Great customer support on the backend after the initial sale.
So whenever I need to send an invoice, I have to change the system settings then change them back. I often will forget to change it back then I get calls from customers.

PestRoutes is the best
Opmerkingen: The team at PestRoutes is the best! I've used several softwares during my time in the industry and I have to say that PestRoutes is the hands down the best. We started using them two years ago and the growth of the system amazes me! The team is always pushing forward and deals with probably their most difficult customer with ease (us at TruForce)! We always have little things we'd like to see and I can't tell you how many beta versions we've had! Don't go anywhere else trust me!

Opmerkingen: Been using it for a few years now. Every app has glitches but I feel it’s been relatively smooth.

I wish the app didn’t refresh or reload while checked into an appointment. If I leave the app and go back, the app starts from the schedule menu. That could be a setting on my phone, not really sure.

Good system for complex reports and programs, not so flawless
Opmerkingen: Overall i like servsuite for its multi-tier program, adds multiple events for each program at predetermined intervals and pricing- but it comes with many many flaws, it has become very frustrating- their effors are great but fixes are very slow and it is impacting out work flow

Minpunten:
does not sync with google, many hiccups and tech support needed, updates tend to cause issues, programming takes a long time to fix issues and we have been struggling, lag in the email server system,

Opmerkingen: Been very happy since switching from prevoius software. FR fits our model much better.
Pluspunten:
Cloud based software. Uptime is solid. Billing options and scheduling options are customizable.
Minpunten:
Mobile app needs attention. Slow and not user friendly. Contracts need to be streamlined and less confusing to customers

A careless company
Opmerkingen: This company has been in violation of its contract with me since the beginning of the contract. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was replied to for a while and then ghosted. This company lacks any regard for its customers and is simply here to gouge your pocket. There isn’t a single good quality about this company as a whole that I can think of. I wouldn’t even recommend this company to someone I despise. They seem to have the spirit of thief’s and cons. You won’t get what you paid for, yet they will continue to charge you for what they aren’t providing.

None. The only reason I’m writing this is because this cite is forcing me to write something in this box

This company ignores customers, misplaces information, acts as if they don’t know what’s going on, has a revolving door of employees, runs in circles (and runs you in circles as well) and somehow expects you to pay cancellation fees when you’re out of contract length.

the fact you prompted this review over the alert and task bar option so i had to complete it to do my job. If you want people to review you dont hinder their ability to work. Or at least let them opt out of it instead of a forced review hyperlink that blocks and restricts me from doing my actual job till the review is done. Kinda scummy

"I am a customer of fieldroutes for almost 5 years,the support necer work for me. for that reason, I decided to cancel my subscription, and since then, they have been ignoring me. Now they suddenly contact me and claim that I have to pay some cancellation fees. This is unfair, because the contract clearly states that “This agreement is for an initial 12-month period". I fulfilled that term long ago and there is no mention of any charges for terminating the service after that period.Do not sign anything, I think they are trying to trick you too."

We could have used a better set up with our services, contracts, etc. I do not feel like we use FieldRoutes at an optimal level. We need an explanation on features at a level that we can understand.

Issues with notes

The app is super easy to use and I don't usually have issues

I have issues with the app crashing when filling out notes so I have to repeatedly save and close and reopen the app

Integration was not easy because we were converting data. Not all the termite clearance letters with pdf files came over.
Minpunten:
Mobile app needs a lot of help. Call us for beta help. They cannot update contact info in the field. We have podium but the reviews in pestroutes do not go to google unless we get them on podium. Reviews in Pestroutes are only visible to us.

Best Customer Service Ever
Opmerkingen: It makes things streamlined, and much faster. It is a very professional service which in turn makes us look more professional and we have even paid to have our contract personalized and made into html so it is available on the app. The reports are amazing and really gives us so much information at our fingertips. The whole process from the start until now 6 months late has been wonderful and I truly feel even to this day my hand has been held through the whole journey.
Pluspunten:
[SENSITIVE CONTENT] was amazing and helped us navigate a the huge change of transferring over our business. This program works wonderfully. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING -- BEST I HAVE EVER DEALTH WITH IN ANY COMPANY. They truly care and follow-up is amazing -- they will talk you through steps and hold your hand throughout not only the beginning, but any bumps along the way. I am blown away by the customer service and with all the reps. They respond so quickly and always do their best to fix the problem and do anything they can. I have called/emailed them so many times, not even with problems, but just to find out how to do something in a better way.
Minpunten:
Some of the glitches -- like where some customers were charged over 800 in one month because of a glitch without our knowledge -- have been rough or invoice numbers disappearing or changing to a different number have been touchy. I understand all programs have glitches and Pest Routes has been attentive and helpful in every situation. The only thing is I would suggest when a glitch comes out -- to let everyone know that this is something they could experience so that they can go in and run a report to stay on top of it. If we would have known about the multiple payment glitch we could have run a quick report called "Account with Credits" and we could have seen the multiple charges right away and let the customers know ahead of time - or even refunded them asap.

A very robust CRM for the pest control industry
Opmerkingen: I took over as Branch Manager after our company had been using PestRoutes for over a year. They had migrated from PestPac, and it appears for all intents and purposes that the migration went well. It was a steep learning curve for me, and they want to charge for additional hands-on training (what I would call "re-doing the onboarding"). Even 2+ years on I'm discovering that our people either weren't trained properly in the beginning, or that that tribal knowledge was lost in the general turnover that companies experience. However, their customer service has always been helpful as we've called in about simple questions because we didn't know where to look in the Help Wizard.
Pluspunten:
The reporting features are incredible....if you have good input. Not a FieldRoutes issue, just a pebcak error.
Minpunten:
Reporting is a double edged sword: there are so many different ways to get the same information that I've had to create a library of how to run the reports that we want. Yes, you can save reports, but only in the Reports tab. Side note - why isn't the Sales Report in the Reporting tab but in the Customer tab?

Very happy with FieldRoutes!
Opmerkingen: Using the software has helped us to streamline our billing and scheduling processes, thereby saving us time and money. We have also been able to improve our customer communications through the software. Highly recommend FieldRoutes.

Most helpful/impactful features: Billing, Scheduling, Reporting Their customer support is phenomenal! Every time I find a glitch or have a question about functionality, the customer support team is right on it. And recently, they have started offering informative webinars dealing with how to use different features and functions of the software.
Minpunten:
We have had problems using API to integrate the software with forms on our website because we don't use FieldRoutes' marketing platform.

Over all worth it
Opmerkingen: I believe over all the database is great. I think it is something that is great for the ease of use and the reports are easy to find. I do like that the scheduling is easy and you have several different ways to schedule.
Pluspunten:
I like that it is user friendly and simple with most of the actions that need to be performed.
Minpunten:
I do not like that it is difficult to remove a payment. Actually that you can not remove a payment if it is placed on the incorrected account by accident. The only way I know how to fix it is to just make the payment 0. I do not like that you can not get a list of customers for a technician. I would like to print out each techs customers with last date of service. I have called customer support and they have given me ways to do this but it always leaves out customers.

Field Routes
Opmerkingen: I especially like that Field Routes makes tracking everything from adding a new customer to billing a service that has been completed. We have had much less missed billing.
Pluspunten:
Integration was easy and went quickly. I like the fact that we can schedule, update and invoice everything through Field Routes. There is very little that goes on with a customer that cannot be done through Field Routes. I especially like the customer service I call a lot for help and they are always very helpful.
Minpunten:
My biggest concern is that techs seem to have issues with the mobile app mostly with the time clock. We are always having to make corrections with their times. Also at one point they added an option to do estimates but it took away another add-on that we used all the time. I believe they are working on that though, still waiting.

Excellent Program!
Opmerkingen: Regardless of my issues, Customer SERVICE WAS THE BOMB. I use other softwares in another line of work, and don't get this kind of customer service. I recommended search by Invoices, not sure if my recommendation was what spurred this upgrade, but I certainly felt listened to. As I have used the product I have gotten better, and when I need something or don't understand why the product is doing something, the explanations from customer service are timely, educational and patient.
Pluspunten:
The ease of which I can track my customers, input their treatments with the pricing, and notification of completed treatment. It's AWESOME and takes less time to enter as used. Also like the merchant pay portal and the reporting features. I couldn't say more about the reporting features, it's just amazing!
Minpunten:
not reliable when using a free email service and the extra costs to that, though minimal was annoying.

This software program is very technincal and is fairly difficult to use on the small things. There should be a bigger help center and articles on how to do things and how to troubleshoot problems. However, the support team is very helpful. Also I wish on the service side of the app that it would show the time of when an appointment is scheduled even if it's an any time service. The sales side shows this so I don't understand why the service side can't as well.
