Bizzabo is het populairste succesplatform voor evenementen dat is ontwikkeld om middelgrote en grote ondernemingen in staat te stellen hun evenementdoelen te bereiken.
The feature that I like about this tool is its network as an event platform so people can access it easily.
This tool is easy to use, but sometimes it is difficult to understand to operate it (I got a few complaints from my event participants) so it needs an update.

Fantastic!
Pluspunten:
As an event manger for a large non-profit, we were desperately in need of an updated ticketing and registration site for our 100+ regionally and nationally and nationally hosted events per year. We needed something that staff members would feel comfortable with and could pick up without extra training/coding/website knowledge. We did our due diligence, looking into about a dozen platforms before narrowing down to our top three for sales pitches, trial accounts, etc. In the end, we chose Bizzabo and couldn't be more thrilled with our decision. Their software is simple and easy to use, yet robust and meets all of our needs. The sites are clean and modern looking. The app build is quick and seamless in how it works with the website, not needing to duplicate copy or set up a separate experience. This was a huge time and cost saver for us. Perhaps most importantly, their customer support is unparalleled; this includes their customer success managers and their web support team. Both have taken the time to get to know us personally and as an organization, and keep our needs and parameters in mind. They are quick, responsive, incredibly kind, and knowledgeable in their product. I could truly write pages on how valuable their customer support team is. I sing Bizzabo's praises any chance I get.
Minpunten:
I wish there was a way to accept onsite payment. I want to acknowledge that Bizzabo was upfront with us during the contracting stage that this wasn't something they offered, as their services are largely pre-event focused (ticketing, registration, etc). We absolutely knew this wasn't included, but my wishful thinking is that it did exist.

Great event platform
Opmerkingen: This platform to fits all of my needs for the annual conference I plan and execute. This is my 5th year using Bizzabo and I am constantly approached by the competitors, but I can plan my budget around the cost and not worry or be surprised by hidden fees and services. I will continue to be a fan of Bizzabo.
Pluspunten:
As a corporate event planner, I find this platform easy to use, has beautiful design options I can work around to make my website pop. I love the ease of use and technical support when needed. I am constantly approached by the competitors, but I can plan my budget around the cost and not worry or be surprised by hidden fees and services.
Minpunten:
There is very little to complain about, the only thing I would love to see, is an option or link to pay later via credit card.

Bizzabo is an okay product
Opmerkingen: Overall Bizzabo worked for what we needed. We did experience a critical registration failure in July 2022 at our conference in Orlando when we couldn't get all iPads to connect to printers and had to pivot to pre-printing all the badges to keep lines down. This affected our guest experience, affected our check-in data, and frustrated our team. In 2023, Bizzabo sent a tech to conference to overcome those challenges and we appreciated that commitment to getting it right.
Pluspunten:
Bizzabo offered virtual programming & virtual event management when we needed it most. The features are intuitive and didn't take a lot of training to onboard our team.
Minpunten:
Bizzabo encountered several system outages, most critically: right after we launched registration and again onsite at conference. We tried to work with the team to understand the impact of these outages on our data and ticket sales.Bizzabo was limited in a lot of ways. For example, we had both in-person and on-demand sessions on the agenda and there was no way to adjust how they showed - it was chronological with on-demand at the very bottom. The abstract management feature doesn't work for our review process so we used another tool and imported the data. At one point the speaker widget was out of sync with the live website/app and we kept getting correction emails from VIP speakers about incorrect names/titles, although it was correct on the backend.
Bizzabo for Events Management

It is an easy to use platform, we use for our website and registration links for all events. The ease of use is great as well as the ability to change quickly if needed.
Minpunten:
We cannot customize as I would like and also the onsite delivery and support could be better.

Opmerkingen: We were using multiple platforms to run our events, leading to more time-consuming steps in transferring information between them and losing quality along the way. Bizzabo has pretty much everything in the same platform, making it a lot easier to run an event seemlessly. They also have a lot of integrations so we can still use platforms that we need to.
Pluspunten:
They have considered nearly every aspect of event experience and included it into the platform design. It is extremely versatile to meet a variety of event needs and their highly attentive customer success team is quick to build a custom workaround if needed. Easy to use whether you know code or not. Their knowledge library is robust and has answers for majority of inquiries that pop up when exploring the platform.
Minpunten:
It can take a while to learn all the capabilities of the platform, but their support team and library is quite helpful here. I do wish their support chat was faster and a bit more knowledgable about the platform.

A great platform for events that meets our requirements
Opmerkingen: We saved a ton of time thanks to the platform's automated reminder emails for forthcoming events, and the ability to collect payments in one place made it a no-brainer. The fact that it's simple to use and can be tailored to your needs means that your website won't seem like every other Eventbrite-style site.
Pluspunten:
We've been able to host easily-updatable websites, design our own event platform, accept payments, track registrations, and integrate with Salesforce all with the help of the Bizzabo platform, which is incredibly user-friendly and has excellent customer service.
Minpunten:
We don't have many complaints regarding Bizzabo. We've been asked to consider switching platforms on multiple occasions, but we've always been happy with our current setup.
Bizzabo & Klik
Pluspunten:
We had an amazing CSM ([sensitive content hidden]) and an amazing Klik PM ([sensitive content hidden]). They made this process a lot easier and helped a tremendous amount, despite the challenges we faced.
Minpunten:
Some things I'd like to see from Bizzabo in the future:- Ability to have buyers pay prior to answering registration questions- More customization for registration form (including logic)- Better integration with klik- More customizable app- Option to use klik wearables with any registration platform

Great website builder, but some issues
Opmerkingen: In a word, mixed. We have been with Bizzabo for several years, and have experienced a variety of issues, however the majority of these have now been resolved, but we have still seen some pop up. Customer Support are always quick to respond and help where thy can.
Pluspunten:
Website builder, drag and drop functionality is easy to use. Can be extended with CSS and JavaScript to create great looking and very functional events, but with some limitations
Minpunten:
Innovation is a bit behind the curve, and there are some technical difficulties occasionally which have impacted our events, as well as reporting not being quite as effective as I would like
Great event platform
Opmerkingen: Huge time saver and therefore a money saver - the tedious tasks that one would have to deal with on other website platforms are no longer a problem and one can really focus on generating revenue.
Pluspunten:
The back end is extremely easy to use and well automated. It has saved me so much time to focus on other marketing tasks. The front end has some great design options that are perfect for our events. The support team is always very helpful.
Minpunten:
There are some limitations due to us being a South African run company like only having one currency per site available however they have been very helpful in making this work for us and coming up with solutions that work. Any limitations that we have had were addressed and are no longer a problem.
Great support from Bizzabo customer success manager
Opmerkingen: We received great support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. He gave good suggestions and tips on how to utilize the platform. This actually shows Bizzabo not only focus on how much we are going to spend with them but added a human touch that they care if our event success or not.
Pluspunten:
They provide 1 stop solution for events from in-person to hybrid.
Minpunten:
Their speaker portal can be complicated for those who are not familiar with tech.
2nd year with bizzabo

1. Easy to use - Bizzabo includes many useful features that simplify the usage for the event organizer. 2. Website Template – Bizzabo has good looking and clean website templates 3. This is our 2nd event – so the ability to duplicate events was a time saver. 4. Customer support is very good – Bizzabo support help as also by email and also by phone – Yaniv has been working with us so many times and spend a lot of time and effort to solve issues. 5. Account Manager – the account manager (Adam) helped us to build the event and to learn the best practices. He was available to us any time we needed! 6. Traning and Marketing – Bizzabo have lots of training session, blog, facebook community that help to optimize the marketing plan for the event. 7. Upgrading – Bizzabo keep upgrade the looks of the website and the mobile app. they developing more features to be one step before others.

Overall the expertise was great, we faced some issues with the registration process, it was a little cumbersome, but we solved it.
Customer service is always quick to respond and is solutions oriented.
Pluspunten:
Ease of use and modern design. I also like that it provides multiple templates to fit the mood/theme of your event. The most priceless feature...is the customer service and help/tutorial owl.
Minpunten:
It doesn't offer intuitive registration (question) build-out and that's sorely needed in my organization. Also, I'd like to see a feature that allowed for isolated confirmation and group registration (ie, if a group is registering I need to know the names, dietary needs, media release, etc for each person but they should all be tied to the purchaser/one record)
A flexible and responsive event management solution with great customer support
Opmerkingen: Bizzabo is a great event management/marketing tool for organizations which would like to benefit from a comprehensive package solution, including an event website and app. Their customer support is great and helpful. What I truly appreciate is that Bizzabo constantly seeks to improve their product - for us the only functionality missing at this point is the option to schedule one on one meetings for attendees via the app, but this seems to be in the pipeline for the near future.
Pluspunten:

- Missing functionality to schedule 1 on 1 meetings (but Bizzabo seems to work on it) - Polling functionality didn't work as smoothly as expected

Bizzabo is a good event registration platform
Opmerkingen: Bizzabo has been an easy platform to use and adopt in our organization. We are currently using it for registration for a 500 person gala and a 1,000 person conference. Their customer service is excellent, and I have always been able to get in contact with someone immediately to answer questions and help with problems I have faced.
Pluspunten:
The customer services is excellent and setting up customized event registration sites is extremely easy. They were willing to work with us to create features that we needed for our events that they did offer before we were using the platform. They really care about meeting the needs and goals of our organization.
Minpunten:
Bizzabo is a good platform for event registration, but if you are looking for a more all-encompassing platform with auction features, seating features, etc. I would consider using something else.
Bizzabo - Event Management Software - Made Easy
Opmerkingen: As a budget conscious non-profit we are always on the look for different options. Working Bizzabo I never felt like the small customer who could be ignored, they listened, helped understand our events and we jumped in. Super glad we did. Bizzabo is a third of the price of our previous software and doesn't feel like I am missing out on too much for that reduction. I am a fan for sure :)
Pluspunten:
Very easy to configure, excellent tutorials and support available. Extremely competitive pricing. Modern website templating to create out of the box websites, with easy personalization. Love the customer input they seek for feature improvement.
Minpunten:
Lacking some features of other event management software, but they are working hard on feature improvement and additions. Needs more work on the ticket option and different scenarios faced in B2B conference land.

Bizzabo is the Best Way Manage the Entire Value Chain for Your Ticket Holder in One Place
Opmerkingen: Managing ticket sales was a pain a few years ago when eventbrite etc. popped up. Today's that's not the pain. Today's pain is understanding the entire value chain of your ticket holder and driving ticket sales. Bizzabo helps you manage the entire customer relationship from the the time they hit the website (Bizzabo) to buying a ticket (Bizzabo) to retargeting (Bizzabo) to continuous engagement before, during and after the event (Bizzabo app and crm). Their customer service is second to none - the email retargeting alone quadrupled conversions. And there is no other ticketing provider on the market that enables you to manage the entire value chain for the ticket holder. While we are tech savvy event organizers, 80% of the market isn't. Using a product for web management, a product for email and crm, a product for retargeting, a product for ticket sales etc. and tying them all together is a COLOSSAL PAIN. Bizzabo brings it all together in one place. End of the day If you don't understand the customer from the time they hit your site, you can't maximize value to them as well as maximize ticket sales.

Opmerkingen: Our team was pleasantly surprised and impressed at how well Bizzabo worked for their needs and created a seamless experience to transition from an in-person to a hybrid event.

Setting up the registration site was a user-friendly experience, and I also received excellent customer support from the Bizzabo Customer Success Manager throughout the process.
Minpunten:
Although the tech support team was helpful, it would have been great to have a direct number or chat feature available on the Bizzabo site for immediate answers instead of only an email address for support.
Bizzabo- nearly there
Opmerkingen:
Initially, we signed up to use the Bizzabo product because it included all of our event needs in one solution- registration and event application. The product is really easy to use, (you can set up a new event in about 3 minutes), and quick to navigate through.
There are a few issues I have with customization of the website and the application. My customer service rep Jonathan is awesome to work with, and Boaz from product team has also been very responsive. I think the product will be 100% in the coming months based on the road map and feature request changes.
The main issue my organization faces when using the Bizzabo app is that whatever is included on Bizzabo's online event site should be included in the event app (and visa versa), the online agenda needs to be easier to read, and joining the community should be more straightforward.
Overall, the Bizzabo team is fabulous to work with and I am excited to see where the company is going! I will definitely recommend the product to my event planning colleagues.

An Innovative Event Management Platform
Pluspunten:
Bizzabo is an excellent event management platform that helps us to streamline the entire process of organizing and managing our events. It provides a powerful suite of features that enable users to easily create, market, and manage events from start to finish. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to use, while its robust analytics give an insight into the success of an event.
Minpunten:
Bizzabo’s customer support could be improved as the responses can be slow at times and there have been reports of frequent bugs in the system. Additionally, some of the features are only available on the more expensive plans.
Fantastic reg platform WITH mobile app

They are improving upon this, but I'd love to see an easier way to tie a specific ticket option to a specific set of questions (I think this is in the works though which is exciting)
