Helps my business with ease of use

Opmerkingen: Bobclass has helped me stay organized! It's been easy to use and I love the email feature within scheduling.
I would love an update to be able to track my clients packages they buy and automatically alerts me when they need to buy additional sessions. I would love to be able to look quickly and know how many sessions they have left on their current package without having to count back since they started. Also, I would love an update that allows you to delete multiple sessions at once if you schedule a recurring session then the clients cancels it entirely. As it is now, you have to go in and delete each individual session.

Doesn't automatically alert or track current packages and when the client needs to buy a new package. I have to count each session and packages since the client started.

I was expecting...

Opmerkingen: The iOS application is based on a great concept, but in my particular case -and I know there are thousands of self-employed professionals alike whom would benefit greatly if some features would be enhanced. One on such enhancements would be the ability to mark the scheduled class as done or not done automatically after the predetermined time, for example, I do 48 classes a week and it's time-consuming after a long day of work to come home and do this job manually, and create a log of how many classes were performed and how many were not.

Opmerkingen: It's great as it allows me to juggle work with normal life. It's great when you can sync everything from your iPad to your iPhone. Allows for great ability to book appointments. Keep tabs on finances as well.

The great app

Opmerkingen: Really simply and friendly app. Since I've installed it on my iPad, I have no problem with my appointments on my beauty studio. It sinchronize instantly with any iPhone, so all my employees have a view to all my appointments.

Opmerkingen: I am a music instructor teaching private and group lessons, I used to schedule my lessons by email or phone and manually input everything into my calendar. This made things confusing for myself and my students at time, not remembering when a class was or forgetting to sign up. Now, everyone is in the loop as to what classes are available and when!

Pluspunten:

The layout could not be more visual appealing and easy to use. From the moment I opened the software I was able to find exactly what the software offered and get fully set up. I love that my students can log in and sign up for the various group classes I offer, without having to sign up directly through me. Makes life much easier for all of us!

Minpunten:

I really wish there was a desktop/online version. Some of my students have older phones and the app doesn't fully work.

Best app available on iOS for tutors and trainers!

Opmerkingen: Here at Spanish Stars, our team of two provide Spanish lessons on a one-to-one and group basis. After stumbling upon Bobclass by accident over a month ago, it has truly changed the way we work. Before Bobclass we had several databases for payments, progress notes, booked lessons, cancellations, student details etc, now it's all compacted into one easy-to-use app. The visual calendar has allowed us to eliminate accidental double-bookings, and the automatic email feature has received positive feedback from our students, as they always know when their next lesson is. The recent addition of the 'repeat booking' feature is brilliant and allows us to quickly make multiple bookings, especially for our students who have a lesson at the same time each week. We do lessons all over the county of Warwickshire, so having this app on our iPad Minis means that we can manage everything on the go. No longer do we have to write things down and enter them into the database at the end of the day - this has saved us considerable amounts of time. The app is worth every penny for those go-it-alone tutors, trainers and teachers. I'm interested to see what features Bobclass come up with in the next release and I would happily recommend it to anyone.

Great Tool for a Busy Teacher!

Opmerkingen: I have been using Bobclass for about a month now and this app has helped me managed my busy and sometimes chaotic schedule. In the past, it was a challenge to consistently managed my 15 private lesson students in addition to my full time teaching position. Bobclass has made it easier to keep track of payments, check numbers, and scheduled (and rescheduled) appointments. There are only a few areas where I would like to see this product grow. A full month calendar view would be convenient, an integrated way to mark individuals status as "paid" or Owes", and a desk top app for Mac/Windows would be helpful! These issues are minor but I believe the functionality potential of this app still has some room to grow! I've enjoyed my experience so far and hope to see the program continue to develop!!! Thank you Bobclass!!

Great app, perfect for music teachers!

Brilliant app - easy and saves me loads of time

Opmerkingen: I am a yoga teacher and only teach a few classes a week so wanted something simple for my class record keeping. This is great it holds my client records, class schedule, payment records and allows me to send class reminder emails. There are extra things id like it to do such as export payments into a spreadsheet for my accountant and allocate block booking payments but Ive found manual work rounds within the app and am very happy.
I love the fact it syncs in the cloud so i can update it at the class on my iphone and it updates in my ipad. It means i can easily manage on the move.
Customer service is excellent - very promt and friendlyand it's clear they are working to develop the app further.

Works great

Opmerkingen: Are use it for documenting my client sessions. I have even been able to send the documented session to my client via email. Helps me keep track electronically of my clients progress and what we covered from appointment to appointment.

It allows me to manage my pool of clients, track the sessions and their package and even manage their progress. The customer service is prompt and feedback given are always acted on.

Instead of a monthly subscription model, which may seems a little too expensive, may also wish to consider a one time payment model.

Good For Organising

Opmerkingen: Good for organising classes on the go and recording payments. Would be great if it could also be viewed on a laptop/online instead of just via the app.

Great app which helped me to organize my calandar!

Opmerkingen: This is a new way to organize my clients. I can copy, postpone or delete my appointments. This app can help me to check my clients history, bookings, payments or I can make notes about the trainings. I really like it!

Opmerkingen: This app is really great if you are running your own client based business. The automatic email function is something that I use a lot. If you sell a number of sessions, the app does not automatically track the sessions or count them in any way, considering what other similar apps are capable of, this feature should be updated.

Sessions are not automatically tracked It can download calendar events but cannot upload them, so my google calendar does not show any BobClass events and I have to only use the in-app calendar which is not my main calendar

Love this app

Opmerkingen: I am a piano teacher, and I love being able to use this app. It keeps track of my finances, schedule, and I can send email reminders right from the schedule. 2 things...I wish it would sync with my phone calendar, and I wish it was easier to cancel lessons. It has an odd way of duplicating lessons, instead of just having a "repeat" setting. When I need to change a date/time, I have to manually delete the lessons, and then put them in again. It's something I have grown used to, but I love absolutely everything else about the app.

What a time saver

Opmerkingen: Bobclass has transformed the way I manage my schedule as a tennis coach. Very easy to secure slots, and syncs with my calendar to make sure I don't book a lesson when I am not available. Great app.

Opmerkingen: I've been looking for many years to find an application like this. There's no windows or even joomla application out there that offers the same, simple yet complete mini CMR / Client Tracking functionality. It enables me to work quickly. Everything in this app is arranged around my three most crucial assest: my clients, my product, my calendar. In this way it's very easy to book, contact, keep records, monitor and invoice my clients. Really great, easy to use and fast. When ever I contact the developper I always get a prompt response. Great support.

What a great APP - fantastic for streamlining your business

Opmerkingen: I have only just started using the APP and have found it remarkably easy to use with so many useful features. I have been looking for a while for something to assist me in my day to day running a tennis coaching business and this fits the bill exactly. I now have all my contacts at the touch if a button and can easily create new classes and add students and see their status, payment details and their progress in their lessons. I could not recommend it highly enough. I look forward to the updates

Opmerkingen: I need to use the software more often and get more familiar with it. My question is if it's possible to book more than one session at the very first so that I am able to send one email for the bookings in a month. Now I can only schedule one session and then do Copy Sessions for more ones, which has to send separate emails. Thank you!

Amazing app

Opmerkingen: I'm a Pilates teacher and this is now my only booking system. It's very easy to add to and edit as needed. The history, payment and progress areas allow me to check on payments and sessions as well as tracking progress and development. Highly recommended.
