I love AirCall, been using it for over four years now!

Opmerkingen: I've used this for over four years and introduced it at companies I've worked and consulted with. It's easy to use, low price, and the features are top-notch.

Pluspunten:

AirCall is very user-friendly and easy to deploy. The dashboard is very streamlined, and it's easy to set up additional features like IVR. The Call Monitoring feature is critical. It is really helpful with Sales, Retention, and Account Management. Helps me to hear exactly what's happening on the call, so that I can train my team members, and help them hone specific pitches.

Minpunten:

I have no complaints, it's the best VOIP service I've used.

Poor quality, poor support, but cheap

Call quality is poor. The customer success team is nearly impossible to deal with.

Great Experience of using Aircall

There are a lot of powerful features that can be used to customize and personalize the user experience. It has allowed us to transition our entire phone system to Aircall and become more organized and efficient. The integration process with our other software and platforms was seamless. I would highly recommend Aircall to anyone looking for an easy-to-use and powerful phone system.

Pluspunten:

I found Aircall to be a very useful and convenient tool that made it easy to stay connected with my customers. The interface was simple to navigate and I was able to forward calls to teammates right away. The customer service was great and I always had a helpful representative before and after each call. What I like the most about Aircall is that I felt it was reliable and easily accessible from any device.

Minpunten:

What I liked the least is that some of the features, such as call transcription and call recording, are not available with its basic plan.

Great phone software with a great app

Opmerkingen: Great experience with the software but not so good commercially speaking.

Pluspunten:

I really enjoyed the UX/UI of the platform, how deeply integrated it is with other tech stack (CRM, customer service software, customer success software, etc.) and their Aircall mobile app is pretty useful when sales are on the go.

Minpunten:

The pricing has gone crazy, they used to be affordable, or at least on par with other software and out of the blue, they increased it by so much that it became a real burden to keep using them.

Aircall is a good VOIP software, although a bit unreliable at times

Opmerkingen: Aircall is a pretty good VOIP software for our startup. We started using it with a 3-person team and still plan on using it for 30+ people. Both our Sales and Customer Success teams are using it, along with the Pipedrive and Help Scout integrations.

Pluspunten:

Aircall is easy to set up and to use daily. We've been using it for 2 years and will likely keep doing so in the year to come. The desktop app is practical, and so is the call recording feature. We're looking forward to the call transcription feature.

Minpunten:

Aircall can be a bit unreliable at times. We often encounter minor bugs and glitches, which never last long but can be frustrating for daily users. The Pipedrive and Help Scout integrations work OK but sometimes result in lots of undistinguishable call recordings.

Really good call system trough internet

Pluspunten:

I like the most that it provides all cloud call center features, during my trial period, I was easily able to create campaigns, manage it with HubSpot CRM, and even connect with multiple third-party apps like BigCommerce, eDesk, Freshdesk and more. Its features like creating toll-free numbers, introducing voicemail (that helped me create automated greetings, and take messages), call routing, and even claiming local and international numbers - all these features made my life easier because I was able to do all this by using just their software. A perfect one-stop solution.

Minpunten:

No cons identified so far, even the support team helped me quickly to understand how can I setup and connect with different apps.

Great Tool for VoIP

Sometimes the lines are not stable and it's not working. As we are using it on a daily basis, it can be an inconvenient. It is happening just from time to time so it's ok for now.

If you like a tons of bugs, features randomly removed, and terrible customer service that costs you money, go for it.

Opmerkingen: Aircall used to be a solid product with fair pricing and good support. I don't know what's changed in side their company, but something has gone wrong and now their product and customer service are suffering.

Pluspunten:

They have dedicated apps for all the major devices (iOS, Mac, Windows, etc). They have a good website that's easy to find what you're looking for.

Minpunten:

I have to begin with the fact that their customer service is horrible and screwed me out of so much money after they changed the product without warning. I was on their enterprise plan and paid for the entire year upfront for all my users and lines. 6 phone lines, 4 users. I was supposed to get an account executive, but was never assigned one until 7 months later when I had a major issue happen and asked where my rep was. She had just been hired maybe 2 weeks prior, she said. Halfway through July 2017, the engineers accounted a bug in a feature we depended on. They issued a 'bug fix' by removing the entire feature without warning! Without this feature, we couldn't use the Aircall service. I had several phone calls with them and maybe a dozen back and forth emails, but Aircall wouldn't add the feature back. I politely asked for a refund for the remaining 5 months of service and they flat out refused, even though the product I paid for had changed, I didn't sign a contract, and there was nothing in their TOS about it. Now, I've paid for 5 months of service I'm never going to be able to use because Aircall removed the function we needed. This is AFTER I'd written glowing reviews on various ecommerce platforms, told other entrepreneurs to get it, and again, paid for an entire year. Outside of that, the software always seemed to be loaded with bugs. They do not add features very often, including some that are needed badly. You also can't put customers hold hold when you dial them - only when they dial into you! I would strongly suggest skipping Aircall and trying out something like Dialpad or Talkdesk.

Improve the efficiency of the call center's day-to-day operations.

Opmerkingen: We can now see how many incoming calls we are receiving, which helps us estimate how many resources need to be allocated to a given workflow at any given time thanks to Aircall. We were also able to see what the crew was doing at all times so that we could keep track of everything.

Pluspunten:

Aircall helps us to streamline our call center operations, reduce the amount of time we spend on administrative tasks, and increase our overall managerial capacity. Easy to navigate thanks to everything being clearly labeled. As a large team's Planning Manager, it's important to me to know how to maximize the efficiency of our team members' phone calls, and I appreciate learning how to do so with the tools available to me. I appreciate Aircall's ability to keep calls in the cloud, as well as its various options for quickly returning and tracking conversations, both of which can be accomplished via the many third-party apps with which it integrates. I especially appreciate Aircall's dashboards, which provide us with all the information we need. I also appreciate how convenient the "click to call" feature is.

Minpunten:

There isn't much to say, as Aircall is accurate and the user must have sufficient training to use the system effectively, other than that I find it difficult to set up all the tools on the monitoring page which I understand, but I don't need that because I have to monitor many teams at the same time.

A companion for remote job

Opmerkingen: I do not see myself using another software. It has some flaws but Aircall is definitely my first choice. Its features keep on being improved, the team seems to be very feedback oriented. I am satisfied and looking forward to the next big feature release !

Pluspunten:

The ability to call from any country and centralizing the contacts with links to our database. It makes remote job easy and. There are even tools to troubleshoot connection issue and know nmthe source of any quality issue ! I love the sms tool available for France and UK, it is very handy for reaching busy customers

Minpunten:

The reporting is not deep unless you pay higher membership. Depending on the company's need it is not that overpriced. There is no way to have your SMS saved if someone calls you in the middle of your typing and you receive notification for every single sms coming in even though you did not send the sms without the possibility to assign it... Lots of improvement could be done there in my opinion (tags, search for users...)

Terrible Audio Quality

The audio quality is beyond poor. Been using this service for months and I've submitted the feedback and even received a call from them to my cell phone and could tell immediately that they were using Aircall because of how bad the audio quality was. It drops in and out and causes issues with our business.

For telephony solution, it's missing some essential features

Opmerkingen: Overall, Aircall has delivered the telephony solution our company needed, albeit slightly less satisfactory than we would've liked. For the price, it's one of the more expensive options and I would expect that it deliver on helpful features.

Pluspunten:

The UI is easy and intuitive enough that I trust my non-tech savvy teammates to be able to easily co-administer. Their support is also top notch; any time I'm experiencing an issue, their support team quickly delivers an answer/solution within 1 business day.

Minpunten:

For telephony solution, it's missing some essential features such as bulk update (the use case that is a constant pain point is company holidays, which at present require that I manually change the business hours and voice message for each line instead of being able to schedule these changes on a line-by-line basis).

Minpunten:

SMS does not support MMS, which is not the worst, but it is inconvenient as customers constantly try to send MMS. The only other downside is that if you are making a text to a customer and a phone call comes in, it erases your message and you have to start over.

Pretty good but could use some improvements

The fact you're able to use it across all platforms - mac, windows, android, iOS is really great. I also like the user interface its very clean simple and easy to use.

Minpunten:

My biggest issue is the constant small inconvenient glitches and bugs that happen especially on the android version of the app. They do get fixed after a while but new ones tend to pop up which can be frustrating as it affects my ability to talk to some clients

Great Product!

The thing I love most about air call is how easy it is to use. everything is clean and works as you'd expect. much simpler to use than other phone systems I've used in the past. Great job!

sometimes I have interference on the line, but it's hard to say if that is network-related, the software, or possibly the person on the other line.

simple and straightforward ... dare I say basic?

Opmerkingen: Loved it but at times felt like I was "playing" customer service rep rather than actually having a big girls or boys ob

Pluspunten:

It was incredibly simple to use. Literally log in … credential … short tutorial and you're up and running ... easily scalable quickly and to the masses. Very fast learning curve = Aircall was the least time consuming aspect of my nearly 2 week self guided onboarding/orientation

Minpunten:

Almost too simple... although easy to use right out of the proverbial box the software at times seemed a little elementary and childish with underwhelming features that seem easy to knock of out the park. I feel t his could have been a result of amazon's attempted to easy their way into the logistics sector despite quietly being the forefront this whole time.

The future of phone systems

Opmerkingen: Overall great experience. The sales rep was very patient as we went through the decision process. Training and onboarding was efficient too. Anything we needed and AirCall was there.

Pluspunten:

Design, ease of use, overall functionality.

Minpunten:

Focus on more intuitive call search recordings.

Overwogen alternatieven: Dialpad

Aircall is the best tool to reach your goals

Opmerkingen: Absolutely amazing overall experience

Pluspunten:

Easy to use, easy to install to any devise, and which is the most important - the quality of service itself is TOP

Minpunten:

Sometimes it is hard to connect to Wifi. While all my other services are well connected to wifi, the quality of Aircall service is poor. That is why sometimes I am experiencing bad quality of phone conversation while using Aircall program.

Since Aircall uses VoIP technology, our service relies on a strong internet connection. Sometimes, users find it best to plug directly into their routers with an ethernet cable, so that is a good place to start. The best app to set up a call center and to enable support clients

Pluspunten:

I like the product itself and the possibility to make integrations to the my website under Shopify. Also hhe desktop client works really well as an endpoint for presence and call handling.

Minpunten:

SMS messaging is missing, I hope I'll be a in the next futur.
