Opmerkingen: POOR! Central Reach has not provided us with an adequate solution for issues with Change Healthcare and the cost keeps creeping up with no discounts for bundling at ALL.

Opmerkingen: The system is user friendly - Both employees and clients can use the system to keep track on the progress and communicate - Employee can convert notes of session easily. Set up is easy. Integrated with insurance company for easy reimbursement' Some reporting may be tricky. With the constant support and changes this platform is a good option

Pluspunten:

Customer service is amazing as you have your own manager attach to your account- Always improving to make client experience easier- Robust learning platform for ABA industry. The learning platform is growing and adapting to client demand.

Minpunten:

The help SOP are not always up to date-Agent send them over and you have to reach back until you can get help. Scheduling AI at a starting point program- We have not save time yet with this additional tool. Reporting and tracking in the Learning platform is weak, Making it hard to follow progress on the learning side.

Great Comprehensive Platform for End to End ABA Processes

Opmerkingen: I would recommend Central Reach to other ABA providers looking to make a switch. I have also been consistently impressed by the system improvements over our time with CR as well as the continued level of involvement and support from our customer success lead, [sensitive content hidden] !

Pluspunten:

Central Reach is user friendly, allows for significant flexibility to meet the needs of our organization, but at the same time provides critical structure and process consistency for users across different functions and locations. One of the few platforms that incorporates all end-to-end processes on one seamless platform. It is also evident that Central Reach has a continued eye towards system improvement.

Minpunten:

Central Reach is a premium product but comes at a premium price tag, especially when infrequent users are charged the same monthly rate as heavy users. The parent portal and client invoicing are two areas that could use some improvements.

Opmerkingen: I very much regret this purchase and am even considering making a switch AGAIN despite the high switching costs. I had a good customer success lead but she couldn't do anything to help the fact that we had a sales rep who over promised and could not deliver.

Pluspunten:

Clean interface, customized forms. Pricing is okay.

Minpunten:

I finally have to review this because I am so frustrated with this software! So much was promised during the sales process and once we were well into implementation, one by one these things were denied. Additionally, as soon as you "go live" you are directed to use the support ticket function for any questions or issues, and they direct everything to an Ideas Portal which is not maintained.

CentralReach For ABA Data Collection and Storage

Opmerkingen: I am able to record and store all my clients data easily in one safe place.

Pluspunten:

I like how CentralReach systematically prompt fades as the client got closer to acheiving our behavioral targets. It was relatively simple to use and I use it for 7 hours each day so that's a huge help!

Minpunten:

Although I know that it's imperative for the system to log out after a period of pause for HIPPA reasons, however, I wish the system let you stay logged on for a bit longer since I would constantly have to re-log back in during the time I was administering DTTs.

Excellent choice for growing or multidimensional therapy companies

Opmerkingen: I am a big fan and encourage all autism therapy practices to consider CR first. If you have a very straightforward model in a small practice and every client gets the same program, there may be simpler options out there. But if you individualize care and offer a variety of treatment models and therapies, CR has a lot to offer.

Pluspunten:

Amazing customer support - best of any tech platform I've ever used! Extremely comprehensive and customizable to a variety of practices and service models. Best suited for ABA but also functions well for other billable services including speech/OT, counseling, and diagnostic evaluations.

Minpunten:

It requires a substantial investment of time and energy to set up optimal customizations and document your own unique organizational workflows. If you do that, it is very powerful - but if you don't, it can be overwhelming or you would just be missing out on many of its great features.

I've been around the block!

Opmerkingen: CentralReach has opened up so many more avenues for our company to be able to expand and grow within the field of ABA treatment. They continue to offer more and more features and work to perfect those features. The support that comes with the system is exceptional as well! Whenever we have questions about whether we can do something or not, the answer is immediate.

Pluspunten:

When I first started using CentralReach I was in a Senior level position. I will be honest that I was intimidated by all of the features and functions within CentralReach but as I began learning more and practicing within the system, I caught on quickly and easily. I was most impressed by CentralReach Learn and all of the clinical features that were available to me. From data collection options for my clients to reviewing that data collected, CentralReach made the process quick and easy for me over the traditional paper and pencil methods I was used to.

Minpunten:

Like every electronic data collection tool, there are going to be glitches in the system. When those glitches occur, they halt client sessions and sometimes client progress. Thankfully, CentralReach offers the option of printing paper data sheets in the event electronic data collection is not an immediate option (whatever the reason may be). There is also the CR Mobile application allowing for offline data collection in a pinch, which makes the pains that technology can hold at any given moment, much more bearable.

Great Customer Service, Great Product!

Opmerkingen: Overall, it has been a good experience switching to CentralReach throughout the past year. There have been a lot of growing pains, but we are definitely able to keep an eye on everything from intake to billing much more efficiently than before.

Pluspunten:

Moving to CentralReach has had an extremely positive impact on our day-to-day operations. It is intuitive and user friendly. It can do nearly everything that our old system could not do, faster & better! They are constantly updating and improving the interface and features.

Minpunten:

Since CR is in use in a variety of states/markets/etc, if we have a specific feature request that only affects a small number of organizations, or only affects our organization, it is placed at the bottom of the development list. Which, from a business standpoint, totally makes sense and we understand, but can occasionally be frustrating if we can't find a suitable workaround while it is developed.

I would like it if parent labels were set up in a way that if an individual has a child label, and I search by parent label in a report, the individual will not need both labels attached.

Do not use for ABA data collection purposes

Opmerkingen: The technical difficulties combined with the very complicated user experience make this a platform I discourage ABA providers from using.

Pluspunten:

The calendar views, authorization management and utilization are great to use.

Minpunten:

The process to setting up data collection for ABA providers requires a huge amount of response effort compared to other platforms like Catalyst. The procedures are so disjointed between the overall data book, the goals, importing curriculums, I work twice as hard to include relevant info. In order to be compatible with their reporting system, you have to place information at goal levels that should be at target level or enter it twice if you wish to access it logically for data analysis. The graph view does not allow for trends across anything but an entire time period (does not adjust per month or 3 month period for example), if you switch data to per week or month, goal and phase change lines disappear. You cannot view an average of data. The reports generated looked very unprofessional and you cannot alter graphs to different views unless you manually delete them and re-import. The list goes on. The CONSTANT tech issues lead to problems with session timers, saving data, trouble with rates that took months to resolve, and often a complete inability to access any necessary parts of the platform during business hours. At least 1 time per week there are issues, sometimes more. Our clients and staff pay the price for this.

I like how easy it is to take data on each client and how easy it is to add a new goal. when running a therapy session with my client in Home I use my cell phone to login via the Internet and I have to keep logging in several times over the course of the therapy session that last for several hours and feels like the software runs really slow and doesn’t always add my data. I recently had to log out and log back in several times for it to even begin to register that I was trying to take data and the session wouldn’t load properly. Seems like there are a lot of online app technical difficulties while using the program on the Internet via a Mobile device. I have also had issues with the program being able to load my session notes section properly on Saturdays. Very frustrating that on Firefox on a Mac session notes works most of the time but on a PC trying to Do session notes there’s a lot of difficulty with drop-down boxes not being activated when I know they should be and this happens frequently on a Saturday.

Dueling Data Collection Programs

I love the editing ability to group goals according to therapeutic focus that session.

Minpunten:

Functionality! When the software works, it's a dream. When it doesn't, you lose everything. If there's no data, it virtually didn't happen, and programs aren't assessed appropriately.

Pluspunten:

I've been working with CentralReach for the past 9 yrs it's the one thing I recommend to all new billing companies and providers looking for a billing plateform. It has everything I need to get my job done. The only thing I would seriously look at as how it's set up to generate secondary claims. This is the one big issue I have with CentralReach, and I have several clients that have a primary and secondary insurance and this part of CentralReach has made my life very difficult! Otherwise I love it! thank you!

Minpunten:

generating secondary claims, this needs to be changed (remove the # of times a payment can be posted from the first) sometimes the claim can be denied for whatever reason but a $0 payment needs to be posted anyway.

Opmerkingen: CentralReach was required by my company. Once I got the hang of it, I now prefer it for its consistency and legibility. I believe I am only aware of a fraction of what the software has to offer. Sending out emails with random facts of what it provides maybe monthly could be beneficial.

Pluspunten:

CentralReach is easy to navigate once you learn the basic components/strategies. It is constantly coming out with new features and trainings to ensure smooth usage.

Minpunten:

When the software is down or slowed, which is fairly often, it does not notify you with an alert stating “technical difficulties” or something of that nature so that you are aware it’s a universal glitch compared to personal complications (e.g, WiFi connection, etc.) Additionally, when you submit support tickets, sometimes there is no follow up.

Unreliability. This month alone there have been 6 separate times when the system has been unavailable to make progress reports or to collect data, impacting services for clients.

Opmerkingen: I would recommend CentralReach because it has so many features; everything is in one place. Things are laid out nicely and it's easy to navigate.

Pluspunten:

I love this software! It has so many features/options! It is easy to navigate and has a great user interface. I like that you can search within each module and I love that the Help section's different guides are very comprehensive as well.

Minpunten:

Not knowing what some features are. A little "?" icon you could click to get a short description of the feature would be nice. For example, what is the "meta data field" I can add on my profile? What is a "task" exactly? What does it mean to add a task to my task list? Also searching within a module needs improvement. More personalization features would be cool but aren't necessary.

The only few cons that I have with CR id the connection feature, it's a headache! also, I never get responses on my support tickets! Also, there has been a ton of glitches with the total amounts of my authorizations, it will say we are over but we're not?

I like that I can filter services in all sorts of ways, this feature allows review for many different situations.

Minpunten:

One feature that would save me a lot of time is being able to make changes in bulk. I am able post payments in bulk, but when I need to update a payer, I have to change each line individually which takes a lot of time.

Central Reach & the Behavioral Health field

Opmerkingen: Our company provides services to Autistic children. Central Reach was designed by this particular industry - so it's ideal for us. It helps us organize client information, therapy sessions, insurance authorizations, billing and human resources. C-Reach is also HIPPA compliant, an added bonus. We're a small business and the program is the backbone of what we do. I am impressed with it and would highly recommend it to a medical practice, school or a similar firm.

Pluspunten:

I like it's visual display. Central Reach is quite intuitive once you become familiar with it.

Minpunten:

In clients' profiles there's not an area for notes - I've found a work-around, but it'd be very helpful.
