes, it makes it easy to collaborate and track my work and get all my thoughts laid out clearly

Minpunten:

I don't love the notes and how difficult it is to add a note to a shape, I end up just using the sticky notes and setting the sticky note close to the shape I'm trying to add notes about.

One of the best web application for graphics as well as overall product.

Opmerkingen: Really when i design a architecture on that time with Azure i am able to paste the logo and that my product so efficient and productive.

Pluspunten:

The Lucidchart comes with a free and it was available for everyone, when it comes for enterprise version , they provide several things like save multiple project with a single account and one admin should able to add the users and delete the users. The most likely part is the Smooth UI and able to identify Logo.

Minpunten:

Overall Cost which comes as main factor but the UI is really so amazing,

Opmerkingen: Lucidchart has given us a great experience in visualization of our project work. It helps us bring together everyone from all the departments when brainstorming our projects and this helps us to have accurate visualization of our projects which makes it easy to control, track and manage our projects.

Lucidchart has grown to be a vocal product in our organization mainly because it allows us to join our efforts together and collaborate when brainstorming and creating diagrams and flowcharts to visualize our projects. It's scalability made it possible for us to customize it and set it up in accordance to our specifications and requirements. It allows us to use AI to generate flowcharts automatically and this reduces our manual dependency on such repetitive tasks.

Minpunten:

The interface is not very smooth and it needs one to have some basic skills when manually drawing the flowcharts.

Opmerkingen: We have achieved a new and more beneficial work strategy with Lucidchart where we create flowcharts and diagrams to have virtual representation of our work project and processes. This gives us accurate oversight on the work that we are supposed to do and this allows to focus on the work.

Pluspunten:

Lucidchart helped us come to an understanding that better work results are relevant if you have a clear visuals of the work. It offers quality diagraming tools like flowcharts which makes it easy to have typical representation on the entire work process from start to completion. With Lucidchart, we are able to understand what work is needed of us and this helps us keep focus on what we are doing. Plus there us no manual drawing of flowcharts as we can use the AI tools to the work for us.

Best Flowcharting Software on the market!

Love all the integrations and icon packs Lucid has. The AWS Pack was very helpful as I work closely with AWS for building architectures.

A helpful tool for new learners

Opmerkingen: Overall I must say, this tool is awesome. It help me brainstorming my team and student's. So I will continue with this tool and I am recommending it to everyone.

As I am a teacher of English medium schoool, I have to do flow chart task daily. In this case, luchidchart make my life easy by helping me organizing my life. So I must say it's one of the best tool

Minpunten:

Although it organize my life within some days, but it didn't come-up with the best possible solution. It has issue when doing charts and complex graphs.
