Over Microsoft PowerPoint
Toonaangevende presentatiesoftware met veel verschillende ontwerpthema's. Doorgaans gebundeld met Microsoft Office.
I like it because It's very simple to use and everything you need you will find in the toolbar. Great value for the price.
It can be limited in performance and often one wrong click can land you with a very distorted slide that needs to be redone.

Microsoft PowerPoint User Review
Powerpoint heeft veel mogelijkheden om je creativiteit te stimuleren.
Je moet veel tijd besteden aan het leren van de powerpoint functies voordat je echt creatief kan zijn.
It has a simple and understandable language. The most beautiful feature, in my opinion, is its price, it can be seen as a price-performance product.
It is a product that is sufficient at student level, easily understandable and easy to learn, but it is powerless to prepare more effective, eye-catching and remarkable presentations for presentations to be made in professional life.
The Excellent PResentation Software, Microsoft PowerPoint Review
Opmerkingen: Overall, Microsoft PowerPoint is a great presentation software that provides users with an extensive range of features and options for creating stunning presentations. It is easy to use and offers a range of customization options, although it can be expensive and the learning curve is quite steep.
Microsoft PowerPoint is an incredibly powerful presentation software that offers users a wide range of features and options for creating stunning presentations. It has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate, and the range of customization options allows users to express their creativity in the design of their slides.
Microsoft PowerPoint can be quite a complex piece of software to learn, and the steep learning curve may be off-putting for some users. Additionally, the cost of purchasing the software may be too expensive for some users.
Amazing but then, Canva came along!
Opmerkingen: The OG of all presentations, whether it was a pitch deck, a report, or a class - at some point we've all used and because an audience to a PPT presentation. It's user friendly, it comes with your Microsoft account, and it's the only one we knew for so long. They gave us the customizable templates, the animations, and the ability to create anything with the slide. Then, Canva, Google Slides, and Keynote came along and this presentation game changed. Powerpoint needs to keep up!
I love the animations, the ability to turn the slide into a MP4, insert music, and the ease of using the platform. The best thing? I can edit offline!
It has since become outdated in terms of templates. Competitors have taken this deck creation by storm by providing easy to customize templates, modern and engaging animations, texts, and stock photos.
"PowerPoint: Unleash Your Inner Presenter" : A Comprehensive Review"
Opmerkingen: I have extensive experience using Microsoft PowerPoint throughout my academic and professional career. It is an incredibly versatile and powerful program that has allowed me to create effective and engaging presentations for a variety of audiences, from small groups to large scale conferences. Microsoft PowerPoint has a user-friendly interface which makes it easy to create engaging slides in a short amount of time. I find the tools for adding images and other visuals to be especially helpful for conveying a message in an effective and visually pleasing way. I also appreciate the availability of many different templates which can be easily customized with logos, images, and text. The ability to collaborate with others on a presentation is also a great feature. I appreciate the ability to easily and quickly share presentations with my colleagues and revise them with real-time feedback. Additionally, an entire team can work on a presentation at the same time, which is especially helpful when working on a project with multiple contributors. Overall, I have had a great experience using Microsoft PowerPoint and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to create engaging presentations. Its wide range of features and user-friendly interface make it an excellent choice for both novice and experienced users.
I particularly appreciate the accuracy and detail provided by ChatSonic when creating content. Unlike other writing assistants, ChatSonic produces content that is completely original and plagiarism-free, which is extremely important in today's digital world. Additionally, I appreciate the fact that ChatSonic refuses requests related to violence, sexuality, and self-harm, ensuring that the content is appropriate and ethical. All in all, ChatSonic is the perfect tool for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy writing assistant.
I found that working with PowerPoint could be tedious, especially when creating complex presentations. The user interface was quite difficult to learn, and I often found myself spending too much time trying to figure out how to do something. Additionally, while PowerPoint is good for slideshow presentations, it's not great at creating interactive presentations that are engaging and easy to follow. Therefore, I found it hard to create presentations that kept my audience engaged and interested.
The Ultimate Presentation Tool
Opmerkingen: I find Microsoft PowerPoint to be an essential tool for creating presentations. Its user-friendly interface, versatility, and wide range of features make it a great choice for anyone looking to create professional-looking presentations with ease. Despite its resource-intensive nature and overwhelming features, I would still highly recommend Microsoft PowerPoint to anyone looking for a comprehensive presentation tool
I appreciate the ease of use and versatility of Microsoft PowerPoint. It has a familiar interface that makes it easy for me to create professional-looking presentations in no time. I also appreciate the wide range of templates and themes that are available to choose from, which allows me to customize my presentations to suit my needs. The tool also offers a wealth of features, including the ability to insert videos, images, and other multimedia elements, making it a great choice for engaging presentations
I have noticed that it can be quite resource-intensive, especially when working with large presentations. This can lead to slower performance and even crashes, which can be frustrating, especially when working against tight deadlines. Additionally, while the tool offers a lot of features, some users may find it overwhelming, and it may take some time to get used to all of the different options
Lots of bells and whistles but not always in tune with your creative melody.
Opmerkingen: Overall the software has truly helped me in overall presentation. However there are features that seem void of a clear intention and are sometimes unnecessary but removing them or modifying them causes an entire template or document to be modify or reverted back to something you didn’t want. The pros do outweigh the cons but not necessarily in the features I use the most.
The best thing is the vivid colors and high quality images. You can export to different file types fairly easy. Slide master can be very useful when working with a single, cohesive theme or idea.
There seem to be a lot of layers on every sheet/template. You will edit something in slide master only to find a different version or placement of the thing you removed in the document. When you change a single feature and select “apply to all” it will change multiple aspects of a document instead of just the last, individual modification. I wish I could just select a previous template or document I edited and apply it to an entirely different document and have all the features match seamlessly. I wish the Windows character map translated directed into the program i.e. using glyphs and other customer don’t features without having to transfer them in as photos after being created and saved in other software
Microsoft PowerPoint review
Opmerkingen: It's a great application with continuous updates and maybe the best one to make presentations however its high cost.
What I like the most at this application is that it's simple and easy to use, and there are a lot of features and designs which helping in any presentations. It'll suggest good forms and shapes for your images and slides give your presentation an aesthetic look.It helps you to generate charts and tables from your information. It helps you to make easy educational videos.
The ability to edit images and videos is limited with low options. The application is amazing but it's costly compared to other free alternatives.

My opinion about Microsoft Powerpoint.
Opmerkingen: You can build an electronic presentation of slides using the PowerPoint software provided by Microsoft. I was able to effectively guide an audience through a presentation using Powerpoint by combining text, pictures, illustrations, drawings, charts, and videos. Due to its simplicity and innovative presenting options, Powerpoint is used in both corporate and educational settings. My experience with PowerPoint was incredibly innovative and wonderful because it really made my job easier, however like with any sort of presenting, using a presentation.
Microsoft Office has various options that help us create projects more easily, but what impressed me the most was the set of new options such as Using PowerPoint's Designer and Ideas features to create visually appealing and impactful slides.Using our own files or a content library, we can now insert 3D objects and embed animations directly into PowerPoint presentations.Add ink to a slide quickly, then convert my handwritten notes to text or perfect the look of freehand shapes. The functionality of Presenter Coach. This makes recommendations on the pace of speech, word choice, and so on using artificial intelligence.Follow the editing process with ease. View recent changes made to our presentation by other users using the While We're Away feature.
The lack of required abilities is one of the things I dislike that could be experienced when creating a Powerpoint presentation. Even while the majority of users don't find using the Powerpoint program to be challenging, it still takes a particular skill level to successfully make a presentation. It could be challenging to use for those with little to no computer knowledge.Powerpoint presentations have the drawback of having demanding system requirements. You'll need a computer, a projector, a screen, and electricity. Additionally, to enable for good viewing, the room's lights must be turned off. The potential for technological issues is the other drawback. The technology's smooth operation is completely responsible for the presentation's success.Storage.
Honest review for Microsoft PowerPoint
Opmerkingen: In conclusion, Microsoft PowerPoint is a widely used and highly regarded presentation software, and many users have reported positive experiences with the software. The software's user-friendly interface, wide range of templates, versatile formatting tools, easy collaboration, cross-platform compatibility, and integration with Microsoft Office make it an essential tool for anyone creating presentations.
Here are some of the pros of using Microsoft PowerPoint:1. User-Friendly Interface: Microsoft PowerPoint has a simple and intuitive interface that makes it easy for users to create and edit presentations. The software's design makes it easy to find the tools and features needed to create effective presentations.2. Wide Range of Templates: Microsoft PowerPoint offers a vast library of templates to help users get started quickly and efficiently. These templates range from simple and straightforward designs to more complex and creative designs, making it easy to find the perfect template for any presentation.3. Versatile Formatting Tools: PowerPoint provides a range of formatting tools, such as the ability to change font size and color, add images and charts, and align text, that allow users to create visually appealing and engaging presentations.4. Easy Collaboration & Cross-Platform Compatibility: Microsoft PowerPoint makes it easy for multiple people to work on a presentation together. The software's collaboration features, such as real-time co-authoring, allow users to work together on presentations in real-time, making it easy to share ideas and feedback.
Here are some of the cons of using Microsoft PowerPoint:1. Limited Design Capabilities: Although PowerPoint provides a range of templates and formatting tools, it can still be difficult to create visually appealing presentations, especially for users without design experience. The software's limited design capabilities can also make it challenging to create presentations that stand out from the crowd.2. Poor Data Visualization: While PowerPoint provides the ability to add charts and graphs to presentations, the software's data visualization capabilities are limited compared to other tools, such as Excel. This can make it challenging to effectively communicate data and insights in presentations.3. Slow Performance: Microsoft PowerPoint can become slow and unresponsive when working with large presentations, especially those that contain complex images and charts. This can be frustrating for users and can negatively impact productivity.4. Compatibility Issues: PowerPoint is widely used, but compatibility issues can still arise when sharing presentations between different platforms or devices. This can result in formatting or layout issues that can negatively impact the overall quality of the presentation.
PowerPoint the essential and easy tool for impressive presentations
Opmerkingen: It is a presentation tool that is commonly used to create visual presentations. The experience starts when you run the program and select a template or slide layout and add content such as text, images, and graphics, as well as slide transitions, animation effects, and background music. When the presentation is finished, it can be saved in different formats which makes this software easy to learn and offers a large number of tools to create effective and attractive visual presentations.
* is an intuitive and easy-to-use program, * offers a wide variety of design options, fonts, colors, graphics and animations * can be used to create presentations for business to school or personal projects * add interactive elements such as hyperlinks, videos and sounds * has shares and views on different platforms. * allows users to create professional presentations in no time
* Widely used tool, which can be boring and ineffective in some cases * Presentations depend on technology (such as software or a computer) and may be affected by technical problems or failures
PowerPoint is the Gold Standard for Presentation Software - Recommended!
Opmerkingen: PowerPoint is designed for giving presentations. Back in the day we'd give these presentations in a room via a projector, but now we give our presentations online through screen-sharing services like GoToMeeting. PowerPoint is great because it still allows us to give that same presentation, with our slides, animations, graphics, videos, media, charts, reports, and so on, through our computer screen. I can pre-record my presentation as part of the PowerPoint, or speak live. I have a lot of options and PowerPoint provides even more through its software. Those familiar with Microsoft will have no problem with the PowerPoint interface. And those new to Microsoft will get the hang of it quickly, because Microsoft designs their products to be intuitive.
If you're in business, you know PowerPoint. Everyone knows PowerPoint. It's essential for any business, because we all use it. I know that if I create a presentation in PowerPoint, it will run on computers 99.9% of the places I go because everyone uses it. It's easy to use, and Microsoft has made it practically intuitive with drag-and-drop functionality. Most of us have been using PowerPoint for decades as it is, but the fact that it's become easier to use and more flexible makes it essential for any business.
Like many Microsoft products, a small business owner like myself does not have any need for many of the high-level functions of this software. Also, the cost is a factor for those who are on a shoe string budget, especially given that there are free options out there if you're willing to sacrifice some of the bells and whistles that PowerPont offers, as well as the ability to save files in Microsoft's proprietary file extension (that would allow you to open your saved file on other computers that have PowerPoint).
If you want to make Presentations then Powerpoint has got you covered!
Opmerkingen: I've had a very positive experience with Powerpoint and would recommend it to almost anyone. Great software that has many features and is very easy to use.
PowerPoint being part of Microsoft's vast range of Products offers a vast number of features and resources to make your presentation. Having a very clean and intuitive design to the software helps you design your presentation in a simple card format. This layout helps you plan your presentation and build on it with visual tools to help change font size's, colour, layout, shapes and even allows you to add various images onto your slides. Furthermore you can also change slide animations, add sound cue's, add 3d videos and gif's to your slides to fully customise your presentation.
In terms of Cons there are a few cons such as how sometimes this software isn't as optimized and can feel slow on some computers when you try and either add too many images or 3d file formats into your presentation. While the slide format is nice sometimes however, you want to do more than just create a simple slide structure. While you can make some interesting presentations over time you wish you can create something that is completely different to powerpoints overall structure and this is where you might pursue another product to use.
The Premium Presentation Program
Opmerkingen: Overall, my lifetime experience with PowerPoint has been great. I have created dozens of PowerPoints and seen thousands. PowerPoint has, more than any other program, improved the way information is disseminated in group settings. Informative business meetings can now be even more so with the help of a slideshow presentation. Class lectures now allow for more retention by placing important points in front of the audience. The digital nature of PowerPoints allows for data to be saved and pulled up later. As well, changes can be made on the fly to adapt a PowerPoint to a specific audience or account for new, ever-changing information.
Microsoft PowerPoint is the premier application for creating, editing, and reviewing presentation slides. While PowerPoint does come at a price, as opposed to other, free slideshow editing software, the features that are provided justify every cent of the price. Features include basically ever edit/insert imaginable and are intuitive to find. If you have to make a slideshow for any purpose and can afford it, there is no reason to deny yourself this program. Ultimately, there is a reason slideshow presentations are now colloquially referred to as PowerPoints!
Frankly, price is one of the largest issues I have with this product. Given that this is one of the most common, standard-setting applications on the market, it is disappointing to see that there are not many options available when it comes time to purchase. Namely, PowerPoint is not available separately and can only be purchased as part of the Microsoft Office Suite. This program suite includes several other programs, some used frequently while others are not used by me at all, and can only be purchased either annually, or permanently on one device. As a Geek Squad agent, I have helped several individuals set up their PowerPoint software and have found in several situations the setup can be quite a hassle. Specifically, I would input their key code into the program and it would not authenticate their account. This was easily remedied by refunding their product and using a new key, but if someone is setting their account up without support one may run into trouble.
Microsoft PowerPoint for a great presentation
Opmerkingen: Microsoft PowerPoint is the most popular software that uses to make presentations worldwide. Since this software is developed under a long period of time, only minor issues can be identified with the software. In the other hand, this software is developed by Microsoft Company which is a largest software company in the world. Therefore you can use this software without any fear about its features. Microsoft PowerPoint is one of best software that can use to make presentations as our needs. You can make any kind of presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint that suits for any occasion and any age group. I recommend this software for anyone because we do not need a prior knowledge about the software to use it.
Simplicity is the major advantage of the software from my view. User interface of the software is greatly designed for the ease of use. Just few clicks needed to add an animation, change a theme, add a slide transition etc. Because of this simplicity, beginners also can make a good presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint. Other main advantage is the animations and slide transitions included in the package. Big amount of animations, templates and slide transitions are comes with the software and we can use them as our need. Using that features we can make a presentation that suits to small children or a presentation that suits for a professional meeting. There is an automatic recovery feature is available in the software that helped me in many time. It saves our presentations automatically while making the presentation. If the power goes out or computer goes off for any reason while making the presentation, we can restore the presentation though we did not save it. Since I am using this software from my childhood, I feel great about the software.
Though I am using this software for a long time, I did not found any serious issues yet. Microsoft fixes minor issues also with the new versions of software. Price of the software is a considerable disadvantage because there are many free and open source software developed to make presentations in these days. It is good if Microsoft add more animations, slide transitions and templates to PowerPoint. This would help us to make more creative presentations. User interface of older versions of the software does not feel comfortable. Therefore we have to use newer versions to make presentations easily. Auto recovery feature can be improved more to recover all the presentation because now it saves only a part of the presentation.
power point review
with its great features and abilities Microsoft power point had made the life easier for whether it is a professor, student or businessman
As in the recent times every one is short of time so you need to be very specific and accurate in your providing your data,so Microsoft power point provide all the features so that one can present a very long topic in very short and organised manner saving his and the audience time
over all Microsoft power point had the ability to suites and meet the needs of every specific audience.
Microsoft power point also had a high value in education and are used by professors and
students to add values to their lectures and notes power
Microsoft power point is an excellent tool which provide lot of features for animating, designing layouts, editing, quality and stability of presentation. below are some pros and cons of Microsoft power point 1)Microsoft power point provide anyone with the need to present information creatively and professionally with the ability to develop presentation quickly easily and effectively 2)Microsoft Power point user interference has make it easier to create present and share presentations 3)With the help of diagram tool one can easily convert bullet lists to diagrams making it easier and time saving 4)The slide library of Microsoft power point allows you to reuse content between different presentations 5)By adding animation, charts and diagrams to the presentation one can make a boring document interesting and time saving. 6)By adding digital signature to your presentations you can prevent anyone from changing the content of your document
Although Microsoft power point is an excellent tool still it lacks some features. 1)The main defect of power point is that you cannot open or run it on a system without having power point installed on it. 2)Microsoft Power point work cannot be publish to social media site like YOU TUBE,face book etc 3)Microsoft power point does not provide the feature of running the picture slide show on all mobile devices
This is a Must-Have Program for any Business
Opmerkingen: This has saved me both time and worry in the realm of presentations. It is a must-have for anyone who wants to include a visual with any of their business presentations.
There are so many pros, it is hard to know where to begin. PowerPoint is chock-full of different features. - Themes are included to give an easy layout for your business presentations - Simple image editing has been included so other programs do not need to be used - Animation, both simple and more advanced, is a breeze in PowerPoint - Transitions between slides can make for a more seamless presentation - PowerPoint supports dual monitors so you as the presenter can see more information than the audience - An export feature allows you to export slides as a PDF or basically any kind of document you could want if you would rather display your information a different way - Text editing is as simple as it is any Word Processing program - While it is feature-heavy, the user interface allows for even beginners to create visually appealing presentations That is a list of just some of the advantages to this software. However, the most important advantage is its speed. I can have a decent presentation created in less than 15 minutes. The amount of time I have saved using this program is certainly shocking, and I have not had to sacrifice quality to do it.
Unfortunately, PowerPoint is included with Microsoft Office, meaning it is certainly not freeware. However, considering its Power (<-- that's a pun if you missed it), it is certainly worth it. On another note, sometimes it becomes difficult to create animations, especially if you are looking for something more complex. While they have done a good job with layout, it can still be time consuming to get everything to look exactly right and to have everything fly in or dissolve exactly when you want it to. Including Videos has been the most difficult hassle, however. For some reason, PowerPoint and videos do not work well together. I cannot tell you the number of times I have seen videos fail during presentations. Maybe I am missing something or not setting it up right, but it should be more consistent about this. This one feature alone, because if its need in today's business world of presentations, is enough to give a quality rating of only 4 stars.
The Power Point Software, has very versatile tools to create presentations in slides and is a progra
1. Allows you to easily create a brainstorm
2. Provide more energy and visual impact to presentations.
3. You can organize and print the slides in a more efficient way
4. You can organize information thousands of times
5. It helps you not to exceed your length when writing
6. Performs tasks and assignments more quickly
7. Create high quality presentations and you can add, photos, graphics, tables, music, among others
8. You can work together with several users who also make dynamic presentations and you can organize the files to bring the order of the presenters in a very practical and efficient way
It has several advantages among these are the following: 1. An editor, which serves not only to write text but also to give it the desired format (size, typography, color, alignment). 2. A system that is responsible for being able to insert both photographs and audios and even video files. All these elements that complement and reinforce the textual content. 3. A system that proceeds to show all the content, whatever the type, in an absolutely continuous way. 4. You can insert images that give a better presentation to the slide, making it easier to understand what the slide is about, as well as being able to insert texts to the images complementing the exhibition. 5. It has animation tools, with which you can give effects to texts and images, giving it a better appearance. 6. Make graphics. 7. Add videos and audios.
One of the biggest disadvantages is: 1. What happens with this software is with the versions with which the original file has been saved and the user that was sent or sent could not view the presentation due to not having the program installed on the computer. 2. It can be saved and sent easily, but there is a risk that it will be damaged by a virus 3. Presentation of ideas hierarchically, which can be a distraction for the audience. 4. It is a presentation that tends to distract the public by the number of movements and does not pay attention to the information that is being delivered
Great idea, but badly outdated.
Opmerkingen: I love the ease of us in PowerPoint once you get the hang of it. I hate the little glitches it has when you export or save things. Something that they did, that is a benefit, is adding Microsoft Bing to search (mostly) royalty free images. it would be super awesome, if they had a plug-in for flicker and other royalty free images search sites or like Pixabay. I love the idea of PowerPoint, but it feels like it's a forgotten project by Microsoft. Only updated on rare occasions. I would even pay extra, for bonus features if they ended up or something. I do a lot of training, and I like Microsoft PowerPoint because I can create quick videos, and I am familiar with the software layout. If Microsoft developers upgraded the sound and editing features, as well as added some cooler graphics that don't look like they're from the 90s intros and outros, this could be a really good product to compete with current marketplace services. the benefit of PowerPoint is that it is all in one software package, first other software services, have way better graphics or effects, but take longer to piece together. I like PowerPoint, I really hope they improve it soon, it feels like a slow moving boat, next to all the Ferraris and jets out there.
Being able to export pp to video files. I do a lot of training, and create videos, PowerPoint makes it easier to create the base and export the video. Then edit the video in magic movie studio, to beef up the sound and add effects. It would be extremely helpful if I could add sound effects on the video, say when I click on a picture or something, and have it sync up correctly when I am recording audio. But as of right now it doesn't blend well and the mixer feels like something from the 90s, it's hilarious how tacky it is. Microsoft is good when they care about something, but it feels like PowerPoint is the bastard child they keep around out of pitt, but don't pay much attention to it, other than feeding it a meal every now and then.
Glitchy, very glitchy. Poor output processing, if you accidentally save, it will cancel your entire export and not bother asking you if that's what you want or to cancel the save. Love many features, but it feels so old and static. They could offer way cooler intros, outs, and side effects, but they are still stuck in the 1997 to 2003 graphics era. Cheesy effects. I love creating tutorial videos with PP, please give more options for audio sound effects, splicing, and editing. The system now is very 1997ish. So basic!
I use PowerPoint on a daily basis with the objective of creating training content for my team.
This software allows me to really deliver training content to my peers and employees. It is useful even when creating e-learning content using other recording software in tandem with PPT.
I believe that it is an absolute requirement to learn and understand how to use Microsoft PowerPoint. The updates and improvements made by Microsoft have really made this product a must use for corporations and single users alike.
PowerPoint is a very straightforward and comprehensive software, when used for the simple task of delivering quick, text-centric content it is a cost-effective and simple tool to use. Users have the ability to create fast and easy to read presentations for a wide variety of purposes. There is a reason why MS. PowerPoint is a standard application and a requirement for most professionals. The application has an added benefit of being accessible on tablets and mobile devices. Another great feature is the "presenter view" which allows the presenter to view and anticipate the content being presented when creating a presentation you can also add comments to further add details to your slide.
PowerPoint's slide-based model is one of the oldest tricks in the book, it is absolutely the simplest format one can think of to deliver content aside from emails. However, in 2018 there are far better options out there such as Adobe Captivate and Camtasia (which has PowerPoint integration). The hyperlinking is faulty at times and can use some improvement. The files can get damaged when transferred, especially via email. Adding audio or video to PowerPoint could prove slightly complicated at times if you are not well versed in how to use it. PowerPoint requires creativity if you want your slides to not be boring.
Microsoft Powerpoint Review - Through my PC-Using-Years
Opmerkingen: I can now do presentation using screen recorder especially if I am making tutorial videos. I have no problems with Powerpoint and I can achieve specific needs for my presentation. Powerpoint-user since the time I learned how to use a PC, and up to now, that I have complicated needs for media productions, Powerpoint is always there to help me!!!
For the past years, Powerpoint has evolved into an indispensable tool in this age of digital presentation. I started using it when I was still a college student where I make my classroom reports for my Sociology subjects. My teacher then, was really impressed with my presentation and looking back today, I am laughing at my classic animation and slide transition coupled with sound effects for each movement of the objects in a slide. Looking at PPT now, with Microsoft Office 365, I can make sophisticated and trendy presentations that uses the usual "user-friendly" GUI of Powerpoint. I love the advance animations and exciting items available for producing quality presentations. Many people are using presentation tools like Camtasia, Screen-o-matic, and/or Articulate thinking that they have advance features. They are missing the point that they can also do it in Powerpoint. It is now loaded with new features and applying your skill sets for the application interface that you have been familiar with, over the years. I just hate to see people wasting a lot of money on other products, realizing that they still need to spend time in learning the softwares and training to be proficient with it. When in fact, POWERPOINT can do the presentation job for you!!!
Powerpoint should have an added menu where they can train and disseminate their new features to the users, both new and avid users. With that interface, the user will learn the new features by simply clicking on that menu. Furthermore, it would be a plus if there are exciting animation/effects that can be used for smooth transitions and movements, so that the animation will be more fluid and professional. Templates and Categories for starters will be Qa great help for those who doesn't have enough background in designing and color schemes. Lastly, it will be nice if we can export our presentation to different social media platforms, since it is now the treQQnd for presentation/video productions.
Microsoft Powerpoint For Engineering Student
Opmerkingen: This is very good software and I am still goes with this until I found a good alternative with good user base and compatibility with other word processing softwares.I recommend this to every one who use Microsoft operating system and it will be good choice and goid investment .
As a engineering student we have to done lot of assingment ,researches and make presentations to those work every week. For making presentation my first choice is Microsoft Powerpoint. There is non other software which can help me to making presentations than Microsoft Powerpoint. This is comes with Ms Office packe there for when buying the package Ms Powerpoint comes with it and it can use with other office software which comes with Ms Office package. That is my favorite option in this software because I can easily add any graph create in Ms Excel or any document create in Ms Word to my presentation which create in Ms powerpoint without any changing.Just simply copy and paste .Thats why I love this software very much because its a part of Ms office package and all can work together. Many people are using this software therefore every pc have been installed this software. So I can run my presentation of any of these pc in the presentation room. That is very he and good life saver.I would not to be consider the presentation running software which at the presentation room pc when I am going to create my presentation.
My favorite this is this software is that I can run my presentation in every pc because this software can be found in every pc in the world. But when the version change to pc to pc some changes are happen to my presentation when I open it on those differnt type of version in Powerpoint. It is too painfull to re create my presentation when it open in differnt version of Powerpoint without the version it created.Because this error I face lot of difficulties when I going to present my presentation infront of my audience due to run it on different versions than it created version. That is the main drawback which I saw in this software. Also this software hase some cost to buy but there are many good alternatives with lot of new usefull options which can use in free. But the reson which I still this software is its huge user base.I think they will give good answer to that problem soon.
Excellent Presentation Tool
Opmerkingen: In the past few years, I've had colleagues who have told me to use "Prezi" instead of PowerPoint. Although it's a different presentation tool, I do not think it's quality is better than PowerPoint. I think the user is responsible for creating a presentation, and many users do not know the best practices (not overloading slides, too small text, too many transitions, colors that don't work on projection screens) thus a good or a bad presentation is made by the user, not the software. The advantage prezi seems to have is the ability to save it online and pull it up anywhere. I do not yet have Office 365, which may make this easier. Looking through PowerPoint templates online is a big help, and can assist in creating better presentations.
I have used PowerPoint for about 10 years and have evolved the types and styles of presentations I create. It's very effective to have a variety (but not too many) template options, but also the flexibility to create your own custom backgrounds, transitions, color schemes, etc. I don't think most people know how much flexibility is with this software. I recently started using the SmartArt options, which are great and easy way to dress up your information in a more visually appealing format. It takes practice to create more complicated animations and get timing correct, but it is worth it for more interesting and visual presentations. I really enjoy the presenter mode, with the timing option and ability to see the next slide. This was a great upgrade. Looking through the tabs, I see there are many other options that I have not used but look forward to exploring.
I have had some trouble imbedding or linking videos. I had a presentation where the embedded video played, but then ended before the video was finished. I couldn't figure out if this was a maximum time issue. Also, I tried to use the Video > Online Video Option, and found it difficult to find the specific video I wanted to use. Not sure if that has been upgraded since then, as today I tried it again and more easily found it. I struggled to get the videos to playback as part of my presentation. When doing a presentation, sometimes the presentation mode doesn't allow for easy playback of videos either vs. duplicate mode, if you need to click to start the video. Also, sometimes I've had issues in presenter mode if I want to click on a website during the presentation, then getting back to the presentation. Not always sure what the right method is to accomplish that. I think I can work through most of those issues though as I continue to learn the functions/options of PowerPoint.
A must for any professional presentation - Powerpoint
Opmerkingen: I personally use this tool daily for presentation and for training. When there is a quick concept I want to illustrate in few slides, I make prepare it on Powerpoint and share it with a team or present it while commenting the slides.
Microsoft Powerpoint is the easiest presentation application I ever used in my entire IT career. This application is part of the Microsoft office package and has so many powerful features. From basic slides to most advanced presentation and animations, I cannot thing of any thing you can't do with this application. There are templates available and any user can simply pick from any of them and build their presentation on to. In few click you have access to animations and a set of transitions times or triggered by users' click. on top of all, the tool us compatible with most of the presentation hardware and software developed out there. In many case, the presentation software can export to pptx format (which is typical Powerpoint) or allow importing a powerpoint file into their tool for conversion and further editing. User can easily insert pictures and videos into the file and it is compatible with excel and word so copying content from any of those editing tool to Powerpoint is as easy as Copy and Paste. It is the tool to go for when it comes to presentation and slideshows.
One drawback of Powerpoint is that the file can quickly increase and get out of control if too many pictures and videos are added. It can be resource demanding and for advanced presentations with many macros and actionable items, a more powerful computer might be required.
Power Point Review
Opmerkingen: For me, PowerPoint is the fastest way to create high-quality presentations and templates for video sales letters. With Power Point as a basis, screen capture videos can also be created with video software. I use this for my online courses with great success. Thank you Microsoft.
On the one hand, it is of course easiest to transport a presentation when it is available in digital form. In the same way as e-books or e-mails, you are also more environmentally friendly due to the low paper consumption. The presentation also has some advantages for the lecture itself. The digital processing of the presentation requires a certain structure and organization of the lecture, since only one topic should be addressed on each slide. In addition, PowerPoint offers good support if you forget what should be addressed next If used correctly, the graphic support should also be the only task of the Powerpoint presentation. The graphic support gives you the opportunity to attract everyone's attention rather than just speaking freely. Another advantage of the Powerpoint presentation is that changes and updates can still be carried out without any problems even at the last moment, in contrast to an elaborately designed presentation board.
There is a high risk of forgetting that you are the focus of your presentation. It can happen that you rely too much on your presentation and forget your own posture and articulation. In addition, to a certain extent it is always a bit tricky to have to rely on technology. If it also has many advantages, you will be pretty smeared if it fails. The same applies to incorrect handling of the program. Because some people don't know how to use PowerPoint and incorporate so many special effects into their lecture that the audience hardly knows what it's actually about. Because of this, high quality knowledge of the program is necessary if you intend to use it. Amateur handling is the reason why PowerPoint today often has a negative connotation.
