Customer Service was easy to reach when needed.
Expensive seen as you don’t get any sms with your subscription and cost double to do so. Lot of similar apps give you free sms so very disappointed.

Overall my experience with Loyalzoo has been pleasant and problem free.
Pluspunten:
I really like how easy the software is to use; the learning curve is minimal when starting to use it and it has stayed that way since I started using it.
Minpunten:
I wish there were more features within the software. I understand they are developing many of the features I hope to be able to utilize some day which is great.

Great for our shop!
Pluspunten:
It is very easy for customers and staff to use. Free to download and setup an account. We didn't need another device so it helps us avoid device clutter.
Minpunten:
Lack of customizability for each shop unless paying for a full year up front.

LoyalZoo has great potential and it’s definitely an affordable option if you’re already using the POS system, Clover. The messaging and promotions feature is great.
Minpunten:
If you’re not using Clover, it’s a LOT of work around and manual labor to add loyalty points. The paid membership platform has great potential but needs work. The aesthetics, back end, and website widget option definitely need work. It’s clunky but doable. The promotion and messaging feature doesn’t work well on a mobile device. You have to create your promotions on a desktop.

Hi Hope, Thank you for your great feedback as always, unfortunately, without the likes of Clover, we lose a lot of value-added features. It's always best to have our software as part of your POS to have the best experience. All of your feedback is already noted and in our pipeline for the near future. So watch this space :)
Saved our business!
Opmerkingen: Support is fantastic-- overall, program works very well. I have had to reach out once or twice with issues (I'm partial to the chat support) & have always experienced top notch support.
Pluspunten:
We were looking for a PCI compliant way to keep credit cards on file & this has worked great for us!
Minpunten:
Would be nice if you could add a credit card on file without having to charge an amount.
It's OK, not great
Opmerkingen: OK. I have a much smaller membership base than I used to so it works well enough that we don't have to comprise cards and key in manually.
Pluspunten:
It does what I need at this point. The features continue to be updated. We an at least no stop and start or edit certain points.
Minpunten:
I'd like to be able to edit start date without having to stop and restart membership. It sends email to member that their membership has been canceled.

Thank you for your feedback! Full disclosure the editing of a payment date is quite tricky because if someone has made a recurring payment prior, it's hard for us to understand how to edit and rectify further payments to ensure you as the business get full payment. We're working on figuring out how to best implement this : )

be aware - if you lose you password you need their assistance to get your login back. no other way to gain access again - combined with calling you a liar if you dont provide all your data over their chat.

Hi, our billing system charges automatically after the 7-day free trial, unless you cancel. Please contact us at [email protected] and if you have been charged incorrectly, we will immediately refund you :-)
Bare bones application that has potential for greatness
Opmerkingen: It's easy to sign customers up and it doesn't glitch.
Pluspunten:
It does the job. It automatically takes money out of people's accounts each month. Also, it's easy to sign someone up for a membership.
Minpunten:
1. You have to manually enter in card numbers when you sign people up. It be better if you could dip or swim and it auto populated. 2. People who want to be texted/emailed their receipts automatically get added to my customer list. It clouds who my members are with other people. 3. member's faces would be a better picture for them than an animal.

Needed a change.
Opmerkingen: They were able to download our prior customers, and the use of the application has been super user friendly, and I could not be more satisfied.
Pluspunten:
The ease in use and awesome customer support has made our switch from another provider simply and seemless! Couldn’t be more happy!
Minpunten:
Have not run int a con yet, and hope not to.

Get loyalty program for retail.

Great interface to manage and award points to customers. Great customer service. They are always there no matter the question or issue.

I wish there was an integration with e-commerce platforms.

Perfect rewards program for businesses
Opmerkingen: My previous rewards program was a ok, but kept trying to up sell me with programs and offerings that didn't work for my business customers and or cost to much. Eventually they were going to more than double the cost. I found Loyalzoo and it has been nothing but great. They were super responsive during the switch over and the system has worked seamlessly. Nothing but good words for Loyalzoo. If thinking about switching or starting a system definitely go with Loyalzoo. It will be worth it. They also offer scalable programs to serve you as you want to expand or try new things with your program. I have not gone beyond the basic package, but love it.
Pluspunten:
The process of switching my previous system to Loyalzoo was so so easy. They worked with me, with real people helping, to get my customers ported over. Seamless!!! The software was easy to put on multiple computers and the employees picked it up super quick. Nothing but good words for Loyalzoo. I am not paid to say this!!
Minpunten:
Had Loyalzoo for about a year and I can't think of a problem with the software. The method of getting quick help works extremely well. I only had to use it early on, when I had a question or two.

Pretty Decent Loyalty Program
Opmerkingen: Overall Im pretty happy with LoyalZoo, I just wish it had a few more features and not such limited SMS messaging.
Pluspunten:
Its a pretty simple to use interface and offers basic loyalty features as well as limited SMS messaging.
Minpunten:
There really isn't a good way to integrate it into our online shopping cart WooCommerce so it really only works for us in store.

Great Loyalty Program But...
Pluspunten:
The Program as a whole is really great! They are always offers updates and continue to add new features while keeping the price the same. The pricing is great especially compared to other Loyalty apps out there like Fivestars, which is almost double the price. The fact that you get to send text and email straight to your customer base really helps to keep traffic coming to you store. All in all i am very happy with my service
Minpunten:
There are just a few thing I feel need work. They offer double points that can be turned on manually at anytime. I wish you were able to have the double points put on a schedule to automatically be turned on when you set it to. I also wish they offered a birthday offer to our customers. The previous reward system we used offered this service and our customers really liked the extra little bonus during there birthday month.

I just wanted to let you know that there is a comments section in each customer profile where you can write notes :) You'll be able to add notes when you register a customer or by tapping the "edit" button in their profile. Great that it is integrated with our system and loyal points are automatically added per transaction

Pluspunten:
Whenever I have questions I would email their support and they would answer very quickly. They're also very personable! I definitely like Loyalzoo a lot more than Five Stars because this is way way cheaper and is integrated into our Clover system. So no clutter on our cash register area!
Minpunten:
I wish I was able to subtract points from the user's history. I'm able to do it right away but if I needed to subtract a specific amount of points I would need to apply a pre-made discount and balance that discount by adding points. It's a pro and con to have our customer's phone numbers linked to their credit card. I had a problem once where our customer's credit card was linked to their friends' phone number so I had to contact support to make sure it was no longer linked.
Loyalzoo Review
Opmerkingen: We really enjoy the ease of use and that customers can easily check in with the app so we don't even have to look up their name or email to reward/redeem their points.
Pluspunten:
Super easy integration with our POS software, very easy to navigate for customers as well as staff, nice to be able to set your own discounts!
Minpunten:
We haven't had any issues with Loyalzoo, no customer complaints either, only feedback would be that customers are sometimes unaware they have points to redeem for discounts.
Easy to use and works

Pluspunten:
The loyalzoo app is easily integrated with our POS and website. Setting up rewards, marketing, etc is easily managed. Customer service is excellent with quick responses and follow up emails.
Minpunten:
Our old system recognised customers by their payment card which they liked as it made it automatic - no checking in needed. This was a really good feature and is missed now we’re using loyalzoo. I would also like to be able to choose more than 10 rewards to make sure we have something for all level of spenders plus room for seasonal rewards.
Using LoyalZoo for nearly two years; Love it!
Pluspunten:
I like the ease of use of Loyalzoo and its integration with Clover specifically on the front end of the transaction. It's extremely easy and intuitive to begin a transaction looking for the last four digits of the customer's phone number. It would be great if there was a tablet facing the customer (much like five-stars) whereby customers can come to the counter, enter their account number / phone number, and Clover to quickly register the account and the cashier can begin the transaction.
Minpunten:
Need to find more online ordering platforms that integrate with Loyalzoo. Zapier did not work for me as it does not have Chowbot as a list of apps it recognizes
Great Loyalty app
Opmerkingen: They have been quick to respond to our issues, and the support team is very helpful.
Pluspunten:
We've been using Loyalty zoo for over a year now. And we have really enjoyed it's functionality. It allowed us to move away from physical punch cards and store them locally for our customers.
Minpunten:
I wish it allowed us to create more than two types of punch cards in the system, but it's not too big of a deal.

Positive Outcomes
Opmerkingen: I like Loyal Zoo because it allows me to easily be able to allot my loyal customers rewards without having to track a lot of details.
Pluspunten:
Integration was very simple and easy to launch. What I like most is that I can use the least amount of personal information possible and the mobile sign in is awesome.
Minpunten:
The only problem I have had is the glitches with updates. But they iron these out relatively quickly.

User friendly, hardly any staff training required. Tech support is great.
Minpunten:
Customer generating multiple accounts and needing to 'merge' accounts. There should be a way to prevent duplicate accounts in the first place. Something like, when inputting the customers new second account by accident and push notification of 'Joe Blogs already exists, is this a duplicated account or another Joe Bloggs' etc.

Thanks for your feedback Pete! If you try to create a new customer profile using a phone number or email address already in the DB, we prevent the duplicate already. It is when details used are different that it is difficult for us to detect duplicates. We will keep testing ways to prevent duplicate profiles, and your continuous feedback is appreciated :-)

It Is easy to use, when it is working. It is easy to set up the discounts Nice that people get notifications of points when they purchase
Minpunten:
Does not push out reward info to customers. It is frequently not working. I can't fix when points are given incorrectly.

In terms of editing a customers points balance, that functionality has now been released and is available in the "customers" tab in your admin dashboard.
