Opmerkingen: Decent so far. Had some problems with pulling accurate reports for a month.
Pluspunten:
Keeps me up to date with tasks. I enjoy the overall functionality.
Minpunten:
Seems to be a little strange on the mobile app. Sometimes saves many times for same entry. I'm used to Salesforce and this has many stripped down features that I would like to see.

Excellent CRM Customized for Contractors
Opmerkingen: Overall, this CRM has been a lifesaver for us on the tracking end. It is greatly increased our bid tracking and output and greatly benefited our staff being able to log our brains into an easily customizable CRM rather than keeping everything in our heads alone.
Pluspunten:
We love that this CRM is catered towards contractors.
Minpunten:
Did not have GMAIL / Google Calendar integration for a while.
Shady accounting practices
Opmerkingen: Overall its a decent, lightweight CRM, however, it's not worth working with this shady company that can hold you hostage. In 2023 you shouldn't have to jump through hoops to cancel a CRM subscription. 0/10 - Dont recommend.
Pluspunten:
Intuitive interface, easy to train new users. This is a basic CRM, nothing remarkable.
Minpunten:
Shady accounting practices. Having deployed many SaaS apps across the enterprise, this is the first I've come across that requires a 60-day cancellation notification. There isn't an option within the interface to cancel account or subscription. You HAVE to schedule a call with Follow-Up to cancel your account. We provided notification with 30 days left before our renewal and the account rep told us "Sorry - we're going to bill you anyways. You didn't read the terms and conditions".
Great product and great service
Opmerkingen: Customer service and support is great. The quarterly check-ins to make sure we are utilizing the program effectively sets Follow-up CRM on a top shelf

Being able to actively manage our sales pipeline and the workload of our estimators; analyzing sales behaviors and results for planning and meeting objectives

Our clients are moving from company to company right now. Managing individual contacts as they move around could be improved

My experience after 24 years in my industry and my own company for 18.5 years

I have been in business for over 18 years and recently merged with Code Red Roofers, and with my having an average of 43 employees full time for so many years, I felt I knew just about every item in the productivity fields until I was truly amazed at the Follow Up Power system here.
It not only shows management who is producing and tracks how much time they are entering data but shows the closing ratio of each salesman as well as tracks profit margins on jobs sold. Additionally, each salesman can see his own progress and that when he puts in more time on the system he is getting credit company-wide for time put in.
It is impossible to interact face to face on a daily basis, in my industry, with eight to ten new clients a day and remember each of their concerns, questions and what is needed on my part to clarify their questions. FollowUp Power also appears on our dashboards in the system so that each time we speak or leave a voicemail or meet a client we set a date to touch base with them again and when that date arrives the dashboard system shows their name in red to remind us to FollowUp with that client. That is a vital part of closing a deal. It is too easy to forget to do so otherwise.
Having an online access point that I can go to at any moment without trying to find a piece of paper with my notes has excelled our company in our industry greatly. Not only can I see my notes, but other associates as well as the owner can look at this data as well and quickly gauge if the client is a fit or a high maintenance client that never returns calls etc.
By being in this industry for over twenty four years and having my own multi-million dollar per year business, it takes a lot for me to be incredibly impressed and in awe of any system, and FollowUp Power has done just that.
This system is not only impressive but being asked by FollowUp Power for areas that can be tweaked and our input as a user causes FollowUp power to continue to become even more productive and help us to be more on the edge in our industry. Great job, and keep moving forward.

When I reached out to customer service one time the person I ended up messaging was unable to answer the basic question of how I would download it to my Ipad. the person kept asking me for my telephone number and could not answer my basic question. I told him I am already a current user and that I just wanted to know how to re-download it on my new ipad, and he finally admitted that he was not sure how to do so. He promised to pass this on to a support team for them to call me and I also asked him to pass on the transcript of our notes as well and he said he would and I never got a call from FollowUp. I feel that he saw that he looked poorly so never passed on my message. It is important for customer service online support to have the basic knowledge of the system them are promoting. I even took screen shots of the conversation so that there is proof of it, as my gut feeling was that it would never get passed on etc...

Great CRM for Sales
Opmerkingen: This CRM has helped us to more efficiently track leads and sales.
Pluspunten:
I like how it integrates with Outlook. The ability to collect metrics and generate sales reports is very useful.
Minpunten:
I did not like how it organizes emails and comments in each project file, I wish it had features to mark certain comments or emails as favorites to make them easier to find and sort. Also, the task feature needs improvement. If you receive 5 tasks in a day there is no way to mark them as complete.

Accounting
Pluspunten:
CRM allows me to see accounts that just pertain to the accounting end of the business. I am not seeing accounts before I need to be working with them. I also like that I can set followup dates that allow me to see what accounts need immediate attention.
Minpunten:
The only "issue" I have with CRM is it makes note of every change made, no matter how significant it may be. This can make for a lot of notes. It would be nice to be able to opt out of some of those automatic notes. Or to be able to have the ability to delete them. Even if it had to have a admin code, for security reasons.
FollowUp Power Review
Opmerkingen: I have been enjoying the software, I hope I had something similar 15 - 20 years ago, working life is a lot easier now.

That I am able to track all projects and contacts

The Office 365 Email option, I do not use it, since I keep all email in outlook.
Excellent Productivity Tool

A lot of informational notes to enter to be useful to multiple people.
FOLLOW-UP POWER
Opmerkingen: My experience with Follow-Up Power has been pretty good so far. However, I am continuing to get complaints from my sales team about the new mobile app and the difficulties with utilizing it. We no longer can view our report card while out on the road (via mobile app). We are also having difficulty in adding new contacts. I would like to give a thumbs up to Ryan. He has been great and always very helpful!
Pluspunten:
Allows me to log in my sales activities for the day. Also, I can get reports on our sales for the day, week or month.
Minpunten:
Mobile app is not very user friendly.

CRM peprformance

Pluspunten:
Ease of operation. It's simple to use and does what I use it for which is to organize my follow up schedule.
Minpunten:
It is limited in it's capabilities. Cannot keep track of jobs performance, margings, labor, materials etc.. I realize that's not what you do.

It is imperative to track all sales and potential sales through the pipeline. Great for keeping contracts and documentation with the job. It lets us know why we are missing jobs. Track close rates by salesperson. Game changer
Minpunten:
Needs a better functioning app. Other than that it is a definitely a great software for our roofing business.

Implementation and Use with an existing sales force
Opmerkingen: Keeping sales people within their assigned Territory...… Tractable pipeline of projects, to help forecast backlog and project availability
Pluspunten:
The tractability of projects from start to finish..... Customer's buying habits and needs..... Sales person's activity level, opportunities, and profitability of the project....
Minpunten:
Limited reports on key selling silos..... Roofing production only is OK.... Service sales silos is cumbersome when trying to group the silos together...
Follow up helps track and keep projects in front of you.
Opmerkingen: At our company our job list grows pretty fast on at a drop of a hat, so follow up helps us input the job information, track what needs to be done on daily tasks, estimating and status of them, and collections also. It has been an invaluable help in all these areas since we signed on with Follow Up more than a year ago.

Commercial roof estimating
Opmerkingen: CRM has improved efficiency in our business and has made it easy to find out where things are at and who is handling certain parts or tasks for projects. When we have run into issues with things or had questions about the software it has been fairly easy to get in contact with someone to help us navigate the software or make changes.
Pluspunten:
That to do list is a very nice feature for keeping projects organized. It also helps prioritize what projects need to be done first
Minpunten:
It is frustrating that it does not auto save when you are in a file if you accidentally close out while making a comment or changing names on projects.

Great CRM Product
Pluspunten:
Easy to use, easy to set up. Users like the dashboard and tracking features.
Minpunten:
Exports are not customizable and you cannot create groups of companies for certain areas

What I liked the most about this software is that it provides a thorough reporting functionality.
Minpunten:
What I like least about this software is that it currently does not support a feature to build your own reports. This leads to information being spread across multiple reports. PowerBI integration is coming but as of this review is still not available.
Great Sales Tool!
Opmerkingen: I use Follow Up Power regularly - it is easy to input information into and the resulting pie charts and data are great tools to let me know how much I am selling, how much I might sell in the future, and how many actual sales I am making from the number of proposals I am putting out. It's all right there!

It's easy to use and the data generated is well worth the time spent. It gives me a clear snapshot at any given time of my sales, the number of proposals I am cranking out, etc.
Minpunten:
Sometimes I get slammed and time spent entering the data into Follow Up Power puts me that much further behind schedule...

Service Roofer Review
Opmerkingen: We have been able to work the system to meet our needs. It isn't strickly made for service company like ours but with the help of our Account Manager we have come up with solutions that help meet our needs. We are making the transition to the next billing and Microsoft upgrade and are egger to see what additional benefits come from that move.
Pluspunten:
The customer service a company recieves when they are a user is wonderful.
Minpunten:
Flexibility to extract data easily and having to go to a new screen to make a search is annoying and time consuming.
FollowUp Power Review
Opmerkingen: Tracking our clients, bids and managing follow up dates and steps of each process have helped our whole team greatly! Hands down love this system over the previous systems we have tried!
Pluspunten:
Ease of using, being able to locate client information very quickly and the Dash Board.
Minpunten:
Would be nice to customize fields to fit our particular needs better and/or hide fields we do not need. Notes can get very long with all the auto system entries, I feel this is not necessary for us (maybe good for others?).
