Pluspunten:

Dropbox Sign allows us to upload, share, store and request clients to sign conveniently under one platform. Electronic signature helps keep everything formal with our clients and employees. It is simple and straightforward. It is one of the few tech solutions that does exactly what it is designed for with minimal issues.

Minpunten:

There is nothing I don't like about this electronic signature solution. However, I feel that the price may be relatively high for individuals or small companies.

Opmerkingen: Has multiple support channels, including email, phone and chat. Dropbox is nice.

Pluspunten:

Dropsign is suitable for businesses of all sizes. Very incredible features like email notifications and two factor authentication. It reduces manual work required and it offers a secure and verifiable signing processes. Provides workflows automation tools to create efficient signing process. Try it.

Minpunten:

The availability of free plan to test the software before purchasing it allows us to choose if we like it,no cons.

Dropbox Sign is relatively easy to use but can be time-consuming

Pluspunten:

Can do many of the features that require a digital signature, such as the one often used in Adobe Acrobat.

Minpunten:

It seems slow and takes a great deal of time to get through the process of finalizing a secure document. Also, I've had a t least one experience where, because it's supposedly operating from a cloud, that things were out of sync for a day.

Opmerkingen: My overall experience with Dropbox Sign was good. The core service works very well and there are extra features like customized branding. It will also work with other services like your document storage.

Pluspunten:

Sending the document is very simple, then Dropbox sign automatically tracks the progress and sends reminders if needed. I like that I don't have to do that myself. I think the drag and drop tool for signing fields saved time as well. Dropbox sign made me feel that both the signer and I were safe sending documents/information through their service. They also vertify the signer. For this type of application I think both are extremely important and should be some of your main concerns when shopping.

Minpunten:

Dropbox Signs pricing is in the mid range. I chose Dropbox Sign anyway because I didn't want to risk security by trying to save money.

I like that it's pretty straight forward to upload a document and then add a signature. It's so great to have my clients sign contracts that way rather than printing, signing, and scanning.

I love how easy digital signature accessibility is. I work from home and fill all my personal documents from home too. Which helps me with not procrastinating because I don't have to actually leave anywhere to get the document signed. Saves, gas, time and last minute important documents that need to be signed and emailed.

Minpunten:

Nothing, it is very convenient to use Dropbox sign and very affordable.

E-Signatures Made Easy

I like the ease with which you are able to upload various documents and highlight specific places that require signature, initials, etc. Also, appreciate the fact that I can create a template for multiple uses and email the document from the platform.

Minpunten:

There's really nothing that I dislike about the platform.

In my job, I need effecient and fast tools to use.

Minpunten:

The fact that we cannot change to date format. It is always MM/DD/YY, (which is fine most of the time) and as a French company, sometimes we use these signed documents to send to French administration. And they do not accept this format of date.

Trusted app - Dropbox Sign

I find that Dropbox Sign is easy to log in to, easy to set up signature requests, and the interface is organized in a way that is simple to navigate.

I used to wish I could edit the Signer but that feature was added recently.

Construction Company Use of Dropbox Sign

Opmerkingen: Dropbox for file storage is such a time saver and much more efficient way to keep all company files safe and easily accessible from any mobile devise in the field. Dropbox Sign allows for client and subcontractor signature collection in such a fast easy manner that doesn't interrupt daily routines. The ease of signing and the ability to dictate who signs first in a multi-signer contract is a huge value add for our business. In 6 years, we have only had to call for customer support a couple of times and each time the service was fast and easy.

Dropbox for file storage is such a time saver and much more efficient way to keep all company files safe and easily accessible from any mobile devise in the field. Integration was a breeze. Dropbox sign has made getting documents signed so much faster, easier and less expensive than the traditional manner of having clients and subs get to a notary public for signature, mailing the document and paying overnight freight expenses. It's a true game changer.

Saved us during the pandemic

Opmerkingen: Dropbox transformed the way we operated during the pandemic. It allowed us to integrate the system into our protocols, keep our clients safe, and still operated business as usual.

Pluspunten:

The ease of creating templates and documents for signing streamlined our intake process and cut down the initial time required by staff.

Minpunten:

I would like to see a better notification system, i.e., a system where the user can develop the timeline for reminding signers of outstanding documents. Additionally, the ability to mass delete signed documents would be extremely helpful.

Best product I've used so far

Very easy navigation, not expensive. If you need help, customer service is always available.

Minpunten:

Free trial was offered to my company and after it, my company signed the agreement.

Dropbox is the best

Opmerkingen: I have had no issues with this. The user interface and the user experience are all perfect and easy to use. For someone who never used the product before, I did not have to reach out to anyone to learn how to use this product and was self taught because of how easy it is.

Pluspunten:

I like the fact that Dropbox has changed its name from HelloSign. There were minor changes but the spirit and essence of the product remained the same thankfully.

Minpunten:

Dropbox sign has key features that have not changed. I am overall happy with the use of it. It is rather mid tier and I wish it was a bit cheaper to sign up for.

HelloSign is worth switching to!

Pluspunten:

Originally, our company used a different secured document platform but it was EXTREMELY expensive and they limited the amount of documents we could send. With HelloSign, we can do everything we could with the old platform and send even more documents.

Minpunten:

The only improvement I would like to see is to be able to login again using the button without throwing an "error" message and having to open a new browser/tab.

AKB Needs Folders, please.

Easy to use once I dug in a little bit.

Minpunten:

First, I gave a low score on the Features & Functionality for one reason--FOLDERS, FOLDERS, FOLDERS. I was told (before Dropbox acquired Hello Sign) that I was added to a long list of users who need this. I desperately still want this feature. I manage documents for eight states, and currently I have to scroll through 16 or so pages to research or find existing documents.Second, it was confused by "Add Template" on the "Send for Signature" section. In my mind, that indicated I wanted to create a template, but it didn't make sense since there is a "Template" tab. Now that I know, I know, but that was confusing as a new user.

It's a good program but I cannot think of anything I would change right now.

Dropbox Sign is user friendly and allows us to get signatures that we need without having people come into the building.

Minpunten:

We aren't able to upload attached documents that are required, and there are limited templates (making it less than ideal).
