> **Pluspunten**: I find Kixie PowerCall user-friendly and intuitive, especially its integration with popular CRMs like Salesforce and Pipedrive. I also like the call recording feature, which is very easy to access and listen to the call in case you need to review it.

> Kixie support team is very responsive and helpful. They are very knowledgeable with the dialer and would take time to isolate the issue before concluding. They will not leave you behind. My overall experience with the dialer is superb\! I can see a big improvement on the number of leads I generate\! &#10;&#10;Kixie PowerCall appears to have a solid reputation for its technical support, with a focus on providing timely and effective assistance to its customers

> **Pluspunten**: Local presence dialing is a huge advantage and has led to a much higher percentage of 'at bats' with prospects. The one click dialing also helps my efficiency and has led to a big increase in outbound sales activity.

> **Minpunten**: Some prospects seem see something about my call that looks like a sales call, and they still don't answer it. Perhaps the occasional 'spam likely' label on some calls, or perhaps something about the call appears a certain way that makes them avoid it.  Overall, as stated above, the connection boost/local presence dialing has led to a huge increase in the number of opportunities to pitch.  One nice feature is that the next call that I make, if connection boost is on, will be from a new number and I can also change my caller ID at will, if desired (not to a fictitious person or to someone I am not, obviously, but perhaps to my initials, or blank, etc. ) .

After going live with Kixie, I needed help setting up this cool feature called the Live Leaderboard; \[sensitive content hidden\] from customer support assisted me promptly and got me up and running in no time. Live chat support has been helpful whenever needed as well.
